With the development of our society, the diversity of the university environment has been increased. The complexity of the diversified university environment also greatly increases the frequency of campus crisis incidents. Therefore, how to evaluate the emergency response ability of college students and how to take effective response measures have become problems that need urgent attentions. In this study, the evaluation of college students’ emergency response capability based on the questionnaire-TOPSIS innovative algorithm is conducted. Firstly, the questionnaire method is used to analyze the current situation of college students’ ability of emergency response, and then a comprehensive evaluation is made using the TOPSIS innovative algorithm. The results of the ranking of emergency response ability are as follows: excellent > good > undergraduate > graduate > inferior. Secondly, the reasons for the lack of ability of emergency response to students based on the evaluation results are studied intensively. Finally, the development countermeasures for college students’ emergency response ability training are put forward.

The coronavirus pandemic has caused a rather difficult period of adaptation of students to the university system and the new educational process. Digital technologies came to the rescue, which contributed to some solution of emerging adaptation issues for nonresident students. This article is aimed at identifying the features of social adaptation of nonresident students to the educational process at the university. As a research method, the questionnaire method was used, which allowed to identify and analyze the peculiarities of adaptation of first-year students from other cities to the university environment and university requirements. The article reveals the influence of digital technologies on the adaptation of students to the university environment and new living conditions. It was determined that, in general, the participants have a high level of adaptation to the university environment, even in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic. In 2020, the outbreak of COVID-19 seriously threatened many people's life and it had brought unexpected impacts upon the global economy. In order to understand the emergency response ability of cities with similar backgrounds, an evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed. First, we established the evaluation index system of urban epidemic response capability. Meantime, a combination way to calculate the index weights of the evaluation system was developed based on analytic hierarchy process. Finally, we have an empirical analysis on the evaluation activity of epidemic emergency management in area H, J province. The evaluation results can be used as the basis for selecting advanced cities. At the same time, it is of great importance for area H to improve urban resource allocation and emergency response capability.

In case of public emergency such as natural disasters, accidents, public health and social security, if people fail to take timely effective response measures, the consequences would be incredibly bad. So, how to optimize emergency transportation and logistics system scientifically, and enhance the emergency support and emergency response capacity of the entire emergency management and emergency system, are the keys to improve stability, reliability and timeliness of public emergency warning defense system. Many scholars have done a lot of researches in dealing with emergencies. On the base of studying a large number of related documents, this paper summarized the optimization method of emergency transportation and logistics, and analyzed the existing shortcomings, and finally came to the conclusion and future research directions.

Based on the investigation of College Students' psychological problems and the analysis of College Students' psychological status, this paper designs and develops a college students' psychological counseling support system according to the relevant theories and methods of psychological counseling. The system has a variety of forms of psychological counseling. Through peer chat rooms, language, text, music and other media, it can guide, help and inspire the psychological problems of the helpers, so as to alleviate the psychological tension and conflict of the helpers. The results show that emergency source can change the cognition, emotion, attitude and behavior of College students so that it can better adapt to the university environment and keep healthy.

The study focused basically on measuring the relationship between the material cost of the students benefits program and the benefits which are earned by it, which was distributed on college students in the initial stages (matinee) and to show the extent of the benefits accruing from the grant program compared to the material burdens which matched and the extent of success or failure of the experience and its effect from o scientific and side on the Iraqi student through these tough economic circumstances experienced by the country in general, and also trying to find ways of proposed increase or expansion of distribution in the future in the event of proven economic feasibility from the program. An data has been taking from the data fro the Department of Financial Affairs and the Department of Studies and Planning at the University of Diyala with taking an data representing an actual and minimized pattern and questionnaires to a sample of students from the Department of Life Sciences in the Faculty of Education of the University of Diyala on the level of success and failure of students in the first year of the grant and the year before for the purpose of distribution comparison. The importance of the study to measure the extent of interest earned in comparision whit the material which is expenseon the program of grant (grant of students) to assist the competent authorities to continue or not in the program of student grants for the coming years.

Research is considered a function aimed at obtaining new knowledge and its application for the solution to problems or questions of a scientific nature, The universities framed in the fulfillment of their social function have a complex task given by training a competent professional who assumes research as part of their training and who learns to ask questions that they are able to solve through scientific research.  Scientific research is an indicator of the quality of processes in the university environment, so it must be increased by virtue of the results of the work carried out by research teachers and students the objective of this work is to know the perception of the teachers of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of Guayaquil about the scientific activity. Objective: to know the perception of the teachers of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of Guayaquil about the scientific activity. Methods: theoretical and empirical level were used, a questionnaire with closed questions aimed at knowing the opinions on the research activity in this institution was applied. Result: that of the sample analyzed 309 (39.3%) said they agreed with the training for the writing of scientific articles. 38.6% said they agree with the training on research projects. Conclusion: that teacher’s research should be enhanced to ensure the formation and development of research skills in students.

This research discussed the issue of the development of learning module based computer technology especially a powerpoint. This module is intended to help students receive the material that was delivered by lecturer especially design structured matter which currently learning module media shaped print and the contents of the text are form module so the university students ca not see the material . Based on these problems was built a module learning computer technology with a powerpoint . The reason the manufacture of the module was structured design material with a picture and a symbol of in designing a system so it needs to ease student visualiasi received mater learning. Method of development this module use the model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Results in this research validated by 2 ( two ) experts namely the people of material said 80% module very reasonable used without revision and media experts said 84% module very reasonable used without revision while results trial by college students by means of pre-test and post-test. The results obtained module very well be used.
