According to the automobile industry cluster situation at present, the paper introduces the method and train of thought of automobile industry cluster based on GIS from demand analysis, data base design, function design and so on. Also demonstration analysis in one automobile industry cluster. In construction, use client layer, web layer, business logic layer and data layer to design the system architecture. It improved the system maintenance performance, used Oracle and ArcSDE to access space data and attribute data, and mass data storage management. Research results maybe give some significance reference for design and implementation of automobile industry cluster.

With the rapid development of domestic automobile industry, product quality issues are also increasingly prominent. 7 Diamond Process is one of analysis method and tool used for the automotive industry to solve quality problems and difficult problems, it is a standard seven-step method used to promote problem-solving. Moreover this paper introduces the concept and content of 7 Diamond Process, by giving a practical example, the detailed steps of 7 Diamond Process applied in automobile quality problem analysis are described. It will become an effective tool to improve the quality level of automotive products.

Abstract Cognitive artificial neural network is a hot research field which is an important part of human intelligence research. In recent years, artificial neural network has been used in the fields of neuroscience, computer science, cognitive science, mathematics and physics. With the Chinese automobile industry as the research object, the global value chain as the research tool, and the promotion of Chinese automobile industry cluster as the research objective, This paper deals with information processing by simulating neural activity in the brain according to the cognitive artificial neural network to study the upgrading of Chinese automobile industry cluster, and puts forward the related suggestion on the upgrading of Chinese automobile industry cluster. This study believes that in order to promote the upgrading of Chinese automobile industry cluster, it’s essential to promote the independent innovation of enterprises in the cluster and indispensable to strengthen government support, which has certain guiding significance to the development of Chinese automobile industry cluster.

The paper elaborates theories on industrial clusters and sums up the advantages of automobile industry development in Wuhan: convenient transportation, large scope of radiation, rich technological and intellectual resources, as well as solid foundation of relevant industries. The paper analysis existing problems of automobile industry cluster in Wuhan, such as poor market competitiveness of core enterprises, obvious weak links in the industry chain, lack of technical innovation ability, and proposes some recommendations in the purpose of promotion the competitive advantages of Wuhan automobile industrial cluster.
