This article presents the initial test results examining basic technological factors, such as type of modifying agent and seasoning time, which influence properties of adhesive epoxide compositions. The aim of the study was to prepare adhesive compositions with 2% content of the selected natural fillers (montmorillonite NanoBent ZR-2, ground chalk (powder)—CaCO3, and activated carbon powder C) and to examine their strength properties. A polymeric matrix used to prepare an adhesive composition consisted of the epoxide resins used in industry: Epidian 5 and Epidian 53 cured by addition of an aminomethyl group, where curing occurred through the Mannich reaction. A composition of epoxide resins with a curing agent and without any modifying agents was used as reference. The examinations described in the present article aimed to show the significance of the impact of the fillers used on the strength properties of the examined compositions. A fracture surface of epoxide adhesive compositions modified with the selected fillers was tested by means of a scanning electron microscope.

This paper presents the fiber effect in the polymer concrete. The concrete is prepared with 10% Bethemcharla stone powder as replacement to cement and 10% of Bisphenol-A polymer to the concrete mixes. The fibers were incorporated to the concrete in the proportion of 0,1 and 2% by volume of specimen. The study mainly focused to evaluate compressive, split, shear and flexural strengths of concrete. Tests conducted on cube, cylinder and beam specimens and from the results it is found that, the fiber seeding to mixes enhances the strength properties. In addition to the mixes, plan cement concrete mix without stone powder and polymer is prepared and tested for the same strengths, this mix is considered as reference mix for comparison purpose. For present experimental work few mathematical models are established to assess strengths in association of cube compressive strength.

In this article the way of forecasting of quality indicators (fracture toughness, hardness) ofelectroconsolidated materials of ZrO2 - Al2O3 nanosystem is considered by a method of mathematicalmodeling.The main patterns of influence of technological factors eleсtroсonsolidation and concentration ofinitial components for the synthesis of materials using zirconia and alumina nanopowders on the strengthcharacteristics of the materials were identified. The mathematical models were built. The model is easy toassess the extent and impact of the results of each of the factors (temperature, holding time and Al2O3concentration) on the characteristics of the object, find it optimal regimes operation. The active experimentallows putting the artificial indignation on object under study and measuring the corresponding valuesoutput parameters. The size and mix of revolting influences introduced into the facility in accordance with adefinite plan, for any optimal criteria.

The development results are given for the refractory concretes based on the modifed alumina cement with the using of the chemical industry wastes. The quantitative ratio for the near-gravity materials, the technological factors' influence on the concrete strength, the dependence of its strength properties on the flling aggregate's kind and its curing conditions were defned in the article. It was shown that the physical and mechanical properties of the developed concretes are as good as those of the commercial concretes. According to all technical characteristics this kind of production can be introduced for using as the high temperature vessels' lining material.Ill.6. Ref. 11. Tab. 4.

Prediction of the strength properties of roller compacted concrete from mathematical models is significant for rapid decision of the quality of the pavement. In the present assessment, roller compacted concrete slab samples have been prepared in the laboratory using 12 percentage of Portland cement by weight of aggregates. Cube, core, and beam specimens were extracted from the slab samples and tested for compressive, indirect tensile, and flexural strength at the age of 28 days. Strength test results were corelated among each other and mathematical models were obtained. It was observed that low significance of aggregates gradation type on the compressive and tensile strength exists. However, high influence of dense gradation on flexural strength could be detected. The flexural strength of dense graded mixture is higher than that of gap graded mixtures. The compressive strength of gap graded mixture is higher than that of dense graded mixture. It can be concluded that the flexural strength is higher than the tensile strength by (2.17 and 1.24) folds for dense and gap graded mixtures respectively. The compressive strength is higher than tensile strength by (5.72 and 4.87) folds for dense and gap graded mixtures respectively. The compressive strength is higher than the flexural strength by (3.4 and 2.49) folds for dense and gap graded roller compacted concrete respectively. The obtained mathematical models exhibit high coefficient of determination and may be implemented in verification of the specific strength property based on other measured strength properties of roller compacted concrete.

The paper deals with the problem of producing heat-insulating ceramic bricks using ash microspheres. The influence of the main technological factors on the ceramic material properties and physicochemical processes in composition preparation is investigated. Clay raw materials of the Verkhovaya deposit of the Tomsk region and ash hollow microspheres of the Belovskaya power plant are studied. It is found that 80 % ash microspheres in the mixture composition reduces the average density by 50 % and water absorption by 28 %; and increases thermal conductivity by 50 %, average compressive strength by 22 % and flexural strength by 30 %. According to the Xray analysis, laboratory samples represent the following crystalline phases: quartz, gehlenite, albite, kyanite, anorthite- and mullite-like compounds. The presence of these minerals in the composition improves the strength properties of the resulting calcined compositions. Microscopy observations show that the structure of the samples is mostly uniform, with a significant number of closed and half-closed pores, that are difficult to reach and inaccessible to water. This factor significantly affects the frost resistance of the product, causing stress relaxation arising from water frozen in pores. As a result, the obtained laboratory samples have the improved thermophysical quality.

The study of organizational and technological factors on dwelling reconstruction profitability of first mass series with thepurpose to define the effective organizational solutions of reconstruction is described. The study is carried out on the basis ofexample of dwelling reconstruction of typical series 1-4382.5-7. The informative and graphical models of reconstruction aremade. The factors having impact on reconstruction indexes are defined. The plan of numerical experiment considering simultaneous impact of the given factors on the profitability index of reconstruction is made. With the help of experimental andstatistical modeling mathematical models of dependency of profitability on the factors in the form of charts are made.The charts analysis defined the areas of effective solutions by simultaneous impact of factors. By the results of studies theconclusions about the conditions of such dwellings reconstruction operations are made.
