The Bonferroni mean (BM) can portray the inter-relationships among the arguments, which is based on algebraic norm. Archimedean norm is the generalization of algebraic norm. In this work, the intuitionistic fuzzy (IF) BMs on the basis of the Archimedean norm are investigated, including the Archimedean norm-based IF arithmetic BM (AN-IFABM) and the Archimedean norm-based IF geometric BM (AN-IFGBM). Then, we discuss their typical properties and several particular cases of the AN-IFABM and AN-IFGBM in detail. Moreover, we design the Archimedean norm-based IF weighted arithmetic BM (AN-IFWABM) and the Archimedean norm-based IF weighted geometric BM (AN-IFWGBM) to consider the importance of each argument and their interconnections. Applying the proposed extensions, an approach is designed to cope with the multiattribute decision-making (MADM) problems. Finally, an efficiency evaluation problem of some public companies in China is analyzed by the proposed approach to demonstrate its applicability and validity.

We investigate and propose two new Bonferroni means, that is, the optimized weighted BM (OWBM) and the generalized optimized weighted BM (GOWBM), whose characteristics are to reflect the preference and interrelationship of the aggregated arguments and can satisfy the basic properties of the aggregation techniques simultaneously. Further, we propose the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy optimized weighted Bonferroni mean (IIFOWBM) and the generalized interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy optimized weighted Bonferroni mean (GIIFOWBM) and detailed study of their desirable properties such as idempotency, monotonicity, transformation, and boundary. Finally, based on IIFOWBM and GIIFOWBM, we give an approach to group decision making under the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment and utilize a practical case involving the assessment of a set of agroecological regions in Hubei Province, China, to illustrate the developed methods.

On the foundation of the theory of the intuitionistic fuzzy set, this paper uses the triangular fuzzy number to denote the membership degree and the non‐membership degree and proposes the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number. Then the operation rules of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are defined. The weighted arithmetic averaging operator and the weighted geometric average operator are presented and used to the decision making area after defined the score function and the accuracy function. An effective solution is offered for multi‐attitude decision‐making problem and an active try is made. Santrauka Remiantis numanomų neapibrežtųjų aibių teorija, šiame straipsnyje aprašomas trečiojo laipsnio neapibrežtasis skaičius, apibūdinantis priklausomumo laipsni. Toliau nustatomos operavimo su tokiais skaičiais taisyklės. Pasiūlytas svertinis aritmetinio vidurkio operatorius, naudojamas priimant sprendimus. In this paper, a new decision-making algorithm has been presented in the context of a complex intuitionistic uncertain linguistic set (CIULS) environment. CIULS integrates the concept the complex of a intuitionistic fuzzy set (CIFS) and uncertain linguistic set (ULS) to deal with uncertain and imprecise information in a more proactive manner. To investigate the interrelation between the pairs of CIULSs, we combine the concept of the Heronian mean (HM) and the complex intuitionistic uncertain linguistic (CIUL) to describe some new operators, namely, CIUL arithmetic HM (CIULAHM), CIUL weighted arithmetic HM (CIULWAHM), CIUL geometric HM (CIULGHM), and CIUL weighted geometric HM (CIULWGHM). The main advantage of these suggested operators is that they considered the interaction between pairs of objects during the formulation process. Also, a number of distinct brief cases and properties of the operators are analyzed. In addition, based on these operators, we have stated a MAGDM (“multiattribute group decision-making”) problem-solving algorithm. The consistency of the algorithm is illustrated by a computational example that compares the effects of the algorithm with a number of well-known existing methods.

AbstractA single-valued neutrosophic multi-set is characterized by a sequence of truth membership degrees, a sequence of indeterminacy membership degrees and a sequence of falsity membership degrees. Nature of a single-valued neutrosophic multi-set allows us to consider multiple information in the truth, indeterminacy and falsity memberships which is pretty useful in multi-criteria group decision making. In this paper, we consider sequences of intuitionistic fuzzy values instead of numbers to define the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-set. In this manner, such a set gives more powerful information. We also present some set theoretic operations and a partial order for intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic sets and provide some algebraic operations between intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic values. Then, we develop two types of weighted aggregation operators with the help of intuitionistic fuzzy t-norms and t-conorms. By considering some well-known additive generators of ordinary t-norms, we give the Algebraic weighted arithmetic and geometric aggregation operators and the Einstein weighted arithmetic and geometric aggregation operators that are the particular cases of the weighted aggregation operators defined via general t-norms and t-conorms. We also define a simplified neutrosophic valued similarity measure and we use a score function for simplified neutrosophic values to rank similarities of intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-values. Finally, we give an algorithm to solve classification problems using intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-values and proposed aggregation operators and we apply the theoretical part of the paper to a real classification problem.
