The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of multidimensional psychological characteristics on users’ feedback intention by using several statistical analysis methods based on information theory. The feedback process can be described as a communication process based on information theory. The feedback information entropy is associated with the degree of uncertainty elimination of the users who provide feedback information. Many factors are related to this uncertainty, such as information senders often stopped feedback process for some reasons and information senders may have provided fake or spam information. In order to encourage more useful feedback information, a model of a user’s willingness to provide feedback was established with personality traits and cognitive styles as independent variables, feedback motivation as intermediary variables, and feedback willingness as the dependent variable. 206 online and offline questionnaires were obtained to be analyzed by correlation analysis, regression analysis, and structural equation analysis. Cronbach’s α coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire, and exploratory factor analysis method was used to verify the validity of the questionnaire. First, correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between personality traits, cognitive styles, and motivation factors. Second, we further explored the strength of the relationship of the five correlated groups of variables through linear regression analysis. At last, we conducted structure equation analyses to test the hypotheses. The results show that both personality traits and cognitive styles can have a significant impact on feedback motivation factors and also show that self-efficacy may be the only evident feedback motivation to encourage useful feedback information. The results show that the willing users with extraversion trait are more likely be motivated by self-efficacy and thus have evident feedback willingness.

Background/Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of exercise commitment facilitated by service quality of smartphone exercise Apps on continued exercise intention and provide primary data for developing and/or improving smartphone exercise Apps. Methods/Statistical analysis: A questionnaire survey was conducted amongst college students who have experiences in using exercise App(s) and regularly exercise. The questionnaire is composed of four parts asking about service quality, exercise commitment, continued exercise intention, which were measured with a 5-point Likert Scale, and demographics. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were carried out to analyze the obtained data with PASW 18.0.

The chief aim of this article is to examine the emotional intelligence (EI) and personality traits as the predictors of job performance of IT employees in India. To obtain this, the data was collected from 158 middle management employees working in Indian IT sector through random sampling method with the help of three scales such as DKEIT, JPI, and MPI. After data collection, the study carried out a different statistical analysis which includes frequency, correlation and regression analysis through SPSS 23.0 version. The study findings reported that both EI and Personality Traits impact the performance of job of IT employees, i.e. both Personality Traits and EI operate as a predictor of Job Performance of Indian IT employees. Based on which, the article gives few recommendations to future researchers.

Under the realities of today, the impact on the personality of the whole spectrum of emotional factors significantly increases. We are talking about the negative impact of the environmental crisis, the conflict of mediums, the consequences of the military conflict and the pandemic. The psycho-emotional sphere of a person's existence, which is at the age stage of early adulthood, turned out to be the most invulnerable. This requires the deepening of scientific ideas about the content of the concept of “psycho-emotional health”, its structural and component composition in relation to the individual in the age period of early adulthood. The purpose of the article is to highlight the nature of the links between psycho-emotional health and some specific personality traits of the student. Methods – analysis, synthesis, generalization of scientific sources; correlation analysis of the nature of the connections of the components of psycho-emotional health with the psychological characteristics of the personality of students. The results of the analytical work were based on the scientific fund on the problem, the correlation analysis made it possible to state a long list of personality traits that correlate with certain components of psycho-emotional health of the student's personality (axiological, cognitive-affective, conative-instrumental, social). Conclusions. Empirically, significant correlations have been established between the studied integrative personality trait and the emotional stability of the individual in the age period of early adulthood, vitality and meaningful life orientations. In particular, in terms of the axiological indicator of psycho-emotional health, a correlation was established at the 1% level of significance with sociability, strength of “I” and “Super-I”, carefreeness, dreaminess, extraversion, and at the 5% level with courage. Regarding the plane of conative-affective indicator of psycho-emotional health of the student's personality, various correlations have been established, namely, in addition to the described ones, there is also a correlation with high self-esteem and high intelligence, as well as dominance and ability to control one's desires. The established helps to determine the foundations of psycho-emotional health of student youth at the main stage of their personal and professional development.Key words: vitality, emotional orientation, meaningful life orientations of the personality, actual mental state, psychological well-being. The previous research studies claimed that there is a relationship between personality predispositions and affective disorders like depression. Personality traits like neuroticism and introversion are considered as a vulnerable factors for the development of depression. Therefore, the aim of this research study was to investigate that whether personality traits like introversion and neuroticisms are linked to depression. The researcher recruited a sample size of 200 university students who were studying in Islamia University Bahawalpur, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, and Women University Bahawalpur. Beck depression inventory (BDI), Introversion scale and Neuroticism dimension included in an inventory which was used to measure depression, introversion and neuroticism respectively. Statistical analysis included descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, regression analysis and an independent sample t-tests. The results revealed that there was a positive significant relationship between neuroticism, introversion personality traits and depression. The introversion and neuroticism personality traits significantly predicted depression.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of health workers’ levels of work commitment on the levels of depression and burnout.  Having this purpose in mind, a questionnaire consisting of personal information form, work commitment scale, burnout scale and depression scale was conducted with 266 health workers of İstanbul Kartal Training and Research Hospital in May 2013. Data obtained from questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 17,0 statistical software. Correlation analysis was utilized in order to determine the relationships among work commitment, burnout and depression levels of health workers whereas regression analysis was utilized in order to determine the effects of health workers’ levels of work commitment on the levels of depression and burnout. According to the results, it has been found that there are statistically relevant relationships among work commitment, burnout and depression levels of health workers. It has been concluded that the more health workers’ levels of work commitment increase, their levels of depression and burnout decrease.

The basic dimensions and the mass of common beech nuts and seeds from five nut batches, harvested from tree stands in northern Poland, were determined. Environmental conditions had a greater influence on seed plumpness than the age of tree stands. The results of measurements were analyzed statistically by analysis of variance, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. Despite differences in their plumpness, nuts were characterized by nearly identical cross-sections which resembled an equilateral triangle. The thickness of nuts and seeds was highly correlated with their mass, and this information can facilitate seed husking and separation into mass categories. Before and after husking, seeds should be separated with the use of a mesh screen with longitudinal openings. Medium-sized (most numerous) seeds were separated into the following plumpness categories using a screen separator with ≠6 mm and ≠7 mm openings: 84% of moderately plump seeds, 3% of seeds with reduced plumpness, and 13% of plump seeds.
