Abstract Earth-Centered Communication Technology (Earth Tech Net) is a framework that aims to shift technological value systems away from the normative human and toward planetary-aware ecological inclusivity. The framework grounds computational media as part of ecological evolutionary forces. It also generates experimental artworks that can reveal the current limitations of technological value systems and how they shape human behavior at different scales, as well as create models of an ecologically focused paradigm of technology, for example, an augmented-reality (AR) lichen interface made to model a hypothetical Earth-communication device that connects different species together.

The growing population and the development of communication technology led to the increasing use of Internet technology. Narcotics circulation through the development of Internet technology and VPN applications is the impact of misuse of the positive functions of a technology that has evolved into negative functions and against the law. The use of technology that has evolved from a communication device by the narcotics distributor to market their narcotics trading quickly, briefly, and veiled with the intent of activities that will be disseminating and trading narcotics not May be known by the authorities. This research uses normative research method by analyzing about criminal action conducted by narcotics distributor using Internet based technology and VPN application as well as determining locus delicti from The cause of the cyberlaw and its accountability for narcotics dealers.

At this time the development of information and communication technology has developed very rapidly. As in smartphones, the technology contained in smartphones today has an important role for human activities. The technology that is currently being implemented on smartphones is Augmented Reality. Augmented reality can be used in all fields of human activity, one of which is in the field of education. The purpose of this research is to develop an educational media about the organs of the human respiratory system that is interactive and can be understood by users such as students. In this study, 2 methods were used, namely Fast Corner Detection and Natural Feature Tracking Methods to read a marker which would later bring up information and also use the virtual button technique in the application. In testing using 5 smartphones. The results of testing at an angle of 60o and 90o the five smartphones can detect markers. The distance test has different results from the smallest having a minimum distance of ±70 cm to a maximum distance of ±150 cm. In tests based on light intensity, the five smartphones can detect markers at light intensities above 5 lux

So far most research of human behavior recognition focus on simple individual behavior, such as wave, crouch, jump and bend. This paper will focus on abnormal behavior with objects carrying in power generation. Such as using mobile communication device in main control room, taking helmet off during working and using umbrella in high place. In global environment, there are some almost fixed features for portable objects of workers, such as clothes. So we adopted edge detecting by color tracking to recognize object in worker. The sequence of 3D human behavior data would be expressed by geometric character of skeleton and its angle. Since specific time and space of behavior definition, it is of importance for recognition system using describing information in a comprehensive way. Take account of information complementary perspective, this paper introduced a method of making decision from multi-information by spatial pyramid and fisher score discretion for behavior recognition. And the method was proved to have advantages than some previous algorithms.

The development of Internet and communication technology has been increasing from time to time. Humans around the globe are connected to digital communication device. Technology has been growing and changing the way people communicate; from text-based computer-mediated communication to video-mediated communication. The study is conducted to determine whether the online users in VMC perform selective self-presentation under conditions when nonverbal cues are present and the interlocutor is not anonymous. This study is a qualitative research with semi-structured interview as its method. Findings in this study showed that participants perform selective self-presentation in VMC. By wearing veil for females or combing hair for males, tiding up the room and table, choosing certain place, also hiding something from the web camera scope are the ways they present themselves to obtain good impression and avoid bad impression from interlocutorsThe findings also discovered that participants perform selective self-presentation to ordinary friends, colleagues, or acquaintances with the same way and the same reason why they perform it when nonverbal cues are present. However, participants do not perform selective self-presentation to family and close friends.

The Internet of Everything (IoE) is a recently introduced information and communication technology (ICT) framework promising for extending the human connectivity to the entire universe, which itself can be regarded as a natural IoE, an interconnected network of everything we perceive. The countless number of opportunities that can be enabled by IoE through a blend of heterogeneous ICT technologies across different scales and environments and a seamless interface with the natural IoE impose several fundamental challenges, such as interoperability, ubiquitous connectivity, energy efficiency, and miniaturization. The key to address these challenges is to advance our communication technology to match the multi-scale, multi-modal, and dynamic features of the natural IoE. To this end, we introduce a new communication device concept, namely the universal IoE transceiver, that encompasses transceiver architectures that are characterized by multi-modality in communication (with modalities such as molecular, RF/THz, optical and acoustic) and in energy harvesting (with modalities such as mechanical, solar, biochemical), modularity, tunability, and scalability. Focusing on these fundamental traits, we provide an overview of the opportunities that can be opened up by micro/nanoscale universal transceiver architectures towards realizing the IoE applications. We also discuss the most pressing challenges in implementing such transceivers and briefly review the open research directions. Our discussion is particularly focused on the opportunities and challenges pertaining to the IoE physical layer, which can enable the efficient and effective design of higher-level techniques. We believe that such universal transceivers can pave the way for seamless connection and communication with the universe at a deeper level and pioneer the construction of the forthcoming IoE landscape.Index Terms– Internet of Everything, Universal IoE Transceiver, Interoperability, Multi-modality, Hybrid Energy Harvesting, Molecular Communications, THz Communications, Graphene and related nanomaterials.

Along with the development of information and communication technology today, the internet has become a powerful tool to rethink the government system with a new model. However, the application of information technology has not been fully implemented in all fields in the government. One of them is in the General Section of the Regional Secretary of the Tangerang Regency Goverment which still manage the administration of the mail manually and archives the letter data that is still stored in Microsoft Excel. So for that it is necessary to make an information system that can help the work of the General Section Regional Secretary of the Tangerang Regency in managing and filing data letters. The infromation ssytem that will be built later will store data letters that have been inputted into the database so that the stored data will be safer and easier when searching for data. E-Office is a system related to office administration that is done electronically and uses the help of communication device and information system. With the creation of this system, it will be able to assist in the administration of correspondence to make it easier, faster and more accurate

Unlike in the phrase “Virtual Reality,” in the phrase “Augmented Reality” (AR) the stress is put on the word “reality.” It seems, though, that we still lack a concept of reality which can fit the world of both humans and computers. In connection with this philosophical issue, this paper aims to provide the background for a better insight into the meaning of Augmented Reality and its impact on human behavior. My thesis is that an ecological version of direct perception’s realism constitutes the most natural framework from which to start. The ecological approach to perception – namely, the Gibsonian theory of affordances – together with a non-dualistic, pragmatist and evolutionist notion of reality, perfectly fits this purpose. Thus, after a brief survey of the present state of AR technologies, it should become natural to interpret AR digital contents as implementations of affordances.

The dominant values of the business system—economizing and power-aggrandizing—are manifestations of natural evolutionary forces to which sociocultural meaning has been assigned. Economizing tends to slow life-negating entropic processes, while power-aggrandizement enhances them. Both economizing and power-aggrandizing work against a third (non-business) value cluster— ecologizing—which sustains community integrity. The contradictory tensions and conflicts generated among these three value clusters define the central normative issues posed by business operations. While both economizing and ecologizing are antientropic and therefore life-supporting, power augmentation, which negates the other two value clusters, is pro-entropic and therefore life-defeating. Business ethicists, by focusing on the contradictions between personal values, on the one hand, and both economizing and power-aggrandizing, on the other hand, have tended to overlook the normative significance of nature-based value systems. Learning to reconcile economizing and ecologizing values is the most important theoretical task for business ethicists.
