Some major crises, such as wars, may redraw the features of society with all its groups, ideologies and policies it adopts. In these few pages, we try to discuss objectively, not mixed with bias, some of the bright aspects in the city of Mosul after its liberation from the clutches of infidelity and extremism, starting from a scientific reference that distinguishes what was the situation in the city of Mosul during the days of ISIS terrorist gangs He explained the current situation after its liberation, assuming that the current situation is witnessing a kind of gradual improvement despite the state of anxiety experienced by the residents of Mosul, which may turn into a state of protest and revolution with a negative content if they are not compensated and return their societal status to what it was, if conditions and opportunities are not available For a new societal renaissance based on all partners in restoring stability to the city. This study, despite its simplicity, adheres to a scientific and methodological character, to determine some geographical, historical, and cultural dimensions characteristic of the city of Mosul in Iraq, and we referred to some hotbeds of tension and conflict, in addition to the factors of calm, dialogue and cooperation, up to the desired state of stability in which we were keen to clarify the role Social service as a scientific field specialized in achieving a state of security and stability in the local communities of post-conflict areas liberated from ISIS terrorism. The sensitivity of the topic, the severity of its complexity and the variability of the references of his analysis, may make the researcher confronting his study feel embarrassed, and therefore it is useful not to expose the causes of the fall of the city of Mosul to the hands of ISIS terrorist groups Notice that as we search in the present we do not dispense with history, and as we stress the importance of security and stability, we do not have the right to neglect the national sacrifices of the men of the security forces and the popular crowd, recalling the fact that these sacrifices are not a temporary, contingent structure, or a fabricated formation that can be easily overcome. A national historical position, with whom Holiness is a measure of faith, but at the same time and in response to those sacrifices and efforts to liberate the city of Mosul and eliminate the so-called terrorist ISIS, as much as it contains the tenacity and persistence of liberation, there is a measure of the possibility of dissociation, dissipation and loss. The matter depends on many factors, foremost among which is the availability of a collective sense of belonging to a national and spatial space, with all its history, memory, experiences, and common interests, a place called: a homeland, a national status called: loyalty and belonging, and a governmental action called: ages and concern. Objective. Analyze the Sustainability in the libraries, throught applied research, in Villahermosa City, Capital of the Tabasco State. Methodology. The research is nonexperimental, descriptive and correlational. In this research, the sustainability of libraries is analyzed considering the behavior of the research variable (Sustainability) in the different international, national and local contexts, as well as the theoretical foundations, on which this research variable is based. Then an instrument is designed that was applied to the libraries of the city of Villahermosa, for the collection of information through the Self-diagnosis tool based on ten elements (Measurements related to the end user, Measurements and / or performance of the process, Alliances with providers, Documentación, Training, Benchmarking, Adaptability Process, Cotinuous improvement, Human resource evaluation, Management level evaluation), which generated results on the current situation of the libraries, which served as a basis for their analysis. Contribution. From the results obtained in the application of this instrument, a model was designed to improve the sustainability of libraries, which will allow them to be more competitive in their field.

This paper provided an overview that the city should be designed from the functional, connectivity, accessibility and other aspects of the city considering the current situation of obsolete facility and out of order around the Shanghai West Railway Station. It emphasized that the resources of Shanghai West Railway Station’s Zhenru area shall be integrated while the Zhenru center of Shanghai in Caoyang-street and the railway cargo terminal should be built. It proposed that the city should put emphasize on the development of modern logistics industry along with the construction of business office area, large-scale logistics enterprises gather, hotel service area and low density of cultural facilities.

The article attempts to outline the phenomenon of spatial segregation in Lviv. It highlights the historical aspects of this phenomenon, and their impact on the current situation. Also is outlined the own classification of the social groups which have developed at present city is considering the degree of their mutual isolation. It was found that in the historical aspect of spatial segregation in Lviv can be divided into three periods: - medieval (when it was discriminatory), Soviet (when it was a privilege marking of politically "trustworthy"), and modern (associated with property stratification). Each of these segregation stages has left its mark on the spatial character of the city, albeit to varying degrees. Thus, the medieval discriminatory segregation of space is now practically inactive; the Soviet partially changed its direction and lost its original meaning, the modern one is at the stage of active development and deepening. Eight social categories have been identified in modern Lviv, in relation to which the process of spatial segregation is taking place. Accordingly, an assessment of the phenomenon of spatial segregation is given, which should take into account the following factors: a) the frequency of intersection of social groups of different categories; b) the place where this intersection takes place (for example citywide holidays); c) territorial distribution of spatially segregated groups. Preliminarily assessed the isolation level of different social groups, which also has a urban dimension.

 At the time of the Prophet, the mosque was a center for worship activities and economic activities, learning, socio-politics, etc. From this mosque environment, great figures in Islam were born who were not only strong in religion but also intellectually and mentally. However, the mosque has decreased in function now so that it is only a place of prayer. This phenomenon also occurs in the city of Medan, which is one of the largest cities in Indonesia, with the majority of the population being Muslim. Therefore, Medan often becomes the center of various activities, including Islamic religious activities in the area. Unfortunately, Medan does not yet have adequate facilities that can accommodate various Islamic religious activities, so it needs an activity center known as an Islamic center. The design of the Islamic center in the city of Medan solves design problems with an approach methodology ranging from literature studies, site surveys, and design concept analysis. This Islamic center applies a design concept by taking Islamic values ​​that are not indifferent to the surrounding environment so that elements of the local culture are still considered. It is hoped that this Islamic center will not only be able to become a center of activity, especially Islamic religious activities in Medan, but also an area of ​​learning about Islamic and local values ​​in its design
