Introduction: The article presents data from literary sources and a statistical analysis of our own research on the nature, mechanism and prescription of kidneys injury in case of mechanical trauma and the absence of alcohol intoxication. The aim: To study the dynamics of changes in the histological parameters of the kidneys injured tissues in case of mechanical trauma depending on the prescription of injury. Materials and methods: The material of the study was the kidneys tissue of 48 males and females aged from 20-60 who died at known and unknown time in the presence and absence of alcohol in the blood. We used histological, histochemical methods, and carried out the analysis of results. Results: The obtained results showed that during the mechanical injury of kidneys there often developed a capsule and a parenchyma with hematoma in the area of injury. Our records showed that during the first 6 hours after injury, there appeared a hematoma in the center of the injury. Hemolysis of the erythrocyte particles was observed in the center of the hematoma. There were also isolated leukocytes and fibrin tissues closer to the edge of the hematoma. Conclusions: The obtained results indicate that there are several histological changes in the damaged kidneys tissues area which directly depend on the time which passed from the moment of injury.

AbstractHaemorrhagic lesions, heel erosions and changes in foot conformation have been associated with husbandry, underfoot conditions and nutrition of dairy cows. These characteristics were monitored in 40 heifers in a 2 × 2 factorial design starting in the last trimester of pregnancy and continuing until 12 weeks post partum. Primary treatments were housing in straw yards or cubicles and secondary treatments were alternative complete diets given during lactation which differed in concentrate: forage ratio. A scoring system was developed for each of the foot lesions to allow statistical analysis of results. Locomotion scoring was carried out weekly.White line haemorrhages, sole haemorrhages and heel erosions were all present before calving. White line haemorrhages were exacerbated by housing in cubicle yards and alleviated by housing in straw yards (P < 0·001) with an interaction between diet and housing around calving (P < 0·05). Sole haemorrhages were exacerbated both by housing in cubicle yards (P < 0·01) and the high concentrate diet (P < 0·01) with an interaction between diet and housing around calving (P < 0·05). Heel erosions were exacerbated (P < 0·05) by housing in straw yards but not affected by diet. Sole haemorrhage and heel erosion scores generally increased during early lactation (P < 0·001) independent of the treatments. There was evidence that these foot lesions were not caused by laminitis. There was a higher incidence of lameness for heifers given the high concentrate diet but no correlation between locomotion score and the type of lesion or lesion score.

Abstract The research was carried out following a quantitative-qualitative approach, aiming at the evaluation of the characteristics and vocal habits in professors of the University of Colima, to determine the interest to learn more about the use and care of the Vocal tool and improve the vocal skills of teachers, in order to collaborate in the awareness of the importance of the good use of the voice in the classroom. The methodology includes two phases; In the first one, a survey of valuation and a statistical analysis of results was carried out, in the second, a vocal workshop was implemented in response to the results of the analysis, this workshop threw important data about the need to broaden the topic of the good use and Care of the teacher's main work tool.

Abstract The paper presents how is processed the data resulted from application of pulsed optical superficial treatments on surfaces of materials made of metal powders. The parameters of the electrotechnological regime work are variable in the experimental program, namely the distance between the axis focal energy sources and surfaces play, the number of energy pulses applied to the voltage pulse of optical radiation, which causes a statistical analysis more complex, after which it will precise drawing lessons that will lead to a calculation microhardness model in the superificial layer of material.
