With the help of 3D modeling software and finite element analysis software, the force distribution of four rows of bolts in the aircraft fitting joint is obtained in this paper. In 3D modeling software, the solid model is segmented according to the area and height of the center of gravity of the cross-section. In finite element analysis software, the beam elements are used to replace the segmented model to obtain the internal force applied at the end of the segmented model and the stress-strain state of each segment is calculated according to the internal force applied at the end of each segment. Finally, the force distribution of the four rows of bolts is obtained according to the average force difference on the center section between the bolt rows. In order to ensure the validity of this step-by-step calculation result, it was compared with the entire calculation result. It can be concluded that the force distribution of the two calculations is consistent. Under the working conditions of the fitting joint (130 MPa), the force distribution coefficients of the four rows of bolts are 0.182, 0.215, 0.197, and 0.12. Therefore, it is feasible to use the step-by-step method to calculate the force distribution of the four rows of bolts in the fitting joint. Compared with the entire calculation, the step-by-step calculation has the advantages of less calculation amount and faster calculation speed.

In order to study effects of geometric parameters in fracture test, this paper used 3D modeling software Solidworks and finite element analysis software Deform to simulate the fracture process of rocket shear pin and study the effects on shear test while various geometric parameters change in the assembly of fixtures and shear pins. According the results we improved the fixtures of shear test. The new fixtures were used in the rocket shear pin fracture test.

In order to study conveying roller force and improve its mechanical properties, we use three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E to build the solid model of the Apple box delivery device’s conveying roller. Using finite element analysis software Ansys to analyze conveying roller’s bending stress, we can get images of local strain and displacement contours .Contrasting with factory’s broken roller conveyor, we can find that: through the establishment of appropriate boundary conditions, Ansys can accurate finite element analysis, and provide the basis for the conveying roller structure improvements.

Based on the disciplines theory such as the mechanics and electromagnetics, this paper presents three kinds of electromaglev linear feed unit, with the help of the 3D modeling software Solidworks and large general purpose finite element analysis software ANSYS. The statics analysis on workbenches of the three kinds of electromaglev linear feed unit are made by using of ANSYS, then the results are analyzed and compared. It can be identified as the conclusion that, the structural stiffness on workbenches of the three kinds of magnetic linear feed unit can basically meets the requirement, and all of them can be selected as the needed structural design. But the four-L separately suspended and oriented type electromaglev linear feed unit has the better structure stiffness, and take the weight, cost, load capacity and dynamic characteristics and other factors into account, we preferred to choose the workbench design of the four-L-pillar separately suspended and oriented type electromaglev linear feed unit.

Dalam penelitian ini simulasi dinamis transien diterapkan pada crankshaft dengan silinder ganda empat stroke. Analisis elemen hingga dilakukan dengan menggunakan software bantu ANSYS untuk memperoleh tegangan von-misses di lokasi kritis, sedangkan permodelan 3D menggunakan software 3D modeling CATIA. Beban dan kondisi batas yang diterapkan sesuai dengan kondisi engine mounting di ANSYS. Simulasi transien di mana pembebanan didasarkan pada waktu diharapkan dapat memperoleh kedalaman dari konsentrasi tegangan. Hal ini dapat membantu untuk proses m dari crankshaft, pengerasan permukaan. * In this study a transient dynamic simulation was conducted on a crankshaft for double cylinder four stroke engine. Finite element analysis was performed to obtain of von-misses stress at critical locations using ANSYS, while the model creation can be created by well known 3D modeling software CATIA. The load and boundary conditions were applied according to the engine mounting conditions in ANSYS. The simulation with the proper time step be expected depth of stress concentration. It can help to the next process of crankshaft, surface hardening. Kata kunci : Analisa Transient, Time Step, ANSYS, Crankshft, Pengerasan Permukaan.

According to the existing wind turbine blade design of classical theory to design the shapes of blades, choosing the standardized airfoils, using the parameters of each section of the blade to build 3D modeling by Pro/E software, using ANSYS finite element analysis software to determine the rationality of the design. In order to manufacture the blade light weight, high strength, the paper also studied manufacturing process of blades.

<p class="p0">A kind of composite precast pavement system made by two composite and staggered layer panel is put forward, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the pavement system, and the calculation result is compared with the result of common precast pavement system. It shows that the proposed pavement system can greatly reduce the surface earth pressure, thus to improve the bearing capacity of pavement, and provide a new pavement structure system for the construction of site temporary road paving.</p>

The attachment frame forms of the attachment frame were diversified. Different forms had their own characteristics. The models of attachment frame model were set up by using finite element analysis software ANSYS which could create the model to analyze the supporting structure. The article applied load on the attachment frame and calculate the internal force of the pole and the normal force of the wall in four working conditions. The final results were displayed in graphics and list form. Finally, according to the graph and data, the article compared various attachment frame forms and presented a rational analysis.
