В настоящее время возрастает необходимость оптимизации процесса обновления и сопровождения основных образовательных программ среднего профессионального образования, а также оказания информационной поддержки профессиональным образовательным организациям. В статье рассматриваются преимущества создания единой нормативно-методической базы для разработки образовательных программ среднего профессионального образования в соответствии с федеральными государственными образовательными стандартами среднего профессионального образования. Обоснована необходимость поддержки педагогов среднего профессионального образования с целью повышение нормативно-методической компетентности, которая позволит педагогу эффективно использовать в своей профессиональной деятельности законодательные и иные нормативные документы для решения профессиональных задач, в том числе в процессе подготовки образовательных программ. Единая нормативно-методическая база позволит оптимизировать процесс обновления и оценивания образовательных программ среднего профессионального образования за счет оперативного доступа к нормативным актам и получения консультационной поддержки. Now need of optimization of process of updating and support of the main educational programs of secondary professional education and also rendering information support to the professional educational organizations increases. In article advantages of creation of uniform standard and methodical base to development of educational programs of secondary professional education according to federal state educational standards of secondary professional education are considered. Need of support of teachers of secondary professional education on purpose increase in standard and methodical competence which will allow the teacher to use effectively in the professional activity legislative and other normative documents for the solution of professional tasks, including in the course of preparation of educational programs is proved. The uniform standard and methodical base will allow to optimize process of updating and estimation of educational programs of secondary professional education at the expense of quick access to regulations and receiving consulting support.
