The rapid development of a new generation of information technology and its widespread application in colleges and universities have promoted profound changes in campus informatization. On the one hand, wireless campus networks as the main infrastructure of digital campuses are gradually popularized in domestic colleges and universities, expanding the campus information network coverage. This article is aimed at studying the addition of intelligent algorithms to wireless network communications to optimize and build autonomous mobile learning for cloud education. In order for children to communicate with teachers face to face, no matter where they are, this article proposes how to reduce the energy loss in wireless communication and find the best intelligent algorithm to realize the cloud education mobile learning platform. Experimental results show that the transmission delay of the wireless communication system of this method is significantly shorter than that of the other two methods, close to 5%, which speeds up the data transmission speed of the wireless communication system. It can be implemented under time-sensitive conditions and has high practical application value. The wireless network communication system of this method has a low packet loss rate and less wireless network data transmission errors, which is nearly 10% lower than the other two methods, thereby improving the data transmission power of the wireless communication network.

English mobile learning platform is affected by external interference signals, resulting in poor remote transmission ability of English information. To solve this problem, a design of the English mobile learning platform based on the GSM-R wireless network communication system is proposed. The overall framework of the English mobile learning platform is designed. MSP430F149 single-chip microcomputer is selected as the hardware microcontrol unit of the platform, and R-C reset circuit is designed. The reset circuit is used to reset the single-chip microcomputer platform to prevent external signal interference. The modem is initialized according to AT instruction, and the main program flow of the single-chip microcomputer of the English mobile learning platform is designed on this basis. GSM-R wireless network communication system is used to plan the course module. After planning, the platform operation management function is designed, the interactive learning environment is established, the user information template is designed, and the platform database is built. The experimental results show that the designed English mobile learning platform can meet the learning needs and improve students’ comprehensive ability after application.

This paper deals with solution to building tower crane fleet wireless communication system. Feasibility of a system based on ZigBee module is analyzed. By researching transmitting mechanism of ZigBee module and analyzing interference factors during the transmission period,experiments are designed to test data transmission and anti-interference performance, on the condition of simulating on-site environment. Experiment results show that the wireless communication system based on ZigBee module is feasible and the data transmission is reliable.

Because the traditional English mobile learning platform has low student satisfaction and a long learning time, an English mobile learning platform based on the GSM-R wireless network communication system is designed. A GSM-R wireless network communication system is built through existing facilities, new facilities, and business-side facilities. Platform function modules are designed based on the communication system, including course resource management module, online examination management module, online Q&A management module, platform management module, and user login. Based on this module, the platform software is designed according to the three steps of database design, platform encryption technology, and learning recommendation algorithm to create the English mobile learning platform. The simulation experiment results show that the application of the designed platform can improve student satisfaction and improve student learning efficiency.
