The crucial of design a robust image watermarking scheme is cope with geometrical attacks in transform domain.In this paper, a novel feature-based image watermarking scheme resilient to the geometrical attacks is proposed. Firstly, the harris-affine detector is utilized to extract invariant feature points from the host image. Then, by the feature scale of the local structure, the feature regions are adaptively computed and normalized. Finally, several copies of the digital watermark are embedded into the nonoverlapped local feature regions by quantizing the magnitude vectors of the DFT middle frequency. During detection, the resynchronization is achieved through feature points. And the embedded sequence can be extracted by “majority principles” without resorting to the original host image. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has good transparency and is very robust to common image processing and geometric attacks.

Generic polar complex exponential transform (GPCET), as continuous orthogonal moment, has the advantages of computational simplicity, numerical stability, and resistance to geometric transforms, which make it suitable for watermarking. However, errors in kernel function discretization can degrade these advantages. To maximize the GPCET utilization in robust watermarking, this paper proposes a secondary grid-division (SGD)-based moment calculation method that divides each grid corresponding to one pixel into nonoverlapping subgrids and increases the number of sampling points. Using the accurate moment calculation method, a nonsubsampled contourlet transform (NSCT)–GPCET-based watermarking scheme with resistance to image processing and geometrical attacks is proposed. In this scheme, the accurate moment calculation can reduce the numerical error and geometrical error of the traditional methods, which is verified by an image reconstruction comparison. Additionally, NSCT and accurate GPCET are utilized to achieve watermark stability. Subsequent experiments test the proposed watermarking scheme for its invisibility and robustness, and verify that the robustness of the proposed scheme outperforms that of other schemes when its level of invisibility is significantly higher.

In video monitoring system of substation, in-process video inspection is used to detect abnormalities and provide corresponding solutions in a timely manner to avoid failures.As the common equipment，electric power tower’s inclination should be detected timely..It was hard to check the fault of tower inclination timely and accurately only by staff’s routine inspection,and it will spent much manpower and material resources by the manner of sensor. A manner of substation video inspection tower inclination angle detection based on SIFT feature matching and OTSU was presented in this paper. The tower inclination angle was calculated through the matched feature points. As is proved in the simulation test, this algorithm features simplicity and it can detect the maximum angle in all case of inclination .
