The interconnection of all things and industrial integration is the current trend of the times. Among them, the interconnection of all things is the demand of informationization of the times, and the industrial integration is the demand of industrial development. The interconnection of all things is realized based on wireless communication technology. It is necessary to combine the development of the tourist area and the surrounding culture. The relationship between tourist attractions and culture needs to be fully and effectively developed. In order to fully explore the advantages of the cooperation between the two, it is necessary to combine modern technology to package the tour process of each characteristic culture of the scenic spot. Virtual reality is a modern technology that can combine culture and tourism. Wireless communication and VR technology are applied to the development of integration of culture and tourism. The process of tourism will promote profound changes in the tourism model. Under the demand for informatization in various industries, the tourism industry is gradually developing in this direction. The integration of culture and tourism will also be driven by informatization and technology. This paper analyzes the current situation of culture and tourism, summarizes the problems existing in the current process of integration of culture and tourism, and finally puts forward targeted solutions. Mainly in the process of the integration and development of tourism and cultural industries, the traditional culture and scenic spots are the basic factors, combined with wireless communication and virtual reality technology, to develop a tourism industry with technological characteristics of the new era.

Tourism sector provides a significant contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the Republic of Indonesia, both through foreign exchange and economic turnover. Although the Indonesian tourism industry after the COVID-19 pandemic has changed with an emphasis on green and clean products, it is hoped that this sector will be lessened by the community compared to the previous era. Research and development of VR has been carried out in various fields such as games, education, aviation, medicine, the application of VR in tourism is still common, there is a need to implement tourism while staying at home. The results of the systematic literature review conducted provide an explanation of the starting point for research by applying VR and making 3600 videos for industrial tourism. The article is dedicated to the questions of using modern multimedia technologies for popularization of historical cities as tourist attractions from and for pre- serving cultural heritage by partially transferring the influence of mass tourist flows from the real world to the virtual reality. The authors formulate the main theses of the "new normality", reflecting the specifics of the current stage of economic development and characterizing the environment in which managerial decisions are currently being taken. The au- thors also highlight the main trends and challenges of this "new normality" influencing the development of tourism industry and, particularly, tourism in historical cities. The article notes that technical capabilities and marketing needs of the target audience of travelers should be taken into account. The authors classify modern, technically accessible technologies of augmented and virtual reality and their possibilities in the organization of tourism in historic cities. The article shows the role of storytelling technologies in the forming the audiences of potential tourists and the loyalty of attendees, who visit the historic city more than once. The results of online surveys conducted on a sufficiently wide sample substantiate the relevance of the approaches proposed by the authors. The material also shows the ways of using the augmented reality tools in historical cities. The authors raise the issues of the safe organization of virtual space in the historic cities and propose options for approbation of the developed approach in St. Petersburg.

The advent of the digital age has had a profound impact on people’s lives, and therefore began to add virtual reality content to the art classes of school students, aiming to continuously adapt to the needs of the times for art classes and aesthetics. In order to explore the status quo of the virtual reality technology based on the modern boom in the students’ appreciation of painting ability, In this paper, literature analysis, collect data from the old model model reconstruction method and questionnaire, analyze the effect of virtual reality technology for students to appreciate the impact of, simplifies the algorithm. And create appreciation for the culture of virtual experiment platform. In studying the impact of virtual reality technology on appreciating ability, 25% of boys are selected and 75% of girls are selected. 85% of the people who own personal computers conducted experiments, and the results showed that 60% of students log in for 1.5-4 hours, 19% of students log in for 4-9 hours, and 15% of students log in for 9-14 hours. The number of students who log in for more than 14 hours only accounts for 6%. Frequent participation in the appreciation ability through the network model is significantly different from the general painting course appreciation ability, and the performance is extremely significant. In addition, the students’ overall affirmation level of information ability is 4.0, which is significantly higher than the even value of the 5.0 scale, which shows that the improvement of college students’ painting appreciation ability through the network virtual platform is huge. It is basically realized that starting from the acquisition and processing of virtual platform information, a virtual platform model that has a substantial improvement in students’ appreciative ability is designed.

<p>With the progress of the times and the development of network technology, great changes have taken place in the mode of education and teaching, and the traditional mode of education and teaching has been unable to meet the current teaching situation and requirements. Under this background, many scholars have developed a variety of teaching models adapted to the background of the times, which has achieved good results. In order to realize the reform and innovation of teaching mode, this paper designs a film and television teaching system based on virtual reality technology. In the era of Internet of Things and big data, Internet of Things technology is used as support to realize the transmission and sharing of teaching information in film and television teaching system. In the research, data mining technology is used to collect relevant data of teaching resources and teaching information, and relevant algorithms in data mining are used to realize data processing. Experiment of film and television teaching system in different stages of education system and the application of film and television teaching theory courses, experiment courses for students and education development index are analyzed. According to the end of the experiment, the influence of results show that the film and television teaching system in the use of elementary school, junior high school, high school and university level are 25.32%, 31.44%, 18.46% and 47.76% respectively. The film and television teaching system plays a significant role in students’ experimental course scores. The use of the film and television teaching system has raised the development index of education and teaching in each stage of education from 1.12, 1.33, 1.47 and 1.36 to 2.14, 2.21, 2.36 and 2.44 respectively, indicating that the film and television teaching system has a certain promoting effect on the development of education and teaching.</p>

In recent years, as social and economic progress and living standard of people increases, increasing number of people has financial conditions to relax by travelling, but a host of major cultural tourist attractions are seriously damaged due to natural or human reasons, hence, we are constrained by offline and firsthand travelling experience. The high-speed development of internet technology and continuous improvement of computer software and hardware pave the way for the development and application of virtual reality technology, thus generating a kind of brand-new travelling that is appealed to young man. This article studies the combination of virtual reality technology and cultural tourism resources, taking Tangzha Ancient Town, the first industrial town of Nantong as the pilot.

In today’s society, information technology is widely used, and virtual reality technology, as one of the emerging frontier technologies, has entered a stage of rapid development. Virtual reality is the use of computer technology to simulate the real-life environment into a virtual simulation environment, with the help of special equipment to realize the natural interaction between users and technical environment, in which the tourism industry is the most widely used. In order to realize 3D virtual reality of tourist attractions and improve users’ immersive experience in the process of interaction, the deep belief neural network is introduced to realize the target recognition and reconstruction in virtual reality. The results show that the algorithm has excellent performance in target recognition and target reconstruction, and deep belief networks improve the accuracy by 0.57% and 0.81% and the accuracy by 0.21% and 2.06%, respectively, compared with the current optimal algorithm in target recognition of 12 and 20 view regular projection images. Compared with the current optimal algorithm, deep belief networks are reduced by 0.2%, 3.7%, and 0.6%, respectively. The accuracy index was increased by 2%, 0.1%, and 0.1%, respectively. The above results show that the proposed algorithm based on the deep belief neural network can realize 3D virtual reality of complex scenes such as tourist attractions according to its excellent performance.

Semi-physical simulation technology and virtual reality technology in real-time three-dimensional dynamic simulation of remote operated vehicle, and a set of real ROV control system are utilized to design a ROV Training Simulator. This ROV Training Simulator can not only be used to train ROV operators, reduce the times of sea trial,but also can verify the function and performance of real ROV control system.
