Synthetic being of law: trying to deal with a processional interpretation

The article is devoted to the problem of synthetic (integrative) interpretation of law in the national philosophy and theory of law. The author analyses pro et contra points of view concerning this problem. He highlights the three main meanings to be taken into account in the considering of integrative law: the intention as integrated law; the process as integrable law; the result as integral law. The author stresses the topicality of the processional interpretation of the synthetic (integrative) law.
