The review deals with the analysis of modern methods of treatment of chronic generalized parodontitis from the perspective of differentiated principle of treatment of this disease. Particular attention is paid to methods of medical treatment, their diversity on the efficiency and mechanisms of therapeutic effects to select appropriate treatment, taking into account all the individual characteristics of the patient, aetiology, pathogenesis and severity of chronic generalized parodontitis. It has been demonstrated that an important aspect to achieve high efficiency of treatment is a method of drug delivery. The most effective method is a transmembrane dialysis, which makes it possible simultane-ously to obtain the maximum concentration of the therapeutic substances in the inflammatory focus and to eliminate from the inflammatory focus the low-medium weight tissue decomposition products, products of metabolism, while maintaining factors of regeneration and protection against infection. It has been evinced the advantages of sanogenetic therapy using vitamin cocktail and some higher plants BAS containing terpenoids (bornylacetate and its semisynthetic stereoisomer – isobornyl acetate), as the least toxic, having analgesic and anti-bacterial properties comparable with antibiotics, and capable to stimulate repair processes. The good water solubility of these substances provides ample pos-sibility of using these drugs in the form of solutions for rinsing, transmembrane dialysis, as liquid at ultrasonic curettage.

The subject of the research is the philosophical (ontological, epistemological, philosophical-anthropological and social-philosophical) foundations of personalized medicine, the biomedical foundations of which are methods of therapy and prevention of diseases based on the individual characteristics of the patient. The authors highlight the preventive nature of personalized medicine - to prevent the patient's diseases based on certain diagnostic methods and using a system of preventive measures, as well as its focus on improving the effectiveness of treatment for a specific patient. The value of personalized medicine is that it allows to determine precisely the causes of a particular disease or to assess a person's predisposition to certain diseases, to apply preventive measures to minimize the risks of diseases; to use personalized methods of treatment and correction of the conditions of a particular patient, as well as biomarkers for monitoring the effectiveness of therapy. The philosophical foundations of personalized medicine, on the one hand, contain certain philosophical attitudes related to medicine in general, and on the other hand, reflect specific features determined by new technologies that modern medicine possesses. In particular, the article points to a change in the concept of personalization in connection with the disclosure of its content at the genomic level. The authors emphasize that personalized medicine raises a number of new problems of a philosophical nature: the approach to a person as a set of data about his or her body, the possible increase in social inequality due to the lack of general availability of the results of personalized medicine, and so on. The article substantiates the idea that improving and reducing the cost of sequencing technologies will help make new methods of treating diseases more accessible to the general population. Further personification of medicine will occur due to obtaining more and more objective information about patients, increasing the number of subgroups in the typology of patients, offering them variable methods of treatment, as well as due to the increasing involvement of a patient in the treatment processes, based on a better understanding of his/her “existential presence analytics”.

Psoriasis, an incurable autoimmune skin disease, is one of the most common immune-mediated disorders. Presently, numerous clinical research studies are underway, and treatment options are available. However, these treatments focus on improving symptoms of the disease and fail to achieve a radical cure; they also have certain toxic side effects. In recent years, natural products have increasingly gained attention because of their high efficiency and low toxicity. Despite their obvious therapeutic effects, natural products’ biological activity was limited by their instability, poor solubility, and low bioavailability. Novel drug delivery systems, including liposomes, lipospheres, nanostructured lipid carriers, niosomes, nanoemulsions, nanospheres, microneedles, ethosomes, nanocrystals, and foams could potentially overcome the limitations of poor water solubility and permeability in traditional drug delivery systems. Thus, to achieve a therapeutic effect, the drug can reach the epidermis and dermis in psoriatic lesions to interact with the immune cells and cytokines.

The research included 26 women with acne vulgaris. The purpose of this work was the study of the impact of non-drug methods of correction of vulgaris acne caused by stress disorders. The mental state of patients was determined by traditional clinical method using standard psychometric tests. The assessment was made before treatment, on day 14, 21 and 35 day of therapy. Dermatological control of patients was conducted at the beginning and at the end of treatment. The non-drug methods were psychotherapy, phytotherapy and reflexotherapy (acupuncture). The positive effect was confirmed by the dynamic parameters used in study of standard scales and test with severity decrease in scores (р>0,05). The study proved high efficiency of complex application of combinations of non-drug methods in the treatment of disorders related to stress and impaired adaptation with concomitant acne. The use of combined treatment gave the opportunity to focus on one method, including in the combination, depending on the individual characteristics of patient. The good tolerability, absence out-side effects and availability allow to recommend this medical complex both hospital and outpatient settings.

