Electromagnetic radiation pollution and its protection has become one of the hot issues of urban development process. This paper analyzed the cause of natural and man-made electromagnetic environment pollution, pointed out the harm of public health and the city normal production and living order and the city sustainable development. This paper suggested that comprehensive treatment measures should be taken to solve the problem of electromagnetic environment pollution in cities including the reasonable planning and layout, the real powerful supervision, the advertisement and education, and the high level of protection technology. This plays an important role and realistic significance in building a harmonious urban electromagnetic environment.

To address the problem of the collapse of the roof of the Bailuyuan tunnel during construction, the causes of collapse were analyzed, targeted treatment measures were proposed, and the effects of the treatment measures were evaluated through on-site monitoring and three-dimensional numerical simulations. The results showed that the particular characteristics of loess and the synergy of groundwater were the internal causes of the tunnel’s collapse as well as, to a certain extent, atmospheric precipitation. Therefore, the combination of multiple factors contributed to the tunnel’s collapse. Untimely monitoring and measurement, as well as the low initial support parameters, reflect a lack of human understanding of the collapse. Based on the analysis of the causes of the collapse, comprehensive treatment measures for inside and outside the tunnel are proposed, which are shown to be effective and to be capable of preventing the occurrence of further collapses. After the collapse treatment, the measured maximum settlement of the tunnel vault was 65.1 mm, the maximum horizontal convergence was 25 mm, the maximum surrounding rock pressure was 0.56 MPa, and the maximum stress on the steel arch frame was 54.34 MPa. Compared with the original design plan, the vertical stress, horizontal stress, and shear stress of the surrounding rock obtained from numerical simulation after the collapse treatment were greatly reduced, the reduction rate at the vault reached 50%, and the safety factors of the initial support positions after treatment met the specification requirements. The research results can provide engineering guidance for the design and construction of large-section tunnels crossing deep-loess strata, and they are of important engineering significance.

Objective: Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA), the second most common type of primary liver tumor, has an increasing incidence in the past few decades. iCCA is highly malignant, with a 5-year survival rate of approximately 5-10%. Surgical resection is usually the prescribed treatment for patients with early stage iCCA; however, patients are usually in an advanced stage iCCA upon diagnosis. Currently, targeted therapy combined with chemotherapy and other comprehensive treatment measures have been mainly adopted as palliative treatment measures. As a common candidate of targeted therapy, FGFR inhibitors have demonstrated their unique advantages in clinical trials. At present, the prospect of FGFR targeted therapy is encouraging. The landscape of FGFR inhibitors in iCCA is needed to be showed urgently. Methods: We searched relative reports of clinical trials on FGFR inhibitors in PubMed as well as Web of Science. We also concluded other available clinical trials of FGFR inhibitors (Data were collected from clinicaltrials.gov ). Results: Several relatively effective targeted drugs are being used in clinical trials. Some preliminary results indicate the outlook of targeted therapy such as BGJ398, TAS120, and HSP90 inhibitors. Conclusions: In summary, FGFR targeted therapy has broad prospects for the treatment of iCCA.

In recent years, the production decline of some oilfields is obvious, and a large number of oil wells begin to be in inefficient or ineffective production. Only by controlling these wells can the oilfields maintain effective production. By means of dynamic and static multidisciplinary integrated research, through elaborate dissection of typical potential blocks, the optimal treatment measures are selected from four aspects of “ reservoir heterogeneity and production status, type and distribution law of remaining oil, causes of low efficiency wells, classification and comprehensive treatment countermeasures and methods”, so as to provide technical support for potential tapping and comprehensive treatment of old oilfields.

There are a lot of rock pile body around GuiZhou mountain area, highway construction will pass by these bad geological body inevitably, the fill subgrade built on rock pile body is liable to instability and slip. Take a section fill subgrade of YuKai highway as an example, the sliding mechanism of fill subgrade on rock pile body was analyzed, the scientific division and comprehensive treatment measures were proposed for the landslide.

Collapse is one of the most dangerous geological disasters in tunnel construction, and it is an urgent engineering problem which needs to be solved. Taking the collapse of the top of an actual tunnel face as an example, through field investigation and theoretical calculation methods, the mechanism of tunnel collapse was studied, and the treatment and evaluation of the collapse area were proposed based on field monitoring data. The results show that the extrusion and bulging deformation on the palm surface and the tensile fracture in the top inclined stratum led to the shear slip of the block along the structural surface and the local collapse of the surrounding rock. Based on the block theory, the potential unstable block at the top of the tunnel was successfully identified, and the treatment method of ‘protecting before filling and then digging’ was proposed. The comprehensive treatment measures of advance bolts, steel arch support, collapse backfill, and step excavation were adopted, with on-site monitoring followed up step by step. Based on the analysis of surrounding rock deformation and stress characteristics, in this paper we demonstrate that the treatment effects of the collapse area are good, and ensure the safety and smooth progress of construction. The proposed treatment method achieved the expected goal and was shown to be able to provide successful treatment for similar collapse cases of tunnel engineering.

Qianjiangping landslide, which occurred in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, is one of the serious landslide disasters in this area after impounding. Based on site investigation, and investigation of the related reference materials and analyzing the origin caused this disaster we think the special geological and geomorphic conditions and concentrated rainfall are the main factors. Some suggestions on engineering treatment technology, the measures of nature restoring vegetation and ecology restoring vegetation, which are useful to the landslide treatment of analogous project, are put forward---That is, for happened landslide and potential dangerous areas it is necessary to do hill’s drainage and slope protection; the method for natural restoration vegetation is to close the mountains for natural afforestation to reduce the human interference; and the way for ecological restoration vegetation is to restore and rehabilitate Eco-economic vegetation.

The results are presented for the validation of a videotape as an analogous situation for a flight. The video includes the most significant elements of a flight by air: confirmation of the flight, packing, going to the airport, checking-in, going through the metal-detector, departure lounge, boarding the plane, demonstration of the personal safety drills, interiors and exteriors during the flight and landing. Two physiological measures are used for validation (heart rate and temperature) and a subjective measure (situational anxiety, SA). The results (both t-tests and the discriminant analysis) indicate that the videotape is able to discriminate between phobics and non-phobics of flying in the three variables considered. With respect to sensitivity in detecting change produced by various treatments in clients with phobia of flying, the results are also satisfactory. A greater differentiation is produced between the pre-post treatment measures, both in subjective and in the physiological measures.
