In the application process of distributed feeder automation (FA) that is based on peer-to-peer exchange of measurement and control data between smart terminal units (STUs), there is an urgent need for standardized communication interaction and necessary security protection. This paper proposes an IEC 61850 communication mapping scheme using built-in secure extensible messaging and presence protocol (XMPP) and the generic object oriented substation event based on the user datagram protocol (GOOSE over UDP) and a security protection scheme based on hash to obtain random subsets (HORS); one-time signature algorithm is used to ensure the communication safety of GOOSE messages. The agent-based distributed FA test system is developed with the STUs. The test results show the scheme can meet the requirements of the quick distributed feeder automation.

In this paper, the design scheme of a Measurement and Control(M&C) system based on AT91RM9200 is proposed. For expanding the test functions, based on the AT91RM9200 control platform the GPIB interface is added in the platform. With the EMAC interface, the automatic test function on multiple communication channels is realized on the GPIB test bus and Ethernet. In this paper, the Modular architecture is used to design the hardware platform. While in the design of the software, the real-time multitasking function of RTOS is combined with the task processing methods corresponding to the interruptions to make the design , building and reusing of tasks more convenient. So that the whole test system can be more common and scalable.

Aiming at the problem that the quality of fans control circuit board is not stable, this paper designs and develops of multiparameter networked reliability testing system of eclectic fans circuit board based on the virtual instrument Labview. This system adopts distributed structure, which consists of three parts: the measurement and control node, virtual instrument PC, interference sources. The sensing nets measurement and control node with embedded processor, controls test model,process,jamming signals voltage and frequency of circuit interference source, and real-time online collects parameters of control circuit boards key components on operation process ,such as, voltage and temperature, and then through the sensor network sends those dates to Labview virtual instrument machine. The Labview software does display storage, and comprehensive analysis of operation. The application shows that the system can accurately and rapidly acquire circuit board components parameters, operate stably and reliably, and play an important auxiliary function to find the products quality problem and improve the circuit board design.

In this paper, we research on HPS synthetical testing system based on LabVIEW, and put forward the whole scheme of power steering gear assembly test rig system. The PC application of measurement and control system is designed based on LabVIEW 8.5. The results of experimental show that our software test system is stable and effective.

A new performance test system is presented in this paper, as we all known, hydraulic support is the most important equipment in mechanized coal mining. Electric hydraulic valve, as the key components, consist of electromagnetic pilot valve and mechanical valve bodies. When electromagnetic pilot valve hasnt enough driving force, precursor core wont work normally. The test stand can measure relationship between displacement and force of electromagnetic pilot valve. First of all, electric hydraulic valve is introduced simply, then detailed designing process. The test Bench includes measurement and control system, as well as working theory.

Layer steam injection is a most effective method in heavy oil recovery. Layer Steam Injection Simulation Test System is a simulation test system of layer steam injection. It had been independent developed based on technologies such as PC, modern sensor, automatic control etc., so that to solve experimental problems like doing layer steam injection, selecting and testing downhole tools exactly. The system can offer no less than 320°C and 17MPa experimental environment. The system use heat transfer oil instead of high temperature and high pressure steam to do the experiment, which is a new way to do the similar experiment; the measurement and control system were designed and developed to control the whole system and measure the flow, pressure and temperature. It is determined that system can meet the design in advance through analysis of experimental data.
