Piano performance requires not only skillful and excellent playing skills, but also good psychological quality and improvisation. The perfect performance is the natural language of a pianist's usual skill and mood. The various emotional activities and expressions of the overall situation in relation to the player's performance, mental issues such as the intensity and horror of the scene, seriously affect the pianist’s actual performance while playing. The piano is therefore very important for mind control. Based on this, this paper attempts to apply the current hot VR technology to piano performance and simulate the virtual piano performance scene through VR technology, so as to enhance the on-the-spot experience for piano players and continuously improve their psychological quality, so that they can better adjust their nervous bad mentality in actual combat. This article first has carried on the 3D virtual reality piano stage modeling experiment, and then selected the 20 young pianist piano training involved in day-to-day contrast test, the test group of 10 people for daily training, virtual piano stage under the environment of normal control group of 10 people ordinary daily training, training time four hours a day, for three months, all participants will take part in The Provincial Youth Piano Competition since the end of the training. The final test results showed that in the competition site, the performance level of 10 players in the test group was generally better than that of the control group. Among them, there were 2 subjects in the test group who played for a long time, while one of the control groups gave up playing in the middle. In addition, in the horizontal comparison, it is found that subjects who are older and have been learning piano for a long time have better on-the-spot mental adjustment ability and more stable performance. Boys performed better than girls, and subjects with positive, optimistic, and confident personalities performed better than those with introverted and low self-confidence.

Abstract Objective: This study aims to investigate whether anxiety disorders in adolescents have a link with the separation time of bed/bedroom sharing with parents. It also aims to raise awareness in society about the issue of minimizing anxiety disorders in childhood. Methods: A case-control study was conducted in Şevket Yılmaz Training and Research Hospital between June 2013 and May 2014. The participants included 51 adolescents who were diagnosed as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) with no-comorbidity and 71 healthy adolescents as the control group, who were chosen randomly. Diagnosis of GAD was based on the criteria from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (4th ed) by child and adolescent psychiatry doctors. The Turkish version of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) was used for the control group. A special survey about demographics and bed-sharing statements was constructed for the purpose of the study. The groups were analyzed in terms of duration of co-sleeping (bed-sharing) and rooming-in (keeping the mother and the baby in same room) with parents during infancy and the development of anxiety disorders in later period. Results: Mean duration of rooming-in was significantly longer in the case group than in the control group (p=0.009). Similarly, mean duration of co-sleeping in the case group was longer than that of the control group. However, this difference was not statistically significant (p=0.529). Conclusion: Sleeping in the same room with children for a long time may result in anxiety disorders in later period due to possible difficulties in bonding and/or less self-confidence.

Abstract Background This study is designed to investigate the clinical value of systemic chemotherapy combined with bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods A total of 412 lung cancer patients admitted to Cangzhou People’s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were collected and divided into test group and control group based on their treatment schedules. The test group received systemic chemotherapy combined with bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy, while the control group received systemic chemotherapy alone. Tumor objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), serum tumor marker levels, serum matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) content, T cell subset level, survival time and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The ORR and DCR of the test group were better than those of the control group, while those of the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients in the test group were better than patients with small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) (P <  0.05). There was no significant difference in serum tumor marker levels, MMP content and T cell subset level between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the serum tumor marker levels along with serum MMP-2, MMP-9 and CD8+ levels in the test group decreased more remarkably, while CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels increased more significantly than those in the control group (P <  0.05). The serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 of NSCLC patients in the test group decreased more remarkably than those of SCLC patients, while there was no significant difference in CD8+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+. The progression-free survival and overall survival of the test group were obviously longer than those of the control group. The same trend was observed in NSCLC patients compared with SCLC patients in the test group (P <  0.05). Conclusions Systemic chemotherapy combined with bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy for lung cancer has good clinical efficacy and safety, and can be widely used in clinical practice.

This study tries to investigate the impact(s) of genre-based teaching (GBT) on Iranian EFL learners listening proficiency as well as to discover if GBT equally affects the listening proficiency of EFL learners at different proficiency levels. To fulfill this objective, 84 EFL learners were chosen. They were divided into Group A and Group B. Groups A and B consisted of 40 and 44 participants, respectively. Group A was divided into experimental and control groups and performed two listening proficiency tests for pre and posttest. Findings of one-way ANCOVA revealed that experimental group performed better than the control group due to using GBI. As indicated by the proficiency test, Group B was also divided into proficient and less-proficient groups; each one performed two listening tests for pre and posttest. Consequences of one-way ANCOVA showed both groups enhanced from pretest to posttest, however; the proficient group performed outstandingly better than the less-proficient group. The results of this study generally demonstrated that GBT is a pivotal and fundamental factor for improving listening comprehension.

