Watson’s test is applied to test either the given angular data follows the specified distribution or not. The existing Watson’s test under classical statistics is applied when there is no uncertainty and indeterminacy in sample size or angular data. Under indeterminacy, the existing Watson’s test cannot be applied for testing purposes. Neutrosophic statistics is an alternative to classical statistics for this kind of situation. The Watson’s test under neutrosophic statistics is proposed in this paper. The test statistic of Watson’s test is introduced first. The operational procedure of the proposed Watson’s test is discussed with the help of radar data. From the data analysis and simulation study, it is concluded the proposed Watson’s test is efficient than the existing Watson’s test.

A new test of independence under neutrosophic statistics for testing the association between two criteria of classification is presented in this paper. The necessary contingency tables for the neutrosophic population and the neutrosophic sample are presented. The test statistic of the proposed test is introduced under neutrosophic statistics. A real example from education is selected to explain the proposed test. From the real example, it is concluded that the proposed test of independence is more informative, flexible, and suitable to be applied under uncertainty as compared to the existing test under classical statistics.

AbstractAll researches, under classical statistics, are based on determinate, crisp data to estimate the mean of the population when auxiliary information is available. Such estimates often are biased. The goal is to find the best estimates for the unknown value of the population mean with minimum mean square error (MSE). The neutrosophic statistics, generalization of classical statistics tackles vague, indeterminate, uncertain information. Thus, for the first time under neutrosophic statistics, to overcome the issues of estimation of the population mean of neutrosophic data, we have developed the neutrosophic ratio-type estimators for estimating the mean of the finite population utilizing auxiliary information. The neutrosophic observation is of the form $${Z}_{N}={Z}_{L}+{Z}_{U}{I}_{N}\, {\rm where}\, {I}_{N}\in \left[{I}_{L}, {I}_{U}\right], {Z}_{N}\in [{Z}_{l}, {Z}_{u}]$$ Z N = Z L + Z U I N where I N ∈ I L , I U , Z N ∈ [ Z l , Z u ] . The proposed estimators are very helpful to compute results when dealing with ambiguous, vague, and neutrosophic-type data. The results of these estimators are not single-valued but provide an interval form in which our population parameter may have more chance to lie. It increases the efficiency of the estimators, since we have an estimated interval that contains the unknown value of the population mean provided a minimum MSE. The efficiency of the proposed neutrosophic ratio-type estimators is also discussed using neutrosophic data of temperature and also by using simulation. A comparison is also conducted to illustrate the usefulness of Neutrosophic Ratio-type estimators over the classical estimators.

ABSTRACTBackground : Medical record is one of the most important pillars that can not be considered trivial in a hospital, with the development of medical scienceCommon Purpose : To find in-depth information about the implementation of medical records at the hospital Widiyanti PalembangResearch Method : Qualitative research design with data collection techniques are conducted in triangulation, The data analysis is inductive, and the results of the study are emphasized more at the meaning than the generalization. The Research Results : the Implementation of medical records have been running but there is no medical record organization, the implementation of medical record activities done by rolling. Human Resources (HR) medical records should be placed specifically in the medical record along with clear tasks. Method of organizing medical record has been run although the result is not optimal, because Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) that made not socialized. Facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of the medical record is good, marked by the existence of a special records archive medical records. Facilities and infrastructure such as chairs, desks, computers, patient registration books and outpatient registration and inpatient services are available, do not have budget funds for medical record implementation, especially by sending medical recruiter for trainingConclusion : Implementation of medical records have been running but not optimal.

Hemoglobin is a protein-rich substance bezi, Have affinity (power team) against oxygen and with oxygen it forms a oxihemoglobin in red blood cells. The goal in this research is to know the influence of banana fruit mas to increased hemoglobin on pregnant women trimester III in BPM Ny "B" Ngasem Regency Kediri Year 2017. In this research method using alphabets experiment and approach Pre alphabets experiment with Purposive Sampling. This research was conducted in BPM Ny "B" Ngasem Regency Kediri Year 2017. Instruments in use are sheets of observation, data analysis with the iji Wlcoxon Signed Rank. Results of research of banana fruit mas on pregnant women this trimester III that the magnitude of the value of ρ is less than the value of 0.000 α = 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) so that H0 is rejected and the H1 is accepted means there is influence of hemoglobin levels before and after the given bananas mas against peningktan the levels of haemoglobin in pregnant women Trimester III in BPM Ny. " B “ Ngasem Regency Kediri year 2017. With this expected to consume fruit banana mas on pregnant women may help lower III trimester anemia with practical.

This study aims to find out relationship between quality of life and spiritual well-being. The hypothesis proposed in this study states that there is a positive relationship between quality of life and spiritual well-being, assuming that the higher is spiritual well-being, the higher quality of life will be and conversely the lower is the spiritual well-being, the lower will the quality of life be. The subjects of this study were 80 student on on the evangelical theological seminary of Indonesia Medan. Data were obtained from a scale to measure quality of life and spiritual well-being. The calculation was performed by testing requirements analysis (assumption test), which consisting of normality test and linearity test. Data analysis was performed by using Product Moment Correlation Analysis through SPSS 18 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that  r = 0.405 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), which indicates that there is a positive relationship between quality of life and spiritual well-being. The results indicate that the contribution of the given variable, quality of life and spiritual well-being is 16.4 percent, while the remaining 83.6 percent is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis stating that there is a positive relationship between quality of life and spiritual well-being.

Abstract This study focuses on the overall airport operational performance of selected airports in Northern Nigeria using the stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) model. STATA version 7 software was used for the data analysis. Data collected from the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) from all the selected airports from 2001 to 2018 included both domestic and international passengers in the given area. The study focused on measuring the operational performance of all selected airports; its results show that none of the airports under review showed 100% level of productivity benchmark. The study recommended that the airports in the given area can improve their technical performance by reducing the unit costs as well as some other inputs to increase efficiency.
