According to the characteristics of high efficiency and high hole forming rate of the triangular-shaped drill pipe in the process of drilling in soft outburst coal seam, the slag discharge model of annular gap between the triangular-shaped drill pipe and hole wall is established by using the basic theory of computational fluid dynamics.Using the finite volume element method, the flow field characteristics of the annular flow area between drill pipe and hole wall are analyzed.Through the numerical simulation analysis, the velocity fluctuation effect of the annular flow field of the slag removal model is put forward, that is, the velocity fluctuation zone is formed between the sides of the arc edge of the triangular-shaped drill pipe, which causes the precipitated coal cinder to rise under the vortex action of the flow field, and is quickly discharged out of the hole under the coordination of the axial velocity, which effectively improves the slag removal efficiency and pore forming rate of the drill pipe.Finally, the comparative test of the triangular-shaped drill pipe and wide-blade spiral drill pipe was carried out in the soft outburst coal seam of 31021 lower auxiliary roadway in a mine. The drilling depth was increased by 19.4%, the hole forming rate was increased by 17.4%, and the drilling efficiency was increased by 26.4%. There was no drill drop and broken phenomenon.

The arrangement and caving order of the mouths after the shield are the key technological problems of lateral caving in flexible shield support face of steep inclined coal seam,and restrict the production.Based on the geological and production conditions of Muchengjian Mining 5113 flexible shield support face in Beijing mining area,lateral caving was simulated by using PFC2D.Single mouth caving and double mouth caving in different orders were researched.It showd that double mouth caving discharged more coal than the single one.When opening two mouths,caving from the upper to the lower had discharged the most coal.Open the third mouth between the two mouths could discharge more coal.The best technology of caving was caving from the upper mouth to the lower one.It increased the rate of recovery and decreased the workload.

Based on the geological conditions of 6# coal seam and 8# coal seam in Xieqiao Coal Mine, to determine reasonable entry layout of lower seam in multi-seam mining, alternate internal entry layout, alternate exterior entry layout and overlapping entry layout were put forward and simulated by FLAC3D. Then stress distribution and displacement characteristics of surrounding rock were analyzed in the three ways of entry layout, leading to the conclusion that alternate internal entry layout is a better choice for multi-seam mining, for which makes the entry located in stress reduce zone and reduces the influence of abutment pressure of upper coal seam mining to a certain extent,. And the mining practice of Xieqiao Coal Mine tested the results, which will offer a beneficial reference for entry layout with similar geological conditions in multi-seam mining.

The micro particle brings much harm to some industrials, agriculture and human activities. The mechanical models of micro particle adhesion to the surface and the control, disposal technology have become very important for prevention from particle aggradations. For the sake of deeply comprehending and researching the adhesion mechanism as well as kinematics characteristic, numerical simulation of particle adhesion was made based on compute simulation package, the analysis of results and relevant comparison demonstrate that it can well simulate actual state and the results of simulation show that the capillary force (Fc) is the biggest, by contrast, the electrostatic force (Fes) is the smallest. Further more, it has some valuable instructions and helpful references for control of micro-particle adhesion to surface. At last, the outlook of issue was put forward.

The numerical model of top coal drawing in gently inclined seam is built based on PFC2d software. By comparing with the theory of drawn-body movement law, it can be obtained that the shape of top coal drawn-body accords with the theory of random medium movement. The research results show that the form of the shape equation of top coal drawn-body is uniform while the top coal caving angle is different. On the other hand, with the difference of top coal caving angle and drawing height, the shape of top coal drawn-body is differential at the meso scale, which depends on the parameters of the shape equation of top coal drawn-body.
