This paper examines the influence of psychological responses to debt on career choices from an experiment in which alternative financial aid packages were assigned by lottery to a set of law school admits. The packages had equivalent monetary value, but one required the student to take on a loan that would be paid for by the school if he worked in public interest law, while the other covered tuition as long as the student worked in public interest law. If he did not, the student would be required to reimburse the school. Tuition assistance recipients have a 36 to 45 percent higher public interest placement rate and, when lottery results were announced before enrollment, were twice as likely to enroll. Objective: In recent years, advances in technique as well as a growing public interest in developing and maintaining a healthy and attractive smile, has resulted in a greater understanding of the interrelationships between periodontics and orthodontics. The primary objective of periodontal therapy is to restore and maintain the health and integrity of the attachment apparatus of teeth. In adults, the loss of teeth or periodontal support can result in pathological teeth migration involving either a single tooth or a group of teeth. This may result in the development of a diastema, incisal proclination, rotation with collapse of the posterior occlusion.Materials and methods: This case report is of a 32 year old female patient who reported with swollen gums, generalized spacing between the teeth and extruded upper anterior tooth. Periodontal therapy followed by fixed orthodontic therapy was planned. Results: At the end of 2 years a stable healthy periodontium was established that was both functional and esthetic. Conclusion: Adjunctive orthodontic therapy is often necessary for successful restoration of periodontal health. On the other hand, successful orthodontic treatment will depend on the periodontal preparation before and after treatment and the maintenance of periodontal health throughout all phases of mechano-therapy.

Cybersecurity is a central challenge for many companies. On the one hand, companies have to protect themselves against cyberattacks; on the other hand, they have special obligations towards third parties and the state in critical infrastructures or when dealing with personal data. These responsibilities converge with company management. This volume examines the duties and liability risks of management in connection with cyber security from the perspective of corporate, constitutional and labour law. The volume is based on a conference of the same name, which took place in cooperation with the Friedrich Naumann Stiftung für die Freiheit on 23 and 24 October 2020 at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. With contributions by Andreas Beyer, Marc Bittner, Alexander Brüggemeier, Anabel Guntermann, Katrin Haußmann, Dennis-Kenji Kipker, Christoph Benedikt Müller, Isabella Risini, Darius Rostam, Sarah Schmidt-Versteyl and Gerald Spindler.
