We consider the problem of rational statistical control technical parameters of automatic spacecraft (AKA) in the process of their ground testing in autonomous and complex testing in a three-tier hierarchical structure: independent product testing, independent testing systems and comprehensive testing of the AKA in general. The mathematical model of control, the formalized statement of a problem and algorithm of optimization of statistical control of sets of products and their technical parameters on hierarchy of working off is given. At the same time, the model and algorithm allow you to select the optimal product range of each level of the hierarchy from the sets that are subject to mandatory control, take into account the specified requirements for technical parameters and the results of monitoring the technical parameters of the lower levels of products when planning and carrying out control of the parameters of the higher levels.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran Think berbasis media I Spring suite 8 bagi mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development. Pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan metode Research and Development (R & D) dengan model 4 D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Dessiminate). Penelitian ini dimulai dari tahap define yaitu mengidentifikasi konsep-konsep material yang harus terkandung dalam media. Mendesain lebih lanjut model pembelajaran Think berbasis media pembelajaran I Spring suite 8. Setelah media dirancang dan dibuat maka dilakukan tahap pengembangan yaitu validasi produk oleh ahli dan uji coba produk pada proses perkuliahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validitas ahli materi dalam kriteria valid dengan persentase 88 persen, hasil validitas ahli media dalam kriteria valid dengan persentase media pembelajaran sebesar 89 persen. Dari uji kelayakan diperoleh hasil uji kelayakan. Disimpulkan bahwa media termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik.Asbtract. This study aims to develop I Spring suite 8 learning media based Think learning model for Biology Education college students. The type of this research was Research and Development. The development of  learning media uses the Research and Development (R & D) method with the 4 D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Dessiminate). This research starts from the define stage that was identificatethe material concepts that must be contained in media. Furthermoredesign the I Spring suite 8 learning media based Think learning model. After media has been designed and created, the development stage was carried out, namely product validation by experts and product testing in the lecture process. The results showed that the validity of the material experts was in valid criteria with the percentage of 88 percent, the results of validity by media experts were in valid criteria with the percentage of learning media as much as 89percent. From the feasibility test, it was concluded that the media is included in the categoryvery good.

Jurusan Manajemen saat ini berupaya melakukan inovasi dan perbaikan administrasi diawali melalui penelitian. Penelitian mengenai revitalisasi administrasi  dilakukan dalam upayanya melakukan perbaikan administrasi di Jurusan Manajemen Undiksha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan karena pada prinsipnya penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengembangkan sistem administrasi dengan sebelumnya mendeskripsikan konten apa saja yang  perlu direvitalisasi di Jurusan Manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah desain aplikasi administrasi yang selanjutnya dikembangkan menjadi prototipe produk dalam bentuk sistem administrasi dokumen menggunakan web-based technology dengan bahasa JAVA. Dalam pengembangan produk sistem administrasi  tersebut dilakukan tahapan riset dengan menggunakan waterfall model yang mencakup: (1) analisis kebutuhan (requirement analysis), (2) desain produk (product design), (3) pengembangkan produk (product development), (4) melakukan uji coba produk (product testing), dan (5) pemeliharaan produk sistem administrasi (maintenance).

The main purpose of this article has been to prove the influence of product quality comparative testing results on the market, to demonstrate the importance of comparative testing of consumer products as a means of consumer information and consultation, to analyse its methodology and impact on market structures as well as on the behaviour of companies and consumers, and to determine possibilities for the practical application of comparative testing in Lithuania. The key objectives have been to analyse the framework of Lithuanian governmental institutions and public organisations responsible for the formulation and implementation of consumer policies, and their capabilities to perform product testing. In addition, peculiarities of the consumer market as well as the need for product information, which are both important factors for product testing, have been overviewed.Utilising comparative product testing methodology and research on how test results could be applied, it can be said that the formation of an independent, well-informed consumer base able to make calculated decisions requires planned and concentrated governmental efforts. Comparative product testing is one of the tools available for consumer education and information. Its significance and effectiveness in creating a consumer society such as this cannot be denied.When creating a comparative product testing system in Lithuania we need to take into account the experience of other Western countries in this field, as well as the potentiality of Lithuanian institutions to prepare and conduct testing of certain products. Research shows that at present in Lithuania it is food products which lend themselves most readily to product testing, while services fare worst. From the technological and economic viewpoints, co-operation among the Baltic States and any prior specialisation in this area would be useful when conducting product quality comparative testing.

Learning facilities are often a problem in the learning process for athletic sports. The purpose of this study was to produce a product to develop a hurdling learning tool. The subjects of the small scale trial were class IV which assessed 28 students, and the subjects of the large scale trial were class V who were assessed 32 who were in SDN 70 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo. The method in this research is related to determining potentials and problems, design data, design validation, revised design, product testing, product testing, usage trials, product revisions, product testing. The results of this development research are in the form of a tool made from a rubber band with adjustable height support poles then poured out and packed into a book.
