The teaching supervision of higher vocational colleges play a role of supervision and guidance in the teaching activities and teaching quality of higher vocational colleges. At present, there are many kind of teaching activities, many kind of educational policy and many kind of objectives are proposed in teaching quality of higher vocational colleges. So that many kind of innovation challenges and development opportunities are waiting for. Consequently, the adjustment of the vocational college teaching supervision work should be kept with the variable times. The specific process can be shown as follows: Firstly, the guidance idea of the teaching supervision should be adjusted; Secondly, weaken the supervision function, strengthen the guidance function; Thirdly, improve and promote the construction of the teaching supervision work team and system construction on and on; fourthly, the important role in teaching should be played by student in order to improve the teaching supervision work efficiency, etc. In summary, higher vocational colleges will be played a new role of teaching supervision work and opened up some new ways through above.

ILS (Instrument landing system) is one kind of the important airborne navigation systems. The performances of the airborne ILS navigation apparatus are vital to safeguard the safe landing of the aircraft. This paper reviews the basic work process of the ILS, summarizes the test theory from the artificial intelligence and virtual instrument view point, discussed the test system construction, and presents the detail design thought. Particular attention is paid to the failures isolating problems. It is shown that test system for airborne ILS navigation apparatus based on artificial intelligence and virtual instrument improved the accuracy and reliability.

The curriculum development is the core task of the current teaching reform of higher vocational schools in China. The curriculum development for the higher vocational education is a complicated systematic project. With the software technology major in Taizhou Vocational & Technical College as its background, according to the curriculum development theory based on work process, this paper first analyzes the basic methods of curriculum development, and then researches on the curriculum development technologies for software technology major in higher vocational schools from the four aspects of work task analysis, typical work integration, curriculum system construction and curriculum teaching implementation, and designs a specific implementation process. Practice shows that the proposed method of curriculum development in this paper has strong operability and obvious implementation results, which provides curriculum reform for the software technology major in higher vocational schools in China with a significance of reference.

Data processing has become an important tool in theoretical and clinical medicine. The main categories of applications are : information analysis, (bio)signal processing and the field of information logistics (information systems).The problems encountered lie in the discrepancy of the basic methods of a formal approach to an empirical science, the complexity of the target system and the system ecology, i.e. the involvement of the user and the system environment during system construction and utilization.Possible solutions to these problems are the application of system techniques, inductive planning, development of medical methodology, development of methods and techniques for user involvement and assessment of motivation and education and educational planning.The necessary general strategy in the development in medical informatics is seen in the continuing systematization of the theoretical and practical approach. It is estimated that this will eventually contribute to the systematization of medical science and practice.
