In recent years, online education in China has made considerable achievements. But there are also some problems: the teaching quality of online education is unsatisfactory; students’ online learning effects are frustrating, and students’ autonomous learning ability is poor. Based on analysis, teachers’ literacy and Internet technology are important factors restricting the online teaching reform, and online teaching easily falls into the dilemma of “shallow learning.” Digital twins can effectively realize the intelligent interconnection and interaction of the physical world and the information world, optimize the remote teaching process, and provide high-quality remote learning experience for learners. Based on this, the technology is used to the teaching of space geometry to help students understand it and improve their performance. First, the principle and advantages of digital twins are expounded. Second, the platform system based on digital twins is constructed. Then, the corresponding digital model is drawn by using the drawing function of MATLAB software, and the system based on virtual reality (VR) is established. Finally, the students of four classes of the same major are selected as the research subjects to test the teaching effect of advanced mathematics on the digital platform. The results show that students’ scores in the traditional classrooms are form 2.5 to 5.5 and their average score is 4.049, while the scores of the students in the digital twin classrooms are between 5.5 and 9.5 and their average score goes up to 7.986. This shows that students’ performance in the digital twin classrooms is 97.2%, higher than that in the traditional classrooms. A fully digitized spatial geometric model is implemented by using digital twins, and it can help students understand the mathematical theory of spatial analytic geometry, and their learning effect is greatly improved. This study provides a new direction for the application of new technologies in mathematics teaching.

The rapid development of Internet technology and information technology is rapidly changing the way people think, recognize, live, work and learn. In the context of Internet + education, the emerging learning form of a cloud classroom has emerged. Cloud classroom refers to the process in which learners use the network as a way to obtain learning objectives and learning resources, communicate with teachers and other learners through the net-work, and build their own knowledge structure. Because it breaks the boundaries of time and space, it has the characteristics of freedom, high effi-ciency and extensiveness, and is quickly accepted by learners of different ag-es and occupations. The traditional cloud classroom teaching mode has no personalized recommendation module and cannot solve an information over-load problem. Therefore, this paper proposes a cloud classroom online teach-ing system under the personalized recommendation system. The system adopts a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, which helps to mine the potential preferences of users and thus complete more accurate recommendations. It not only highlights the core position of personalized curriculum recommendation in the field of online education, but also makes the cloud classroom online teaching mode more intelligent and meets the needs of intelligent teaching.

With the increasing development of the Internet, students began to learn quickly through information technology and Internet technology. E-learning is not only an important part of China's higher education, but also is an important means to improve the quality of education, expand the scale of education, deepen educational reform, and realize the educational equity among different classes in society. However, the problem of E-learning is becoming increasingly obvious, which is how to ensure students' effective learning, an important topic in the field of online education. In order to solve this problem, we first build an E-learning platform based on cloud computing, and introduce the software interface and function. The platform is different from the traditional teaching platform, having a strong interaction. Secondly, the data mining technology is used to analyze and collect the record data in the process of E-learning, so as to establish the evaluation system of the E-learning comprehensive capability. Then, we propose an E-learning ability evaluation model based on an AHP-BP neural network algorithm. We use a BP neural network to predict the evaluation results of 1000 students, and compare them with the results obtained by the AHP method, so as to illustrate the effectiveness of the method proposed in this article. Finally, through experiments we can see that the prediction results of the BP neural network and the evaluation results obtained by the AHP method are similar. This proves the effectiveness of the AHP method on the evaluation of the E-learning comprehensive capability. At the same time, the BP neural network method can be used to deal with a large number of evaluation results, which can save time, without losing accuracy.

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the popularity of 5G and broadband, online education in China, especially mobile online education, is in full swing. Based on the development status of online education in China, this paper analyzes the innovative application of learning attention discrimination based on head posture analysis in the development of online education mode of Internet thinking. Learning attention is an important factor of students’ learning efficiency, which directly affects students’ learning effect. In order to effectively monitor students’ learning attention in online teaching, a method of distinguishing students’ learning attention based on head posture recognition is proposed. In the tracking process, as long as the head angle of the current frame is close to the head angle of the key frame in a certain scale model, the visual angle apparent model can reduce the error accumulation in large-scale tracking. A Dynamic Bayesian Network (DBN) model is used to reason students’ Learning Attention Goal (LAG), which combines the relationships among multiple LAGs, multiple students’ positions, multicamera face images, and so on. We measure the head posture through the similarity vector between the face image and multiple face categories without explicitly calculating the specific head posture value. The test results show that the proposed model can effectively detect students’ learning attention and has a good application prospect.

Virtual teaching and learning have become the new norm to the education sector due to the hit of the Covid-19 pandemic. Because of the Movement Control Order (MCO) implemented by the government, all educational institutes were closed and need to operate virtually to continue the teaching and learning process. The main objective of this study is to develop an effective and impactful ecosystem to improve online teaching quality in virtual learning classrooms that can always keep students engaged and motivated. The education ecosystem is defined as an interconnecting system of various parties such as technology, educators, students, techniques, strategies, approaches, tools, and materials used in the classroom. Moreover, to create a dynamic online education ecosystem, educational resources need to seamlessly work together. Researchers explore the RICES strategy as the main element to develop this online education ecosystem. RICES strategy was developed from Rogers’ Humanist Theory, whereby R is the roles and relationship, IC is instruction and communication, E is emotion, and S is the structure. The term “epidemic” is chosen because it reflects the extensiveness or comprehensiveness of the ecosystem to be built. This paper presents a survey of 200 Multimedia University Melaka students who have experienced in virtual learning classrooms. A descriptive study was conducted to determine the most significant element in the RICES strategy. Results indicated that roles and relationship (R) is the most important element to keep the bond alive and well in online teaching. Finally, some suggestions for educators on how to successfully manage their classrooms were also discussed.

In recent years, with the development of society and the progress of science and technology, online learning has penetrated into people's daily life, and people's demand for high-quality curriculum products is more and more strong. From a macro perspective, the continuous growth of national financial investment in education, the continuous upgrading of China's consumption structure, the development of 5G technology and the popularization of AI intelligence make online teaching less limited. The online education industry is showing an explosive growth trend. More and more online education institutions are listed for financing, and the market value is soaring. However, in 2019, except for GSX, the latest online learning platforms such as New Oriental, Speak English Fluently and Sunlands, have been in a state of loss. Most of these agencies seize the market by increasing advertising investment, but at the same time, they also bring huge marketing costs, which affect the financial performance of the company. With the enhancement of Matthew effect, large-scale educational institutions occupy a large market through free classes and low-price classes, while small and medium-sized institutions with weak capital strength are often unable to afford high sales costs, facing the risk of capital chain rupture. Taking new Oriental online as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the marketing strategies of online education institutions. It also puts forward suggestions on four aspects, which are target market, differentiated value, marketing mix and marketing mode, so as to make sure that online education institutions can control marketing expenses and achieve profits by improving course quality, expanding marketing channels and implementing precise positioning.
