Currently, the education of engineering college faces the pivotal problem of how to improve students' engineering practice ability. Combining the practice teaching system of engineering practice ability cultivation for the major of process equipment and control engineering in our college, four-year continuous persistent cultivation of engineering drawing ability can improve the students' engineering practice ability effectively and practically.

Preliminary study the damage of concrete beam by the ultrasonic-rebound method.The contents of the ultrasonic-rebound method are shown below: the concrete rebound value was determined by Rebound method and the ultrasound propagation time in concrete beam was determined by ultrasonic meter to calculate the ultrasonic velocity value in concrete, finally based on the concrete rebound value and the ultrasonic velocity value to confirm the strength of concrete beam.Because of a single rebounding or ultrasonic method is limit in theory and application, and lead to the defect in the application. But the ultrasonic-rebound synthetic method is much better than the above two methods respectively, and it improves the testing precision to apply to the engineering practice.

The cultivation of the practical ability for Metallurgical Engineering students is very important to help them succeed in a fast paced society and new complex world. In this paper, the current structure of practice teaching system was explained. <p>The reform of the current education system has put forward higher requirements on the teaching of colleges and universities. On the one hand, teachers should be responsible for teaching students‘ knowledge and improving students' cultural literacy. On the other hand, they should cultivate students' comprehensive practical ability and innovative ability. Civil engineering major is an important major to train talents for China's economic development. The educational reform of colleges and universities should constantly improve the quality of practical teaching of civil engineering and cultivate talents with strong comprehensive ability for China's economic and social development. At present, the research on the teaching reform of civil engineering is deepening, aiming at improving the quality of civil engineering teaching and promoting the reform of construction course teaching. This paper mainly studies the cultivation of students' innovation ability by the reform of civil engineering practice teaching.</p>
