For the first time in the education guidance, the history of service development in Russia and in the world is presented in its entirety. There are traced the patterns of the formation of the service component in the national economic systems for the periods of history. Detailed consideration of development of a services sector in the Russian Empire and the USSR is carried out, specifics of her formation in Russia are defined. This paper considers some ways of inter-subject links realization within the content-methodical lines of Math school course. The course of Math at school is permeated with inter-subject links, which are the foundation of the subject and through which a succession is implemented in teaching of Mathematics. The implementation of inter-subject links in teaching Mathematics requires a special organization of educational material and the process of its study and, therefore, acts as a didactic principle. In this paper, inter-subject links are revealed at two levels: the level of content and the level of methods for solving problems. The inter-subject links at the substantial level are learning numerical sequences and linear equations and inequalities, while at the level of methods - examples of transcendental equations. The implementation of inter-subject links at the content level takes place in conjunction with their implementation at the level of methods and has a wide practical application at Mathematics lessons. The conducted researches have shown that inter-subject links naturally extend on the subject area Mathematics and Computer Science according to the Federal state educational standards of the basic and secondary general education. The practical significance of the study is that its results can be used for teaching Mathematics at school.

The article is a description of the Power Query technology training methodology implemented within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education 3++ taking into account professional standards in the direction of the bachelor’s program “Business Informatics”. The authors propose a set of laboratory works in the form of situational tasks and cases that allow to create professional competencies and labor functions of a future specialist (business analyst) as part of the development of the ETL process for processing data using Power Query technology. The use of situational tasks and cases allows to effectively implement the development of a set of professional competencies, which are elements of generalized labor functions, without tying the material in question specifically to any discipline. As part of the implementation of situational tasks and cases described in the article, bachelors not only learn to use the basic elements of Power Query technology, but also gain the skills and abilities associated with the application of the studied technology in performing standard professional tasks stipulated by a professional standard. The format for describing the methodology is presented in the form of the traditional “Key-by-Key” technology, widely used in obtaining professional IT competencies.
