In numerous researches there is the confirmation of multidirectional changes of the morphological and functional parameters of jejunum mucous membrane at influence of the electromagnetic fields, which manifest by reactive processes and adaptation reactions depending on parameters of influencing sources of radiation: the impulses frequency, intensity and the influence duration. Their combination reveals various consequences of irradiated biological object. The experiment was made on white non-pedigree mail rats, with initial age 4 month, after 10-month’s exposure of the electromagnetic factor. The density of the directed currents in body of the experimental animals has compounded 0,8, 2,7 kA/m2 50, 100, 500 impulses per one week (i/w), independently of their divisibility on days and duration 15-40 ns. The comprehensive analysis of correlation of epitelio-connective-tissue interactions of mucosa jejunum allows to establish the morphological and functional interrelations between them, as the unified system which taking part in regulation of a fibrohomeostasis and reactions of adaptation in the conditions of electromagnetic radiation. The results of the analysis lead to the conclusion that participation of fat cells in the modification of bioeffective and EMF in relation to the processes of renewal of the villi epithelium.

Despite the fact that there are still conflicting opinions about the damage caused by modern wireless communication technologies, most scientists report on the negative biological effects of low-intensity radio frequency electromagnetic radiation at different levels of the organization of live nature. There is no doubt that there is a need not only for a sanitary and hygienic assessment of man-made electromagnetic effects on humans, but also for an environmental assessment for biota. The purpose of the study was to assess the potential environmental risk of electromagnetic impact in the centimeter range on natural ecosystems. The initial data were the authors' own results in the field of radiobiology of non-ionizing radiation, as well as published of other researchers. The article analyzes the biological effects of radio frequency electromagnetic fields detected in organisms of different systematic groups and levels of organization. The data on the non-thermal biological effects of electromagnetic fields indicate a high sensitivity of different species to this factor. The analyzed research results emphasize the need to take into account the features of non-thermal effects of electromagnetic radiation on biota, since these radiations can have a negative impact on different hierarchical levels in natural ecosystems.

Meetings of medical societies. Society of Physicians at Kazan University. General Sessions Session 4 March 1930 L.I. Vilensky. Towards the doctrine of the intravital coloration of the reticuloendothelial system in experimental animals. On the basis of a study of 267 animals of various species (rabbits, rats, pigs, white mice, white rats and dogs) the vivo coloring of trypanblau, pyrrholblau, carmine and collargol, the author comes to the following conclusions: 1) All active cellular elements of the indifferent connective tissue that has retained the embryonic properties of the mesenchyme. 2) Teaching-Aschoff's, in the light of intravital coloration, should be expanded, as the teaching of an active mesenchyme, scattered throughout the body, but united by common physiological properties. 3) The process of gradual absorption of colloidal paint in individual elements of the reticulo-endothelial system has a certain pattern, which is exactly the same in different animals.

This paper deals with the electromagnetic fields generated by charges moving with the membrane. The numerical simulation of electromagnetic radiation of oscillating three-dimensional cell it is carried out. The issues of cell group radiation are also considered. Dependences of the field on distance and time are presented. A hypothesis about possible exchange of information between cells by means of electromagnetic waves is made.

A 4-year-old Rahmani breed ewe was presented for surgery to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, South Valley University, Egypt with enlargement and protrusion of the eye ball, blepharitis and congestion of the conjunctiva. On examination, a cyst 2.5 cm x 3.5 cm in diameter containing sandy fluid was detected in the perioptic nerve fat. Histopathological examination revealed that the epithelial lining of the conjunctiva was necrotic and severely infiltrated by neutrophils. The underlying connective tissue was oedematous, hyperaemic and severely infiltrated by neutrophils. Desquamation of the corneal epithelium was seen, together with oedema of the stroma. The tissue surrounding the cyst was compressed and the lacrimal glands revealed pressure atrophy. The muscular tissue was atrophied and infiltrated by fat cells. The cyst wall was lined with white scolices protruding from the inner wall. Based on the gross and histopathological characteristics of the cyst observed, the cyst was diagnosed as Coenurus cerebralis. This is the first report of orbital coenurosis in a sheep.

The paper presents the results of instrumental studies by means of hygienic assessment of levels of electromagnetic fields (EMF) on the workplaces in cellular companies. Measurements of EFM were made on workplaces of 2 groups of employees during the studies: office administrative specialists and technical employees. Instrumental measurements of EMF levels were made by Personal Electronic Computers (PCs) and receivingtransmitting equipment of base cellular stations (BCS). Measurements of EMF from the PC´s screens based on electric and magnetic components were performed: a tension of electric fields with a frequency range of 5Hz-2 kHz and 2 kHz-4 kHz; a tension of magnetic fields in the frequency range of 5Hz-2 kHz and 2 kHz-4 kHz. Measurements of flux density of electromagnetic energy were performed at operating platforms of base stations and at control operating equipment rooms of cellular stations. There were about 150 workplaces of office administrative specialists with PCs surveyed and more 500 workplaces of technical specialists. The activities of administrations of cellular companies were estimated to ensure the safety of working conditions of employees under the influence of electromagnetic radiation (EMR). Literature data on the impact of EMR on human health and health of employees were presented.
