The article examines a wide range of sources of law of different law families on the different stages of development of law and state. Several types of classification of law sources are found - by value and role of the source in law system, by its external appearance, by order of enactment and registration of the change in its content. By the role in law system several gradations of sources are discovered: main and additional, dominant and auxiliary. By appearance sources can be divided to written and unwritten, formal and informal, structured and unstructured. By order of enactment and registration of the changes sources can be divided to consensus, unilateral and sanctioned, sole, collegial and mixed, as well as flexible and rigid.

Changing of media consumption in the digital age is the object of focus attention of both Russian and foreign researchers. Modern cultural studies note the increasing role of video content in the media environment. Taking into account current trends, libraries more often create their own video materials to implement various goals and objectives. Thus, creation of own video content is rapidly becoming an integral part of the work of modern library. However, despite some established experience of libraries in this area, there is still not enough research of general and theoretical nature on the content, guidelines and prospects for the development of activities related to the creation and use of library video content, and there is no its classification.The purpose of this work is to conduct analysis of the video content in libraries, identify the most common materials, as well as to determine the prospects for using this tool to reach their own goals. The article discusses definitions of the term “video content”. The author presents the main types of videos produced by libraries, their characteristics and features. Special attention is paid to video projects of libraries in Russia. The article reveals the experience of the Astrakhan Library for Youth named after B. Shakhovsky in using its own video content. The paper discusses the issue of classification of video materials produced by libraries. The author proposes the following classification of library videos: video review, virtual book exhibition, webinar (online seminar or web conference), interview, humorous video, webcast, event announcement, video report and booktrailer. The author indicates the main reasons hindering the demand for library video content among the wide range of Internet users and gives the rationale for the necessity and importance of this type of activity and proposes possible prospects for using own video content of libraries. Thanks to its presence, the library ceases to be a closed institution storing knowledge within itself that produces positive impact on its image. Using means of communication that are understandable to a person of visual culture, it changes stereotypes and demonstrates its modern capabilities.

This article examines the concept of perfectionism as a pathological research problem. The analysis of the beginning of the genesis of pathological perfectionism at the early stages of development is given. Following this logic, the results of a study of the role of parental influence and upbringing on the formation of perfectionism in children as a personality trait are presented. A classification of parenting methods influencing the development of perfectionism in a child is given. The analysis of four types of parental behavior that have an impact on the formation of patterns of perfectionism in the child's thinking is carried out.

Myelodysplastic syndrome is a group of clonal disorders having wide range of outcome. Its classification and concept have been changed over time with better understanding of its prognosis and clinical significance. The first standard classification was FAB classification which came in 1982. It was based on findings on peripheral blood and bone marrow. Later in 2001, WHO incorporated clinical data into it and proposed a modified classification. The 2001 WHO classification made several criteria and entities more precise based on inputs from several studies. New terminologies (e.g., refractory cytopenia with multilineage dysplasia) and new group (e.g., myelodysplastic / myeloproliferative disorder) have been introduced and group like ‘refractory anemia with excess blasts in transformation’ was removed. Again in 2008, in collaboration with European Association for Haematopathology and the Society for Hematopathology, as well as considering several recommendations from a group of clinical experts, WHO published a revised and updated classification. In the latest MDS classification, the clinical implications of different groups have been given more importance and also the role of cytogenetics has been re-evaluated. Several groups were again redefined (e.g., myelodysplastic syndrome – unclassified, refractory anemia with excess blasts) or eliminated (e.g., refractory cytopenia with multilineage dysplasia and ringed sideroblasts) or newly introduced (e.g., refractory cytopenia with unilineage dysplasia). Childhood MDS was considered separately as demanded by several pediatric hematologists. It was also emphasized that the diagnosis and classification of MDS mainly require identification of dysplastic morphological features, routine stains and correlation with clinical data rather than cytogenetics which may be necessary only in rare cases. Formation and development of pharmaceutical education in Russia, Belarus and the USA based on the analysis of a wide range of references at different historical stages is studied. The dates of establishing first pharmacies, educational institutions and pharmacopoeia editions in the countries are indicated. Analysis and comparative characteristics of the educational process in different countries is made, its general and fundamental differences are reflected. It is noted that this process was decentralized in the US and at the same time it was centralized in continental Europe including Russia and Belarus. Classification of pharmacies in the Russian Empire in the pre-revolutionary period of 1917, obtaining by women the right to be engaged in pharmaceutical activities, are presented. Some people who had a strong influence on the development of the pharmaceutical education are listed and among them were A. Fennel, G. Eger, E. Highstreet, K. Dov, A. Lesnevskaya, A. Iovskiy, Y. Trapp, V. Tikhomirov. The role of educational institutions in improving qualifications of certified specialists is indicated. The article lists the Soviet institutions which trained pharmaceutical personnel during the Great Patriotic War.

