Big data is a large-scale rapidly growing database of information. Big data has a huge data size and complexity that cannot be easily stored or processed by conventional data processing tools. Big data research methods have been widely used in many disciplines as research methods based on massively big data analysis have aroused great interest in scientific methodology. In this paper, we proposed a deep computational model to analyze the factors that affect social and mental health. The proposed model utilizes a large number of microblog manual annotation datasets. This huge amount of dataset is divided into six main factors that affect social and mental health, that is, economic market correlation, the political democracy, the management law, the cultural trend, the expansion of the information level, and the fast correlation of the rhythm of life. The proposed model compares the review data of different influencing factors to get the correlation degree between social mental health and these factors.

Abstract. In view of the current research on the factors of poverty at home and abroad, most of them have less background effects on scale and the mechanism. This study uses a multi-level linear regression model and a geographic detector to jointly detect the poverty influencing factors in the study area. This study mainly draws the following three conclusions: (1) There are background effects on the scale of the poverty-stricken factors in the study area, and the background effects have a great impact. (2) At different scales there are significant poverty-stricken factors. (3) Different research methods lead to differences in research results.

The Indonesian e-Government index for 2020 is internationally ranked 88, up 19 points from the previous ranking of 107 in 2018. This increase results from e-Government implementing agencies and an increase in public participation and contributions from research institutions. It always contributes to e-Government issues theoretically and practically. The results of studies related to the implementation of e-Government are also needed to answer the current problems and become a reference of e-Government development following Indonesian conditions. This study explores the studies that have been carried out during the last five years using the perspective of Indonesia's e-Government Ranking (PeGI), namely the dimensions of policy, institutional, application, infrastructure, and planning. The study used a literature review method with data sources obtained on the Garuda Ristek portal BRIN-Indonesian Publication Index. The number of articles collected was 45 articles which were then grouped based on the PeGI dimension, research methods, and types of e-Government relations. The results show that the perspective of the dimensions of the Indonesian e-Government Ranking can be a reference to see a picture of the conditions of e-Government implementation and the influencing factors. Furthermore, studies related to e-government issues can provide input information and recommendations for solutions to e-Government administrators. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the number of studies on e-Government in Indonesia supported by the government and related institutions to improve the quality of Indonesian e-Government.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the Karo District Regulation number 2 of 2018 regarding the anniversary of Karo District. The method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. The results showed the implementation of the Karo District Regulation No. 2 of 2018 on the Anniversary of the Karo District could be said to have been running optimally. This is seen from the communication aspect in the form of socialization carried out by the Regional Autonomy Section of the Karo Regency Regional Secretariat to all Local Government Agencies and Communities throughout the Karo Regency. Judging from the non-human resources, the facilities in the activities of the anniversary were quite adequate for all of the activities of the anniversary. This is evidenced by the implementation of the anniversary on March 8, 2018 in Jambo Karo District with a variety of series of activities ranging from pilgrimage to the tomb of the hero to entertainment activities. The influencing factors, namely the inhibiting factors are the lack of human resources (HR), lack of budget and lack of some of the trust of the people of Karo. Supporting factors are support from the local government, inculcation of employee awareness as the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and accessibility factors.

Introduction. Nowadays, there is a constant growth of the demand for the use of solar power plants and obtaining green energy. In the using process of them in real conditions, a decrease in efficiency is observed. Because of the influence of external and internal factors on solar cells, the Coefficient of Efficiency(COE) panels decreases. The study of these influencing factors today is one of the actual problems. In this work is presented a study of the efficiency of a solar battery in real operating conditions. Research methods.