Background: To assess the effect of chlorhexidine (CHX) chip application in patients with peri-implant mucositis as compared to CHX gel application. Methods: In peri-implant sites with mucositis, CHX gel was applied in the control group (GC) and CHX chips in the test group (CC) at baseline and after three months. At baseline and after six months, peri-implant pocket depths (PPD), bleeding-on-probing (BOP) and activated matrix metalloproteinase-8 (aMMP8) were assessed. Longitudinal changes were tested for inter-group differences. Results: Thirty-two patients were treated. BOP was more reduced (p = 0.006) in CC than in GC, with means and standard deviations of 46 ± 28% and 17 ± 27%, respectively. PPD was more reduced (p = 0.002) in CC than in GC with 0.65 ± 0.40 mm and 0.18 ± 0.32 mm, respectively. Regarding BOP, the percentages of improved, unchanged and worsened sites accounted for 32%, 61% and 7% in GC and 46%, 53% and 1% in CC, respectively. For probing pocket depth, the according values were 26%, 66% and 8% (GC) versus 57%, 38% and 5% (CC). Conclusions: During supportive therapy, repeated CHX chip application might resolve marginal peri-implant inflammation in terms of bleeding better than CHX gel.

Today the questions about possibility of development disturbances in the immune system of the fetus and the newborn in chronic toxoplasmosis are poorly understood. Aim of research: to detect immunological disturbances in the offspring of rats which have been administered antigens T. gondii. Two series of experiments was performed. In these experiments white female Wistar rats in the III trimester of pregnancy have been administered corpuscular antigen T. gondii. The 60 days-old offspring of these rats have been included in study group of 137 animals. CD3+ cells count was performed in peripherical blood and standard suspension of splenocytesrats offspring. Peripherical blood cells count was performed in the blood of the rats offspring. In the second experiment rats offspring have been administered sheep erythrocytes in 5 days, before euthanasia. In spleen of this rats antigen-produced cells was counted. In control group was included 118 animals, which was born from white female Wistar rats have been administered 0,9% NaCl solution. CD3+ cells was detected in Cytomics FC500 flow cytometry analyzer (Beckman Coulter,USA) by use rats origne-specifed monoclonal antibodies Anti-Rat CD3-FITC (Beckman Coulter,USA). Hematological parameters was assessed by use hematological analyzer Excell-22 (USA).We observed, that CD3+ lymphocytes and antigen-produced cells was decreased in test group (degress of decrease CD3+ cells was 17,2%; р = 0,003 in spleen vs. control group, degress of decrease antigen-produced cells was 27,3%; р = 0,03 vs. control group). Number of leukocytes was increased in in test group (34,5%; р = 0,009 vs. control group). Power and strength correlation pleiades between studied blood and spenal markers were higher in in test group vs. control group (∑Gi = 16; ∑Di = 4,38 vs. ∑Gi = 13; ∑Di = 2,28). This phenomenon is probably due to the development adaptive reactions disruption in the immune system and development secondary immunodeficiency states in the offspring of rats.Violations of immunoreactivity, as well as disruption the possibility of operational restructuring of the immune system and choosing the best immune response in the offspring of rats whose perinatal development take place under the effect of antigens T. gondii, persists for a long time – within 60 days of postnatal life.

Memorizing has become part of students’ study activities in learning. As the learning program is getting harder for primary students, they have got difficulties for maintaining what they see and hear for long time. Method of loci is known as one of mnemonic method that helps student to memorize. Method of loci is a memorizing technique which we can associate the words with familiar places. The method in this research is experimental research with between subject designs. The sample of this research is two groups of fifth grade students. Experimental group was taught by method of loci and control group was taught by reading to memorize the science learning subject. The ability to memorize was measured by giving the achievement test to students. Data was analyzed by Mann- whitney, the results revealed p = 0,0337 (p < 0,05), the experiment group memorize better than the control group. This meant teaching science with method of loci can help students to memorize the learning content better than reading.

Keywords: Method of Loci, Memorizing Ability, Learning, Fifth Grade Students