Diabetes mellitus is one of the emergency situations worldwide. DM is the most common cause of neuropathy throughout the world that create a wide range of conditions associated with the damage of various nerves and various pathological mechanisms. The article considers the main pathogenetic mechanisms of neuropathy - the role of metabolic, vascular and genetic factors. It presents the main clinical manifestations, depending on what type of nerve fibers are affected. A modern classification of diabetic neuropathy is provided. The most common form - diabetic distal symmetric polyneuropathy is considered in detail. The authors describe the main drugs used for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy, which were proposed by the International Diabetic Federation (2017) in 2017. Lipoic acid supplements are examined in more details.

The role of monetary factor in generating inflationary processes in Russia has stimulated various debates in social and scientific circles for a relatively long time. The authors show that identification of the specificity of relationship between money and inflation requires a complex approach based on statistical modeling and involving a wide range of indicators relevant for the price changes in the economy. As a result a model of inflation for Russia implying the decomposition of inflation dynamics into demand-side and supply-side factors is suggested. The main conclusion drawn is that during the recent years the volume of inflationary pressures in the Russian economy has been determined by the deviation of money supply from money demand, rather than by money supply alone. At the same time, monetary factor has a long-run spread over time impact on inflation.

This introduction surveys the rise of the history of emotions as a field and the role of the arts in such developments. Reflecting on the foundational role of the arts in the early emotion-oriented histories of Johan Huizinga and Jacob Burkhardt, as well as the concerns about methodological impressionism that have sometimes arisen in response to such studies, the introduction considers how intensive engagements with the arts can open up new insights into past emotions while still being historically and theoretically rigorous. Drawing on a wide range of emotionally charged art works from different times and places—including the novels of Carson McCullers and Harriet Beecher-Stowe, the private poetry of neo-Confucian Chinese civil servants, the photojournalism of twentieth-century war correspondents, and music from Igor Stravinsky to the Beatles—the introduction proposes five ways in which art in all its forms contributes to emotional life and consequently to emotional histories: first, by incubating deep emotional experiences that contribute to formations of identity; second, by acting as a place for the expression of private or deviant emotions; third, by functioning as a barometer of wider cultural and attitudinal change; fourth, by serving as an engine of momentous historical change; and fifth, by working as a tool for emotional connection across communities, both within specific time periods but also across them. The introduction finishes by outlining how the special issue's five articles and review section address each of these categories, while also illustrating new methodological possibilities for the field.

For three decades, state-sponsored short filmmaking educated Danish citizens, promoted Denmark to the world, and shaped the careers of renowned directors like Carl Th. Dreyer. Examining the life cycle of a representative selection of films, and discussing their preservation and mediation in the digital age, this book presents a detailed case study of how informational cinema is shaped by, and indeed shapes, its cultural, political and technological contexts.The book combines close textual analysis of a broad range of films with detailed accounts of their commissioning, production, distribution and reception in Denmark and abroad, drawing on Actor-Network Theory to emphasise the role of a wide range of entities in these processes. It considers a broad range of genres and sub-genres, including industrial process films, public information films, art films, the city symphony, the essay film, and many more. It also maps international networks of informational and documentary films in the post-war period, and explores the role of informational film in Danish cultural and political history.

Relevance and problem statement. Modern unstable society is characterized by narrowing the boundaries of controlled socialization and expanding the boundaries of spontaneous socialization of a teenager based on his immersion in the question arises about the importance of the family in the process of socialization of a teenager in the conditions of expanding the space of socialization. There is a need to study the role of the family in this process, to search, develop and test research methods that allow us to reveal the phenomenon of socialization from the side of its value characteristics. The purpose and methodology of the study: to identify the possibilities of a systematic and anthropological methodology for studying the role of the family in the process of socialization of adolescents in modern conditions, testing research methods: photo research on the topic “Ego – I” (author of the German sociologist H. Abels), profile update reflexive processes (by S. A. Raschetina). Materials and results of the study. The study showed that for all the problems that exist in the family of the perestroika era and in the modern family, it acts for a teenager as a value and the first (main) support in the processes of socialization. The positions well known in psychology about the importance of interpersonal relations in adolescence for the formation of attitudes towards oneself as the basis of socialization are confirmed. Today, the frontiers of making friends have expanded enormously on the basis of Internet communication. The types of activities of interest to a teenager (traditional and new ones related to digitalization) are the third pillar of socialization. Conclusion. The “Ego – I” method of photo research has a wide range of possibilities for quantitative and qualitative analysis of the socialization process to identify the value Pillars of this process.
