Dementia is a condition caused by and associated with separate physical changes in the brain. The signs and symptoms of dementia are very similar across the diverse types, and it is difficult to diagnose the category by behavioral symptoms alone. Diagnostic criteria have relied on a constellation of signs and symptoms, but it is critical to understand the neuroanatomical differences among the dementias for a more precise diagnosis and subsequent management. With this regard, this review aims to explore the neuroanatomical aspects of dementia to better understand the nature of distinctive subtypes, signs, and symptoms. This is a review of English language literature published from 1996 to the present day of peer-reviewed academic and medical journal articles that report on older people with dementia. This review examines typical neuroanatomical aspects of dementia and reinforces the importance of a thorough understanding of the neuroanatomical characteristics of the different types of dementia and the differential diagnosis of them.

Abstract: A house is a basic need for every human’s life. It is not only a place for shelter, but also a place for a family to live, to have social interaction between them, to raise the children, and to give the values of life. Padma Residence is a modern residence which is built by PT. Surya Coco Jaya. Most of its residents make changes to their houses after they occupy it. The main purpose of this study is to observe changes toward the initial design by comparing the initial design and present condition, recording the present condition of the house when it has occupied by determine architectural elements which are changed, determining causal factors of changes, and finding out dominant causal factors toward alteration of architectural elements of the house at Padma Residence, Bantul, Yogyakarta while it is occupied. Methods used in data collecting are literature study and a field survey. A field survey includes observation, interview, and distributing questionnaires to 25 respondents who are the owners of houses in this residence. Data analysis used table which compare the initial design and nowadays condition. The result of data processing and analyzing reveals that the owners do physical changes at their houses while they occupy them, particularly at the front appearance of the house. The changes include the addition of canopies at carport and changes in the layout of the rooms, such as kitchen, dining room, and backyard. A dominant factor which has caused those changes is the function of rooms which is added to the house.Keywords: residence, physical changes, the additon of functionAbstrak : Rumah merupakan kebutuhan utama bagi kehidupan setiap manusia. Selain sebagai tempat untuk berlindung, rumah juga merupakan wadah atau tempat manusia atau sebuah keluarga melangsungkan kehidupannya. Perumahan Padma Residence merupakan sebuah hunian modern yang dibangun PT. Surya Coco Jaya dan sebagian besar penghuninya melakukan perubahan pada rumah tinggalnya saat ditempati. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perubahan terhadap desain awal rumah tinggal dan kondisi rumah tinggal tersebut saat ditempati dengan mengetahui unsur-unsur arsitektural yang berubah pada desain rumah tinggal saat ditempati di Perumahan Padma Residence, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan studi literatur dan survei lapangan. Survei lapangan meliputi pengamatan, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 25 responden yang merupakan pemilik rumah tinggal di perumahan tersebut. Hasil dari pengolahan dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pemilik rumah melakukan perubahan fisik pada rumah tinggalnya saat ditempati, terutama pada tampilan depan bangunan, perubahan yang dilakukan adalah menambahkan kanopi pada carport, peletakan ruang seperti dapur, ruang makan, dan taman belakang. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab perubahan tersebut adalah pertambahan fungsi ruang.Kata kunci: rumah tinggal, perubahan fisik, pertambahan fungsi

