A unique method, so called, hydro-thermal synthetic method was applied to produce nano-sized inorganic blue (Y2SiO5:Ce) and red (Y2O2S:Eu+3) emitting phosphors. Electron microscopy revealed that the nano-sized emitting phosphor particles have spherical shape with 23-50nm in size. The particles can effectively change ultraviolet rays of 1-390 nm to infrared rays of 750nm -1mm, which are suitable to promote the growth of plants. The principle excitation and emitting spectrum of the red phosphor in 590-700 nm emitting spectrum were in the region of 308nm and 617nm, respectively, whereas, those of the blue phosphor in 420-470nm emitting spectrum were in the region of 254nm and 464nm, respectively. The addition of 0.1-0.2 wt% of the 2:1 mixed red and blue powders to a film showed the maximum emitting intensity of 537x1000 count/sec.

A clinical thermometer of infrared rays was used twice to record consecutively the temperature of the tympanic membrane in each ear and in the anus of 53 dogs. Temperatures did not differ significantly between organs, and were strongly correlated. The anal temperature measurement with an infrared thermometer in dogs is feasible and trustworthy, as well as the thermal checking of tympanic temperature.

Abdominal aortic aneurysm is more stressful and has more complications in many diseases. During treatment and repair, arteriosclerosis, abdominal congestion deposition, and abdominal swelling cannot be eliminated. In this paper, we used the seed growth method to obtain gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with good morphology and dispersion. The AuNPs of larger aspect ratio synthesized in this experiment moved their longitudinal plasmon resonance absorption peak to the near-infrared region, which provided suitable materials for subsequent experiments and laid the foundation for the photothermal therapy of tumors. Experiments show that near-infrared rays can penetrate into deep tissues to overcome the shortcomings that visible light cannot penetrate abdominal aorta well. AuNPs absorb near-infrared rays, thereby generating heat energy to achieve the purpose of treating tumors. In addition, AuNPs also have fluorescent properties, combined with other forms of imaging methods, to achieve the purpose of multimodal imaging, and improve the diagnostic accuracy of studying the protection mechanism of the nephroblastoma overexpressed (NOV or CCN3) gene.

Abstract—COVID-19 be a concern in all countries because of its rapid spread through droplets or airborne. The COVID-19 Task Force recorded that 1.4 million Indonesians were exposed to the virus. The government has established health protocols, one of which is social distancing. However, as time goes by, people's awareness of the dangers of COVID 19 is decreasing. Many people violate health protocols and crowd in various places. Based on these problems, a disease transmission prevention tool is designed to reducing the spread of the virus. The method used in this research is Kano Model. From the results of the voice of customer and Kano Model analysis, it was found that the drone that consumers want is have a disinfectant in the form of 360⁰ UVC rays, sound transmission in the form of a mic along with speakers, both of which are included in the attractive category, while the one-dimensional category is a temperature gauge in the form of infrared rays to help detect the symptoms of the COVID-19 virus. The presence of PATRON is expected to help the COVID-19 Task Force in an effort to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.  Keywords: disease transmission tool, kano model, covid-19   Abstrak—Virus COVID 19 menjadi perhatian di berbagai negara dikarenakan penyebaranya yang cepat melalui droplet atau airborne. Berdasarkan data SATGAS COVID 19 tercatat sejumlah 1,4 juta penduduk indonesia terpapar virus.

Infrared thermography can be applied in different medical systems, for example it can be used to catch the images of living blood vessels. Far infrared rays can be used in a heating machine, which can be applied in the clinical hemodialysis patients. Infrared electronically sensitized images, which are generated by near-infrared Charge-coupled Device (CCD), are used to detect blood vessels, and used as a long-wavelength external stimulating therapeutic tissue repair system. When an infrared sensor detection and actuator treatment is applied during hemodialysis, a missing needle can be detected, and far infrared rays have a therapeutic effect on blood vessels. Because a far-infrared actuated light source can improve blood circulation, it is currently used to prevent fistula embolism in hemodialysis (HD) patients and reduce vascular occlusion after hemodialysis. Sensors used for sudden changes in heart rate variability (HRV) are used as predictive and evaluation indicators for our new method. Far-infrared actuated radiation can increase sympathetic nerve activity and regulation of parasympathetic and sympathetic nerves. We performed baseline measurements of the low-frequency/high-frequency ratio of autonomic nerve activity before hemodialysis (low frequency (LF), high frequency (HF), LF/HF, before HD) and after hemodialysis (LF/HF, after-HD). Based on data from the HRV continuity tracking report, 35 patients with autonomic nerve activation were treated and evaluated. We have demonstrated that the resulting near-infrared (NIR) sensor imaging and far-infrared actuator illumination can be used for the detection and treatment of hemodialysis patients.