The review examines the nature of the course of arterial hypertension (AH) in case of tumor and hyperplastic changes in the adrenal cortex, leading to the development of low-renin hyperaldosteronism. The severity and nature of the course of AH were analyzed, it was shown that in most cases high stable hypertension develops, and resistance to multidrug antihypertensive therapy is observed. Attention is drawn to the features of the course of AH: options for hypertensive crisis, as well as cases of a moderately elevated and even normal level of blood pressure. Possible pathogenetic mechanisms that determine the characteristics of the course of AH are considered. Based on the results of the studies, including our own data, the importance of analyzing the individual characteristics of the course of the disease in order to select preferable methods of treatment and reduce the risk of undiagnosed aldosteromas is substantiated.

Health of dairy cows ensures human health, so it is important that dairy products do not contain antibiotics that are used to treat any inflammation, including mastitis. In Russia at present, the problem of mastitis in cows exists with both attached and loose housing of cows. Mastitis of dairy cows are the great problem in milking husbandry. Losses from mastitis in milk yield can reach 15-20%. The main reasons for the occurrence of nonspecific mastitis of cows are the shortcomings of the working components of the milking machine: the degree of deterioration of the nipple rubber and the violation of machine milking technology (the reduction in pre-milking time and vacuum fluctuations account for 70% of all causes). Treatment of mastitis with antibiotics is effective, but not environmentally friendly and unacceptable. For the treatment of inflammation of the udder, it is necessary to use more environmentally friendly methods of treatment, one of which is the exposure to ultra-high frequency electromagnetic field tested by medicine. Use of three types of medical-mobile milking machines with the same method of exposure to ultrahigh-frequency electromagnetic fields on cow's nipples through electrodes in milking cups: LPDA-1-UHF, LPDA-2-UHF and LPDA-UHF-30 M, is described in the article. Author proved that cows with subclinical forms of mastitis recovered faster during milking with exposure to the ultrahigh frequency than when treated by antibiotics, and milking with the ultrahigh frequency device helps to recover 82% of the affected quarters with clinical forms and 100% of cows with subclinical forms of mastitis or with udder irritation. The high efficiency of the method of exposure to electromagnetic fields of the ultrahigh frequency during machine milking by means of medical-mobile milking machines LPDA-UHF for the prevention and treatment of mastitis of cows was shown.

The subject of the research is the process of making managerial decisions for innovative IT projects investing. The paper focuses on the new approach to decision making on investing innovative IT projects using expert survey in a fuzzy reasoning system. As input information, expert estimates of projects have been aggregated into six indicators having a linguistic description of the individual characteristics of the project type "high", "medium", and "low". The task of decision making investing has been formalized and the term-set of the output variable Des has been defined: to invest 50-75% of the project cost; to invest 20-50% of the project cost; to invest 10-20% of the project cost; to send the project for revision; to turn down investing project. The fuzzy product model of making investment management decisions has been developed; it adequately describes the process of investment management. The expediency of using constructed production model on a practical example is shown.

The paper analyzes the factors that affect the amount of effort required to create a mobile application and its cost. It is established that the main factors of influence are the design of the application, its functionality, the type of mobile platform, the availability and level of testing and support, as well as the individual characteristics of the developer. Based on the analysis of information sources, the main methods and approaches to forecasting the cost of software products are identified, which include the COCOMO model, Price-to-win method, expert evaluation, algorithmic methods and the method of analogies. It is proposed to consider the method of analogies as a tool that allows you to make predictions about the cost of resources required for the successful implementation of IT projects based on the experience of similar projects. It is proved that the advantages of this method are the simplicity of its implementation and the clarity of the results obtained, which follows from the practical orientation of this tool. Among the limitations of the method of analogy is the mandatory need for reliable data relating to similar projects, as well as the difficulty of taking into account unspecified indicators. Taking into account the mentioned limitations of the method of analogies and on the basis of the analysis of scientific sources the possible directions of its optimization are determined. Thus, among the ways to improve the effectiveness of this method are those aimed at optimizing the project selection process, the data for which are used as a basis for forecasting. Attempts to improve the method of analogies by including parameters that were previously ignored by this technique seem promising. This in turn can lead to an expansion of the scope of the method of analogies and increase the accuracy of forecasts. As prospects for further research, the need to continue research in the field of optimization of the method of analogies with the subsequent practical verification of theoretical positions on the data of real projects.
