Active introduction of digital technologies in all spheres of life is one of the main directions of state development as a whole and separate sphere of activity. The issue of using information technologies and systems during forensic examination is the subject of scientific research of many domestic and foreign scientists, but this sphere remains relevant. The introduction of digital technologies in forensic activities is one of the priority areas for the forensic science development at the present stage and has significant development potential. One of the areas of optimization and improvement of forensic activity is the development of methods to automate the formation of forensic experts and unify the description of the research process, identified features, justification and formulation of forensic conclusions, which requires legislative consolidation and regulation, analysis and definition of the subject area and development requirements and algorithms for the operation of the system interface. Unification and standardization of the content of forensic experts' opinions requires the development of common standards and an information system adopted by all subjects of forensic expertise, and meets the needs of practice. The development of an information system for forming an expert opinion and automatically forming an expert opinion will allow formalizing and unifying the description of research and results of forensic examinations, optimizing the time of forensic experts and potentially reducing the number of logical, typographical and technical errors, and simplifying quality control of forensic examinations. The proposed system will not only automate the technical work of registration of research results carried out during forensic examinations, but will also contain research algorithms, which will be stored in the form of data on already conducted research of similar objects (list and sequence of operations, identified features and their parameters).

This article is devoted to the issues of assessing the effectiveness of information systems for enterprises engaged in retail trade in consumer goods. This article describes the tasks that the retail FMCG trade, as well as the functions of the retail trade, solve. The features of the subject area were considered, which will form the basis for the formation of scales for assessing the effectiveness of information systems. The priorities, tasks, and features of the business model of enterprises engaged in retail trade in consumer goods, depending on the market segment they occupy. Various types of corporate information systems that can be used in retail trade are considered. The analysis of the subject area made it possible not only to determine important metrics for assessing the effectiveness of information systems but also to determine the priority of the requirements for the availability of certain functionality in the information system from each business segment, large, medium and small. Also, the existing standards in the subject areas of software development and enterprise organization were considered. This article proposes a methodology for evaluating information systems for enterprises engaged in consumer goods retail trade that belong to different market segments. The proposed methodology is based on the approach of multi-criteria expert assessment. An example of linguistic variables for one of the questions of the questionnaire for experts is given. The order of operation of the expert system is also presented in the form of an activity diagram. The developed expert information system can be monetized by providing referral links to the products of companies supplying information systems for retail. In the future, it is planned to add the ability for qualified experts to select combination of metrics for assessment, as well as change the assessment scale to increase accuracy. The article provides solutions on the basis of which the motivation and mood of employees can be monitored using IT and topicality of developing a similar information system for motivating students is substantiated. Based on the tasks of the subject area, the requirements for the developed information system are formulated. To determine the motivation associated with the psychological model, Vladimir Yudin’s model used in the pedagogic process was chosen as the base one. The system should calculate the indicators of the student's qualities and, on the basis of the transition rules, determine the likelihood of belonging to the psychological type, and also give recommendations on the formation of motivation. Monitoring student motivation will help determine the list of activities in the university that contribute to the development of competences for each type of student. The article presents the developed user interfaces of the system to demonstrate its capabilities.

The paper considers an approach to the creating an information system for supporting scientific and educational activities (ISSEA). Such a system is designed to systematize knowledge and information resources on the required educational and scientific topics, ensure their integration into a single information space and provide meaningful access to them. The conceptual approach to the development process of ISSEA is based on combining the most important components of Semantic Web technology, in particular, the use of ontology to represent the semantics of information educational resources and support their intellectual analysis and knowledge management methods to improve the effectiveness of access to heterogeneous loosely connected information on various aspects of educational and scientific activities. Such information systems (is) represent information objects of knowledge (in the form of a network of knowledge and data), search for them, and ontology-driven navigation. ISSEA is equipped with an ergonomic web user interface and special editors designed to manage the knowledge integrated into it.

This article discusses the woodworking industry that sells timber and lumber. The analysis of the subject area was carried out, the problems of the company associated with the constant search for customers were identified; transfer of information, documents, reports on paper; lack of a single database for accounting documentation. In this regard, it was decided to select an information system that allows solving the identified problems. After a review of information systems, an information system was selected and implemented for the enterprise, which accelerates the process of paperwork for the sale of timber and lumber; increase the effi-ciency of processes for filling out documentation for the sale of forests; store customer information in a single database; keep records at all stages of harvested wood circulation and keep automated records in terms of harvesting, transportation, acceptance and shipment of roundwood.

