Digital anamorphosis is used to define a distorted image of health and care that may be viewed correctly using digital tools and strategies. MASK digital anamorphosis represents the process used by MASK to develop the digital transformation of health and care in rhinitis. It strengthens the ARIA change management strategy in the prevention and management of airway disease. The MASK strategy is based on validated digital tools. Using the MASK digital tool and the CARAT online enhanced clinical framework, solutions for practical steps of digital enhancement of care are proposed.

Digital transformation, one of the key areas of change management in the digital age, is defined as a process of changes by the means of using IR technologies in firm's operation. The extant literature suggests that implementation of digital technologies could improve communication, information flow, thus contributing towards value creation and firm performance. Notwithstanding of scarce financial, human resources and strategic capabilities to adopt new technologies among SMEs (Lee et al., 2020), the firm structure, which is more flexible as compared to large firms, offers opportunity in terms of quick decision making (Ghobakhloo & Ching, 2019) for the owner to adapt the firm's business model with market changes and implement necessary changes to sustain in the business. Moreover, previous studies indicate SMEs gained benefit from technology adoption. Nevertheless, transformation towards digitalisation requires a considerable judgement of decision, investment and effort by management and among the employees. This article describes the development and implementation of a comprehensive Program Evaluation Strategy by the Queensland Department of Education, Training and the Arts (DETA). It discusses the key stages adopted in this change management strategy by drawing upon characterisations of effective innovations. The Program Evaluation Strategy adopted by DETA was based on a change management model rather than a compliance approach. The evaluation strategy incorporated a number of elements: the overall strategy, an evaluation manual providing supporting materials and templates, evaluation training for staff, and specific provision of advice and assistance in evaluation. The article argues that this multifaceted approach has fostered an evaluative culture within the agency and been critical in supporting the influence and use of evaluation.

The Changes have survivalbenefits for an organization. And with out any change, it can be ascertained that the age of the organization will not last long. The Change sint end to make the organization notastatic but remained dynamic in the face of changing times. A leadershouldhave a vision and a change in the strategy based on assumptions about future condition sthatare expected to occur. The only leader who have the personality, be havior, and the sense of power that are able to deal with change. This paper analyzed the several literature study from national journals and books in Indonesia and international journals to see the change management concept from two perspective. And the results showed the similarity research funding from the researcher in Indonesia and the other countries about change management strategies and challenges.

ABSTRACT This study aimed to identify the trajectories for data collection automation in various Courts of Accounts (Tribunais de Contas), the standard features of the systems that have emerged, and the impacts on fiscal and accounting oversight in Brazil. Data collection automation is part of the digital transformation in the field of auditing; however, the literature on public sector auditing in Brazil, on digital transformation, or digital infrastructure, does not analyze how this transformation occurs and how the infrastructures are stabilized and shape the field of auditing. Data collection automation has unexpected implications for the content of public sector audits and the financial management of the public sector auditees. Identifying the trajectories for digital tools of data collection automation enables a discussion on whether currently adopted solutions vary and the effects on the standardization of government audits. The automation of data collection by the Court of Accounts, particularly its scope and frequency, affects how the audited public organizations prioritize the adoption and maintenance of accounting, budgeting, and financial planning policies and processes. The digital infrastructures that emerge from these digital tools shape the entire field of auditing, they become embedded, and they increase the cost of future changes, perpetuating the heterogeneity in the auditing and financial management of governments in the Brazilian federation. The article presents a longitudinal case study (1994 to 2020), with narratives built based on questionnaires and interviews with auditors from 26 Courts of Accounts. The automation of budgetary and accounting data collection by Courts of Accounts has changed the logic of the field of government auditing in Brazil. The digital infrastructures that emerge by connecting Courts and the audited public organizations under their jurisdictions have embedded concepts, definitions, and implicit expectations in a remote auditing logic.

Tabletop games like Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) feature several natural inefficiencies due to the adaptable and sandbox nature of D&D campaigns and the game’s wargaming roots. One of the core failings of Dungeons & Dragons’ Fifth edition, according to users, is slow and disengaging combat. It is my belief that digital tools can be added to Dungeons & Dragons in such a way that their implementation does not limit physical gameplay while providing a variety of new tools to players. This paper proposes a tool that can avoid these pitfalls while improving combat and gameplay flow.

The increasing convergence of technology and health care is ushering in a new era of digital transformation in the way patients interact with healthcare professionals. The surging market is forcing healthcare organizations to continuously leverage technology to modernize medical care, reduce manual handoffs, and reduce costs. However, the success rates have not been very encouraging. This is significantly due to lack of proper attention to organization change management by leadership. By performing an in-depth analysis of affected leading hospital chains in India, this chapter deduces how leadership can help foster better change adoption throughout the lifecycle of technology implementation in healthcare organizations.

It is a structural change in organizations, giving an essential role to the technology. Digital transformation engages processes where organizational actors engage in digital innovation and transform their organizations in order to respond to change in their business and technology environments. So, just like all changes must have models and frameworks that support transition, it is a path in this case, under constant pressure, to achieve goals and have efficient management of the processes that it contains.