Traditionell wird Einfühlung anthropozentrisch und figurenbezogen behandelt. Demgegenüber arbeitet dieser Text, anknüpfend an die ästhetische Einfühlungstheorie von Theodor Lipps und neuere Bild- und Filmtheorien, eine ästhetische Form dingbezogener Einfühlung heraus. Mit Bezug auf die dramaturgische Funktionsweise sogenannter McGuffins, wie Alfred Hitchcock sie für den Film eingeführt hat, rückt ein ganzes Genre filmischer Dinge exemplarisch ins Zentrum, die die Aufgabe übernehmen, eigenständig filmische Spannung und damit Immersion zu erzeugen. McGuffins treten meist in Form von konkreten Gegenständen wie Koffern oder Behältern auf, die physischen Ortswechseln unterzogen werden und Faszination auf sich ziehen, ohne dafür auf psychologische und personenbezogene Register Bezug nehmen zu müssen. Die Spannung und Zeit antreibende Kraft von McGuffins, welche sich stets als bedeutungsleere Motive am Ende einer Geschichte erweisen, ist eine Funktion ihrer geradezu kontaktmagischen und kausalen Übertragungsmöglichkeiten. McGuffins organisieren narrative Bewegungen diesseits von Sinn und Bedeutung. Der Bezug auf dingbezogene Einfühlung weist in philosophischer Hinsicht auf die Notwendigkeit hin, nicht-semiotische und materielle Formen dramaturgischer Bewegung in ästhetischen und narrativen Theorien begrifflich stärker zu berücksichtigen. Empathy is traditionally treated anthropocentrically and figure-related. In contrast, this text, based on Theodor Lipp’s aesthetic theory of empathy and more recent image and film theories, works out an aesthetic form of thing-related empathy. With reference to the dramaturgical functioning of so-called McGuffins, as Alfred Hitchcock introduced them for film, an entire genre of cinematic things, which take on the task of independently creating cinematic suspense and thus immersion, takes centre stage. McGuffins usually appear in the form of concrete objects such as suitcases or containers which undergo physical changes of location and attract fascination without having to refer to psychological and personal registers. The suspense-and time-driving force of McGuffins, which always prove to be meaningless motifs at the end of a story, is a function of their almost contact-magic and causal transmission possibilities. McGuffins organize narrative movements instead of meaning and significance. In philosophical terms, the reference to material empathy points to the need to take greater account of non-semiotic and material forms of dramaturgical movement in aesthetic and narrative theories.

S</strong><strong>alah satu gangguan menstruasi adalah <em>Premenstrual Syndrome</em> </strong><strong>atau</strong><strong> sindrom sebelum haid</strong><strong> atau dikenal juga sebagai </strong><strong>ketegangan sebelum haid</strong><strong>.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Siklus menstruasi yang tidak teratur, penurunan </strong><strong>level</strong><strong> progesteron dan peningkatan </strong><strong>level</strong><strong> estrogen, stres, usia <em>menarche</em> yang terlalu cepat, dan status gizi</strong><strong> merupakan beberapa faktor penyebab PMS. Penelitian ini bertujuan u</strong><strong>ntuk mengetahui pengetahuan mahasiswi Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia terhadap PMS<em>. </em></strong><strong>Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu studi <em>Cross Sectiona</em></strong><strong><em>l.</em></strong><strong> Populasi sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswi Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia. Variabel independen yang dipilih yaitu pengetahuan, usia <em>menarche</em>, siklus haid, olahraga, nutrisi, produktivitas, dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT). Berdasarkan uji </strong><strong>bivariat dan multivariat regresi logistik tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan premenstrual syndrome pada mahasiswi UAI yaitu pengetahuan dengan p value 0,169; OR 0,473; 95% CI 0,163-1,374</strong><strong>. Responden yang memiliki pengetahuan 0,473 kali lebih baik dalam penatalaksanaan <em>premenstrual syndrome</em> daripada responden yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang.</strong><strong></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><em>Abstract </em><strong>– Adolescent developmental</strong><strong> stage characterized by common physical changes that accompanied the cognitive and social development. Menstruation was known as a natural process of hormonal control in the female reproductive organs. One of menstrual disorders was premenstrual syndrome or syndrome before menstruation or also known as tension before menstruation. Irregular menstrual cycles, decreased levels of progesterone, increased level of estrogen, stress, menarche age, and nutritional status were informed as factors that cause premenstrual syndrome. This study aimed to determine student’s knowledge to premenstrual syndrome. The methodology used was a cross sectional study. The population sample was a student of University Al Azhar Indonesia. The independent variables were selected, namely knowledge, age of menarche, menstrual cycle, exercise, nutrition, productivity, and body mass index (BMI). Based on the test bivariate and multivariate logistic regression found no significant relationship between knowledge with premenstrual syndrome in UAI student that knowledge with p value 0.169; OR 0.473; 95% CI 0.163 to 1.374.