Currently, the methodology of system engineering is being formed, the product of which is, as usual, the creation of real objects information models, supplemented by virtual components, and on the contrary, virtual objects, supplemented by real components. For example, an information model of a technological object is a specification of real equipment, supplemented by a specification of the purchased equipment of a technological process and on the contrary. By analogy with general engineering in the field of technical activity, the metastructures of such information models must meet the V-shaped structure of the validation and verification processes. Therefore, models should be regularly checked during their life cycle to ensure that their structure and parameters correspond to real and virtual objects. At the present, there are conditions for a coordinated decision of technological objects system information modeling, taking into account their internal (physical) structure and of the digital environment the external structure. In general theoretical terms, the construction of system models is based on the problem of formal consistent description (grammatical calculus) of the structure and functional regularities of a set of objects and their connections in the subject area under study. The presented approach of the subject area system modeling under consideration is based on the classical model of a machine-building enterprise (MP) educational and production activities and a university. Aim. To apply the principles of the design approach for the formation of a corporate information system (CIS) engineering company metastructure digital twin, to explore the prospects of its application, to show the key information components in the management of subject-oriented knowledge and data, as well as the ability to scale technology in the formation of a digital environment for architecture and modern MP, improving the efficiency of business processes participants interaction. Materials and methods. The principles of the system engineering methodo¬logy (process approach, life cycle, etc.), an integrated approach and structural analysis of the design process according to the SADT (Structured Analysis and Design Technology) methodology, and the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) methodology are used. Results. The proposed approach for system modeling the subject area is the development of works of the authors, demonstrates the possibility of scaling on the example of interaction of participants of the REC using part of the University's digital twin KIS enterprises of the real sector of the economy. The requisite of developing a knowledge management model and the increasing role of information search engines are shown. Conclusion. The proposed approach expands the application of the digital twin metastructure, allows correcting the enterprise architecture to improve the efficiency of business processes.

The article analyzes and summarizes competences of the IT professions defined by the European Competence Framework and competencies declared by higher IT education standards. The authors carried out a comparative analysis of competencies identified by modern educational IT standards in order to determine the commonalities and differences in the content of IT specialists training in Ukraine with international standards. With the help of cognitive cards, a simulation of the development of professional IT competencies was carried out within the framework of the cognitive modeling methodology. As designations of concepts at the vertices of the cognitive graph, the notions of competences defined in the notation of the European competence framework are taken. Building cognitive cards to manage the competencies of IT professionals and imitation on their basis of managerial influences allow exploring the subject area and developing strategies close to optimal for organizing the learning process in order to improve the quality of training specialists for the IT industry.

Произведенный анализ предметной области позволил разработать прототип информационной системы. На примере формирования рабочих учебных программ показаны основные этапы разработки приложения, определены технологии разработки информационной системы. The process of developing educational methodological materials in the formation or updating of the main professional educational program is considered. The analysis of the subject area made it possible to develop a prototype of the information system. Using the example of the formation of working curricula, the main stages of application development are shown, technologies for the development of an information system are determined.

This article discusses the relevance of document flow automation in the medical field. The modeling of business processes of the subject area using the CASE tool AllFusion Process Modeler has been performed. An architectural description of the document management system of a medical institution is given. The architecture design was carried out using the unified modeling language UML.

 This paper describes the development process for the map directions information system application utilizing augmented reality technology. The first part of this paper discusses issues related to the research objective formulation. The objective and tasks to be solved are determined. Theoretical information and developments in the subject area are discussed. The second part describes the developed application architecture, the choice of a programming language is explained. The third part expressively addresses the development of algorithms and the application itself. The next section contains instructions for end users. And finally, a summary of the concluded work is given and relevant conclusions are made about the obtained results. It is emphasized that the work leads to the creation of an application for route finding and navigation in augmented reality mode. It is noted that this application can be extended and enhanced by developing versions for other mobile operating systems (for example, iOS and Windows Phone).
