The requirements of the federal state educational standard of primary general education to the content, technologies and methods of the educational process in primary grades are disclosed. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of the system-activity approach, the technologies of primary education (problem-based learning, developmental learning, activity technology, project method, blended learning, etc.) are highlighted. The methods of teaching all the main academic subjects are presented in detail and concretely. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. The analysis of federal state educational standards for all steps of existing educational system shows that meta-subject approach in learning and bringing up activity is becoming more urgent. Orientation to the key strategic priority of continuous education such as bringing up activity and forming the ability to study are also urgent. The main types of universal studying activities are analyzed: personal, subject, meta-subject results; usage of learning activity matrix during the process of study. Federal State Educational Standard of basic common education sets the demands to personal, meta-subject and subject results of learning after basic educational program of secondary education. So, according to the succession principle we should develop the competence of the students following these three directions transforming them into educational environment of the university. Thus, meta-subject competence should include ability to use intersubject definitions and universal learning activities performing them at learning, knowledge and social practice. The achievement of meta-subject results is connected with the nature of universal activity. The basis of nature-coordinated education should lie in basic values - and the most important is morality which is formed from the human nature. That is why the standards of the second generation formulate four blocks of universal learning activities: personal, regulative, common knowledge and communicative. According to their nature meta-subject activities are functional-oriented ones and they form the psychological basis and determining condition of subject task solution success. Meta-subject competence development supposes various forms of studying process organization. One of such organization forms can be the business game which can be used as the means of diagnosis and forecast of personal behavior in various situations. Project technology is also aimed to develop wide range of competence and creative abilities and that is why it suggests the integrity of research, searching, problem solving and comparison methods. It has been shown that nowadays the role of each course in meta-subject competence development has been growing rapidly.

The article considers different approaches to the formation of orthographical correctness of younger schoolchildren. The conditions of effective development of correct writing by younger schoolchildren and its transformation into orthographical correctness are analyzed. In terms of realization of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary Education the author proposed the working practices that allow the educator to achieve the high level of orthographical correctness of the primary school students in the process of systematic studying of Russian language.

The basis for the study of the Russian language in the school is the Federal state educational standard basic General education which, as you know, proclaimed the priority of system activity approach, aimed at mastering the system of meta-subject and subject nowledge, skills in the process of intensive learning activities, which is possible on the basis of personality-oriented learning. The formation of the ability to build their activities independently, to seek and find more rational ways to obtain results are important.The most important means of organizing educational activities of students is a textbook, its content should be focused on the synthesis of language, speech and spiritual development of students, which requires a certain approach to the distribution of educational material. The most expedient is the selection of such basic aspects of the content: information about the essential features and categories of the language concept, the algorithm of actions with the language concept, information on the culture of speech, features of the use of the named concept (text-forming function), spelling rules associated with the studied concept.In addition to the textbook on paper basis in the modern education system is an electronic textbook which allows the teacher to increase the motivation of learning, to interact quickly with the whole class and individually with each student, and gives the student the opportunity to advance in the study of a specific topic based on their willingness and ability to perceive the proposed training material.

The article presents a content analysis of the «Business English» for future engineers at the master’s level. Studying the «Business English» contributes to the competencies formation in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3 ++. The methods and forms of Business English were determined taking into account the features of teaching masters’ students, the motives for studying in the magistracy. Consideration of the industry-specifi c training in relation to the basic and advanced levels of the basic educational program is justifi ed. The specifi cs of the functioning of methodical system learning in profi le of learning mathematics is considered. The planned results of learning school mathematics in the cognitive area are considered in accordance with the stages of learning activities. These “goal-orientations” are aimed at the formation of cognitive and regulatory universal educational actions. Subject and metasubject results are concretized taking into account the specifi cs of mathematics. The authors marked the skills that characterize the achievement of the planned results for the basic and advanced levels. Planned results in the fi eld of emotionally-valuable attitude to the process of learning mathematics are directed on formation of communications affi rmative and regulatory universal educational actions. As an example the planned results of studying of the topic “Сomplex numbers” are presented. The authors describe the principles of organization of profi le training mathematics in the conditions of informatization of education.
