Summary: Progress of the Repulic of Srpska regarding the design of products and services in the field of advanced technology has not been reached yet. Social volunteers are one of the human resources having an important role in the implementation of social welfare. According to Regulation number 16/2017 (Permensos No. 16/2017) of The Minister of Social Affairs of The Republic of Indonesia, Social volunteer is a person and a community group with or without background in social works, but carrying out activities in the field of social welfare of their own accord, not in the government social institutions, with or without emolument. There are not many research results examining Social volunteer in general terms under the supervisiom of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemensos RI). Therefore, the problem of this article is how the dimensions of social volunteer interaction at Kemensos RI are like, The purpose of this article is to describe in general thedimensions of social volunteer interaction at Kemensos RI, using a literature review. The definition of a social volunteer is not quite right because, in reality, most of the social volunteers are individuals and work in social institutions. The involvement of social volunteers at Kemensos RI is not only determined by Kemensos RI but also by an interaction between the consideration of Kemensos RI and that of social volunteers. In the consideration of Kemensos RI, there are four dimensions, namely the decision to use volunteers, the number of volunteers, the contribution of volunteers to Kemensos RI, and the status of volunteers at Kemensos RI. Meanwhile, the consideration of volunteers is the change of volunteers from their organization, factors and diversity, the intensity and duration of their commitment as well as the quality of their works. This article recommends the consideration of Kemensos RI to use social volunteers not only to pursue a target quantity of social volunteers, but also to consider the quality and interaction of consideration between Kemensos RI and social volunteers so that there is a mutually beneficial relationship between Kemensos RI and social volunteers. Keywords: social volunteers, Ministry of Social Affairs Republic of Indonesia, social welfare, dimension

It is proposed to build the main accommodation facilities (hotels, hotels, motels, arrival houses and houses with the status of "second homes") and food facilities (cafes, bars, canteens, restaurants) using traditional ecological materials. Modern methods of energy saving, their implementation in the practice of design and construction in countries with hot and humid climates are listed. When designing recreational and tourist complexes, innovative technologies, materials and structures are introduced that increase the comfort of recreational facilities. The government relies on the development of the recreational tourism industry in the country, creating economic advantages in the development of this business in the Republic of Bangladesh, increasing the investment attractiveness for domestic and foreign investors, offering preferential tax and customs regimes for the construction and operation of recreational and tourist facilities. Many facilities of the recreational and tourist industry, built in the period 1980-2010 do not meet modern requirements for energy efficiency, environmental friendliness and aesthetic appeal, which definitely has a negative impact on the recreational attractiveness of some regions of the country, this is especially important for remote and difficult to access areas where created objects.

Tourism in developed countries, but also in some transition countries, is an important export product and a generator of employment. It includes a wide array of phenomena and relationships that arise during the touristic journey, while in its realization it comes to the economic, but also the ecological, social and cultural aspect of life. Tourism in Kosovo is an important economic branch. The Tourism Industry of Kosovo has realized 10-12% of the domestic social product, depending on the year in question and whether all the direct factors (hotel industry, gastronomy) or indirect factors (agriculture, construction, etc.) have been taken into account. The large turnout of the tourism economy in the local social product reveals, in the first place, the weaknesses of other sectors of the economy, while the tourism potential has not been utilized as well. Intensive development is largely spontaneous and uncontrolled in post-war hotels, accompanied by imbalance in the environment and territory. These consequences are detrimental to the interests of the two groups: local residents and respective tour operators. Quality planning of space is one of the most important preconditions for the long-term and sustainable development of tourism in Kosovo. It is appreciated that after defining the status of Kosovo, the interest of investors to invest in the tourism sector is greater, but also in other sectors of the economy that directly or indirectly influence the development of the tourism sector so that the government most works for the development of tourism in different regions of Kosovo, is now in the final stage the international tender for the privatization of Brezovica, where according to the information there are a number of interested persons appearing in the tender for privatization of the tourist complex of Brezovica. Today's modern tourism does not ask where we are going but what we will do where we are going. Kosovo institutions are seriously involved in managing tourism firstly to build conditions to attract foreign tourists and to convince citizens themselves that there are conditions in their country, the money they spend in other countries can help the economy of Kosovo. However, the conditions and nature that nature has created in Kosovo requires a more serious approach to elevating it to a higher level given the conditions to be met to keep up the turret. Tourism is an industry characterized by intensive labor involvement. Human resources for this industry have been rated as "raw materials" or are anticipated by experts as the most important factor to be faced by this industry over the last decades and onwards the Kosovo government has set up a university education school for tourism which can be said that there are many well-prepared frames. Starting from this apparent tourism site, infrastructure and building up of incomparable units is progressing day by day. It is time to evaluate the motivation of visitors who pay for a couple of days of summer or winter in one place.

The sparse human population and the general lack of surface water over most parts of the Republic of Botswana, which has hampered rapid expansion of agricultural activities into the less suitable areas in the past, have contributed to the fact that Botswana still supports a varied and rich wildlife population. The long history of hunting by the local populae makes them understand and appreciate the concept of wildlife conservation and utilization and has assisted in general to implement a policy for rational conservation and utilization. The next decade will be decisive whether this laudable state of affairs will continue or whether the wildlife resource will be depleted and finally restricted only to formal conservation areas as it has happened in many other countries on the African continent. The government is fully aware of the significance of wildlife conservation and utilization and the necessity to integrate it into overall landuse planning.
