The textbook presents a basic presentation of the course "Corporate Finance": the principles of corporate governance, the concept of capital budgeting, outlines methods for estimating costs to attract capital and leverage, analyzed the allegations on the structure of capital, the methods of management of circulating capital. It meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education of the latest generation. The logic of the manual is constructed in accordance with the structure of the section "Corporate Finance" of the international qualification program CFA. At the same time, the course meets national professional standards. The material is presented in an accessible form, clearly illustrated, a large number of examples are given. For students of higher educational institutions studying in the areas of "Management", "Economics", "Finance and Credit", for professionals in the field of finance.

Este artigo descreve o sistema ADEGA (Análise de Dados Estatísticos da Grade Acadêmica). Os sistemas de gestão acadêmica, aplicativos utilizados por instituições de ensino para fazer o acompanhamento acadêmico de alunos, normalmente não fornecem maiores funcionalidades do que um repositório de notas e frequências de alunos. Desse modo, o ADEGA tem como objetivo auxiliar a gestão de coordenações de curso de instituições de ensino superior, utilizando o histórico de notas e frequências para fornecer dados e gráficos com informações relevantes e que não costumam ser abordadas em outros sistemas, como uma lista de alunos em risco de jubilamento, um quadro comparativo entre reprovações por disciplina, entre outras. AGEGA (Academic Grid Statistical Data Analysis)This paper describes the ADEGA system (Academic Grid Statistical Data Analysis). The academics management systems, applications used by educational institutions to monitor students academically, usually don’t provide greater functionality than a repository of student grades and attendance. Therefore, ADEGA aims to assist in the management of higher education institution’s course coordination, it uses the history of grades and attendance to provide data and graphics with relevant information that don’t usually are included in other systems, like a risk of academic retirement’s list, a comparative chart of failures by subjects, among others.

The article deals with the relevance of the formation of educational institutions buildings in cooperation with higher education institutions. On the basis of modern tendencies of the education development the basic typological groups of the educational organisations are revealed which are basic elements in the general system of the higher education. The necessity of architectural formation of the school as the main component in the system of school-University interaction is determined. On the basis of the conducted researches are revealed the main directions and methods of architectural formation of buildings of the General educational organisations, namely schools in the structure of higher educational institutions (universities). The basic architectural and planning principles of designing school buildings in the structure of university complexes are defined. The conceptual model of architectural formation of a school building in the conditions of education continuity is developed: general-higher, on the example of Don State Technical University.

The article reviewed the "National Doctrine of Education Development in the XXI Century", in particular, which was born in the conditions when the issue of Ukraine’s accession to the Bologna process was discussed. At that time The Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education in the European Region (The Lisbon recognition convention (1997) has already received the status of the Law of Ukraine. The main idea of the Convention is to provide all people of the European Region with full use of the source of the diversity of educational systems, to as much as possible facilitate the access of residents of each country and students in the educational institutions to the educational resources of other states, to a certain extent predetermined the ideology of the “National Doctrine”. And although the decision to join the Bologna process at the time of preparing the document was not yet made, however, all of its provisions brought Ukraine closer to the European choice in the field of education, demonstrating its orientation towards European standards and principles.

The article considers the problem of modelling the specific structure of social psychological support of students with disabilities in the context of inclusive education development. The article reveals the functions, system character and means of application of this structure in the course of realization of professional and educational paths. The authors analyze different models of social psychological support in the university and address the question of the efficiency of these models and their compliance with resources and demands of the university. The problem of the optimal model is considered. The authors suggest outsourcing as a solution for universities with limited number of assistive resources and small amount of students with disabilities. Developing the model implies taking into account perceptions and assessments of social psychological support in students with disabilities in each step of their professional path.

Objective - At present, higher educational institutions are heavily reliant on Learning Management Systems (LMS) to effectively manage communication with students and to enable technology-based learning. However, the success of LMS depends mostly on the adoption of LMS by students and teachers. The aim of this study is to incorporate different important factors of the Technology Acceptance Model to compare the behavioural intention of students and teachers to adopt LMS. Methodology/Technique – Structured instruments are used for a sample of academics and undergraduates as the main contributors of LMS. The attitude towards LMS adoption of academics and students was compared. Finding - The results suggest that the attitudes of teachers and students towards LMS adoption significantly differ as both contributors and users of LMS. Novelty - In addition, the research highlights different aspects of LMS that can be manipulated for the successful adoption of LMS Type of Paper: Empirical. In the article we investigated the approaches to training managers of educational sphere in the system of higher education of independent Ukraine, analyzed the legal and regulatory framework that defines the branch of knowledge, speciality, subject area for any educational program Training of specialists in the higher education system. It was found out that in the provisions of normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (order from 06.11.2015 no 1151), in tables of the list of specialities on which was carried out training of specialists in higher educational establishments Educational qualification levels of specialist and Master (List 2), and the list of fields of knowledge and specialties, which are trained for applicants of higher education, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29 April 2015 no 266 ( List 2015), for the specialty "management of educational institution (by type)" 8.18010020 subject area defined in such a way that it is clearly referred to the field of knowledge 07 "Management and Administration" of the specialty 073 "Management". Changing the subject area has led to changing legal grounds for educational activities, which in turn resulted in the actual curtailment of managers ' training for the educational sphere. Based on the recommendations of the International Standard Classification of Education: Education and Training in 2013 (MSKO-G 2013), in the study, within the framework of this article, an examination of the content of the educational Scientific Program "management of a higher education institution" and proved, that according to substantive content, it should be attributed to the field of Knowledge 01 education/pedagogy in speciality. Only under these conditions can the educational program meet the criteria (2.3.) Of the quality assessment of the educational programs defined by the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education, in particular: "... the content of the educational program corresponds to the subject area defined for its specialty" and can be accredited.

The authors of the paper have developed and proposed the structure of the educational program service (hereinafter referred to as the “EPS”) during the transition of the educational process in 2019-2020 to a new level (training is currently taking place both offline and online). The use of this system implies an increase in labor protection for EPS employees, the quality of the educational process in educational institutions of higher education (hereinafter referred to as the “Educational organizations”), simplification of work for the teaching staff, which should be consolidated at the state level. The necessity of using this structure in educational institutions of higher education has been substantiated; the concepts and principles of EPS work have been proposed. The authors of the study propose to provide for this structure both at the federal and at the local levels, thereby carrying out labor and legal protection of EPS employees.

The paper describes the design and the essential results of a specially developed educational program “Healthy Lifestyle University”. This program can be viewed as an effective tool of medical students’ lifestyle monitoring as well as social and vocational position development. The program has been designed and implemented in Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University, and successfully tested in the XI open public All-Russian competition of educational institutions of higher education (subordinate to the Ministry of HealthCare of the Russian Federation). The program was the winner in the category “Higher Education Institution of Healthy Lifestyle”. The essential educational components of the program, dedicated to dissemination of medical knowledges and fostering healthy lifestyle in medical students are disclosed in the article. The results of the survey reflect modern medical students’ modus vivendi and the concept of “healthy lifestyle” perceptions, as well as students’ troubles, needs and suggestions for further improvement of healthy lifestyle conditions, facilities and opportunities. These provide essential guidelines for further development of healthy and student-friendly university environment in Russia. The propagated healthy lifestyle set of values and attitudes contributes to vocational adjustment and vocational position formation, as well as personal and vocational selfreflection preparedness development of medical students.
