ROLL‐ALONG AND DROP‐ALONG SEISMIC TECHNIQUES

The designation “Roll‐Along” is used to indicate the use of horizontal‐data‐stacking techniques when field data are derived by the shooting method. The term “Drop‐Along” is used for weight‐drop data. These methods have proven valuable in obtaining usable data in areas where the standard pattern techniques are ineffective, or where extreme multiplicity requirements make patterns economically impractical. Operational techniques have been developed for both Roll‐Along and Drop‐Along in which standard field recording equipment and cables are utilized. A discussion of these techniques and the associated data processing operations is presented. Record‐sections are used to illustrate the quality of data obtainable by these methods and to compare it to pattern shooting.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. The design of web-based drug sales information system is made using PHP and MySQL.Keywords: Information System, Sales, Kauman PharmacyAbstrak: Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya.Dalam mengelola informasi dibutuhkan teknologi yang baik karena informasi mempunyai nilai yang besar bagi suatu perusahaan. Dan teknologi komputer sekarang ini dengan kecepatan prosesnya yang semakin canggih telah memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

<p>China's first Mars exploration mission (HX-1) is expected to launch in 2020 with an orbiter and a rover, to conduct a global and comprehensive exploration of Mars, and to carry out regional patrolling on the Mars surface. The orbiter will be equipped with a Moderate Resolution Imaging Camera (MoRIC) to produce a global map of the Mars and study the topography of the Mars surface. The MoRIC is a color camera, works at visible spectrum, the image resolution of the camera is 100m@400km, and the FOV is 64<sup> o</sup>.</p><p>The purpose of the Ground scientific verification test for MoRIC is to evaluate its ability to obtainhigh quality image data of the Mars surface. In the test, we made a simulation of the on-orbit detection process of MoRIC and obtained different kinds of test data, which was used to evaluate the data processing method and analyze the quality of data. The test results show that the data processing method of the MoRIC is correct; the image quality, the color correction effect and compression quality of the MoRIC data meet the requirements of the verification test.</p>

Data play an important role in water-related research. Based on experiences in data collection and data processing in water-related research this paper proposes – both from a computer scientist's and an environmental engineer's point of view – a set of rules for data handling: Rule 1: Protect raw data; Rule 2: Save metadata; Rule 3: Use databases; Rule 4: Separate data from processing; Rule 5: Use programming; Rule 6: Avoid redundancy; Rule 7: Be transparent; Rule 8: Use standards and naming conventions. Applying these rules (i) increases the quality of data and results, (ii) allows to prepare data for long-term usage and make data accessible to different people, (iii) makes data processing transparent and results reproducible, and (iv) saves – at least in the long run – time and effort. With this contribution the authors would like to start a discussion about best data handling practices and present a first checklist of data handling and data processing for practitioners and researchers working in the water sector.

The article discusses how to optimize the data when it detects air targets by requesting observation systems. Two schemes for the detection of air objects, differing in the order of the operation of deciphering the aircraft responders' response signals, were investigated. It is shown that performing the operation of decoding the signals of the aircraft responder after the operation of detecting the air object makes it possible to improve the quality of data processing of the requesting observation systems. The influence of the aircraft responder readiness coefficient and the probability of suppression of signals in the answer channel on the probability of detection of air objects was researched.

The article presents the method "Inspector" to be adapted for assessment of the levels of quality of data processing systems in universities. Included into the methodology fuzzy cognitive models of determining the required, estimating the current and "forecasted" levels of quality of data processing systems, as well as corresponding algorithms allow evaluating the system at the design stage and operation stage on the basis of expert information. Using the complex criterion of quality assessment makes it possible to increase the informativeness of the assessment, which, in turn, increases the efficiency of quality of data processing systems. Adapting methodology to the peculiarities of functioning of universities includes defining the main functions of the evaluated data processing systems; defining the elements of the sets of concepts of fuzzy cognitive models used in the methodology; verifying the existence of links between concepts of fuzzy cognitive models; filling the knowledge base necessary to assess the current level of information security of the data processing system. The methodology was approved in one of the leading higher educational institutions of the Volga region for assessment of the data processing system "Deccan". To adapt the methodology and directly assess the quality and information security of the data processing system, an expert commission was assembled, consisting of IT staff of the university, professors of profile departments of the university, employees of the dean's office. The work of the commission was organized through meetings. Discussion of each issue lasted until the experts made an agreed decision. According to the data obtained after application of the methodology, there were taken measures to elevate quality of the Deccan system to the level "above average". Approbation of the method "Inspector" showed its applicability for assessing the quality of data processing systems of universities.

The models discussed so far have been, effectively, asexual.We have considered fertility in terms of females and their daughters, but we have used pooled survivorship data to derive model mortalities. In so doing, we have assumed an equal sex ratio at birth and equal sex-specific mortality rates. This introduces some error, and the direction is probably known: pre-industrial males have generally a higher adult survivorship than females, although the sex ratio may vary from age to age and from group to group (Weiss 1972b). Given our purpose and the quality of data available to anthropologists it is doubtful that the error introduced in this way is significant. A fieldworker who insists on constructing 2-sex models must have a larger data sample, so that the stochastic variations in age-class representation are minimized. But if the data seem sufficient and a 2-sex demographic model is desired, this chapter will present the methods by which such a model can be constructed.

One goal in electron microscopy of biological specimens is to improve the quality of data to equal the resolution capabilities of modem transmission electron microscopes. Radiation damage and beam- induced movement caused by charging of the sample, low image contrast at high resolution, and sensitivity to external vibration and drift in side entry specimen holders limit the effective resolution one can achieve. Several methods have been developed to address these limitations: cryomethods are widely employed to preserve and stabilize specimens against some of the adverse effects of the vacuum and electron beam irradiation, spot-scan imaging reduces charging and associated beam-induced movement, and energy-filtered imaging removes the “fog” caused by inelastic scattering of electrons which is particularly pronounced in thick specimens.Although most cryoholders can easily achieve a 3.4Å resolution specification, information perpendicular to the goniometer axis may be degraded due to vibration. Absolute drift after mechanical and thermal equilibration as well as drift after movement of a holder may cause loss of resolution in any direction.

The accuracy in administering the diagnosis code was the important matter for medical recorder, quality of data was the most important thing for health information management of medical recorder. This study aims to know the coder competency for accuracy and precision of using ICD 10 at X Hospital in Pekanbaru. This study was a qualitative method with case study implementation from five informan. The result show that medical personnel (doctor) have never received a training about coding, doctors writing that hard and difficult to read, failure for making diagnoses code or procedures, doctor used an usual abbreviations that are not standard, theres still an officer who are not understand about the nomenclature and mastering anatomy phatology, facilities and infrastructure were supported for accuracy and precision of the existing code. The errors of coding always happen because there is a human error. The accuracy and precision in coding very influence against the cost of INA CBGs, medical and the committee did most of the work in the case of severity level III, while medical record had a role in monitoring or evaluation of coding implementation. If there are resumes that is not clearly case mix team check file needed medical record the result the diagnoses or coding for conformity.
