The traditional teaching model cannot adapt to the teaching needs of the era of smart teaching. Based on this, this paper combines data mining technology to carry out teaching reforms, constructs a computer-aided system based on data mining, and constructs teaching system functions based on actual conditions. The constructed system can carry out multisubject teaching. Moreover, this paper uses a data mining system to mine teaching resources and uses spectral clustering methods to integrate multiple teaching resources to improve the practicability of data mining algorithms. In addition, this paper combines digital technology to deal with teaching resources. Finally, after building the system, this paper designs experiments to verify the performance of the system. From the research results, it can be seen that the system constructed in this paper has certain teaching and practical effects, and it can be applied to a larger teaching scope in subsequent research.

The huge data generate by the Internet of Things (IOT) are measured of high business worth, and data mining algorithms can be applied to IOT to take out hidden information from data. In this paper, we give a methodical way to review data mining in knowledge, technique and application view, together with classification, clustering, association analysis and time series analysis, outlier analysis. And the latest application luggage is also surveyed. As more and more devices connected to IOT, huge volume of data should be analyzed, the latest algorithms should be customized to apply to big data. We reviewed these algorithms and discussed challenges and open research issues. At last a suggested big data mining system is proposed.

with the development of computer information science and technology, the acquirement and access of data from huge database become more and more convenient. Not all the algorithm of different database is the same. Data mining finds the method of characteristic demand data from a large amount of information. It searches data according to relevance and clustering of data. This paper presents a new data mining system---B / S framework and establishes rules of data mining algorithms and mathematical models using fuzzy membership function and Apriority algorithm. This paper establishes a set of data mining system related with subjects learn of driving school taking the driving school for example and using multi-layer B / S framework mathematical model and results of driving candidates. It also finds the importance of each study subject. It proposes data reference for the order of the learn subjects of driving school which provides a theoretical reference for the study of data mining algorithms and systems.

The Internet of Things concept arises from the need to manage, automate, and explore all devices, instruments and sensors in the world. In order to make wise decisions both for people and for the things in IoT, data mining technologies are integrated with IoT technologies for decision making support and system optimization. Data mining involves discovering novel, interesting, and potentially useful patterns from data and applying algorithms to the extraction of hidden information. Data mining is classified into three different views: knowledge view, technique view, and application view. The challenges in the data mining algorithms for IoT are discussed and a suggested big data mining system is proposed.

Background: The signal is defined as “reported information on a possible causal relationship between an adverse event and a drug, of which the relationship is unknown or incompletely documented previously”. Objective: To detect novel adverse events of iloperidone by disproportionality analysis in FDA database of Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) using Data Mining Algorithms (DMAs). Methodology: The US FAERS database consists of 1028 iloperidone associated Drug Event Combinations (DECs) which were reported from 2010 Q1 to 2016 Q3. We consider DECs for disproportionality analysis only if a minimum of ten reports are present in database for the given adverse event and which were not detected earlier (in clinical trials). Two data mining algorithms, namely, Reporting Odds Ratio (ROR) and Information Component (IC) were applied retrospectively in the aforementioned time period. A value of ROR-1.96SE>1 and IC- 2SD>0 were considered as the threshold for positive signal. Results: The mean age of the patients of iloperidone associated events was found to be 44years [95% CI: 36-51], nevertheless age was not mentioned in twenty-one reports. The data mining algorithms exhibited positive signal for akathisia (ROR-1.96SE=43.15, IC-2SD=2.99), dyskinesia (21.24, 3.06), peripheral oedema (6.67,1.08), priapism (425.7,9.09) and sexual dysfunction (26.6-1.5) upon analysis as those were well above the pre-set threshold. Conclusion: Iloperidone associated five potential signals were generated by data mining in the FDA AERS database. The result requires an integration of further clinical surveillance for the quantification and validation of possible risks for the adverse events reported of iloperidone.
