In this paper, a direction of arrival (DOA) estimator is proposed to improve the cyber-physical interactions, which is based on the second-order statistics without a priori knowledge of the source number. The impact of noise will firstly be eliminated. Then the relationship between the processed covariance matrix and the steering matrix is studied. By applying the elementary column transformation, an oblique projector will be designed without the source number. At last, a rooting method will be adopted to estimate the DOAs with the constructed projector. Simulation results show that the proposed method performs as well as other methods, which requires that the source number must be known.

ABSTRACTTyler Burge offers a theory of testimony that allows for the possibility of both testimonial a priori warrant and testimonial a priori knowledge. I uncover a tension in his account of the relationship between the two, and locate its source in the analogy that Burge draws between testimonial warrant and preservative memory. I contend that this analogy should be rejected, and offer a revision of Burge's theory that eliminates the tension. I conclude by assessing the impact of the revised theory on the scope of a priori knowledge.

This research the impact of competitive quasi market on service delivery in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria. Both primary and secondary source of data and information were used for the study and questionnaire was used to extract information from the purposively selected respondents. The population for this study is one hundred and seventy three (173) administrative staff of Benue State University selected at random. The statistical tools employed was the classical ordinary least square (OLS) and the probability value of the estimates was used to tests hypotheses of the study. The result of the study indicates that a positive relationship exist between Competitive quasi marketing in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (CQM) and Transparency in the service delivery (TRSP) and the relationship is statistically significant (p<0.05). Competitive quasi marketing (CQM) has a negative effect on Observe Competence in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (OBCP) and the relationship is not statistically significant (p>0.05). Competitive quasi marketing (CQM) has a positive effect on Innovation in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (INVO) and the relationship is statistically significant (p<0.05) and in line with a priori expectation. This means that a unit increases in Competitive quasi marketing (CQM) will result to a corresponding increase in innovation in Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria (INVO) by a margin of 22.5%. It was concluded that government monopoly in the provision of certain types of services has greatly affected the quality of service experience in the institution. It was recommended among others that the stakeholders in the market has to be transparent so that the system will be productive to serve the society effectively

In order to improve the angle measurement performance of a coprime linear array, this paper proposes a novel direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation algorithm for a coprime linear array based on the multiple invariance estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques (MI-ESPRIT) and a lookup table method. The proposed algorithm does not require a spatial spectrum search and uses a lookup table to solve ambiguity, which reduces the computational complexity. To fully use the subarray elements, the DOA estimation precision is higher compared with existing algorithms. Moreover, the algorithm avoids the matching error when multiple signals exist by using the relationship between the signal subspace of two subarrays. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Solving gear meshing impact force problems by using ADAMS software is studied.A pair of tooth meshing model is established based on UG, modal neutral file is generated by using ANSYS software, calculating gear meshing impact after Importing ADAMS. The relationship between the impact velocity and the impact force by taking reasonable key parameter about penetration depth in ADAMS simulation.A new approach for studying gear meshing impact is proposed here, and the simulation results show that ADAMS software is a very useful tool for solving gear corner contact shock problems outside the normal path of action line.

The father plays an important role in child development, including during adolescence, in many cultures. To date, research on the impact of father presence (in a household/family) on father–child relationships has been limited, especially in Eastern cultures due to the overwhelming influence of traditional gender role attitudes. The purposes of this study are to record and compare descriptions (i.e., profiles) of the father’s presence, and to investigate Turkish adults’ reported experiences of their father’s presence during their childhood. A sample of 401 participants completed a Turkish version of the Father’s Presence Questionnaire. The resulting profiles and analyses of reports of the father’s presence show that perceptions of the fathers’ involvements with the participants and the participants’ feelings about their fathers are strongly correlated with their reported father–mother relationships as well as the mother’s support for the relationship with the father. The profiles of the male and female adult participants were quite distinct regarding recollections of physical closeness with the father because of the less frequent physical interactions between males and their fathers compared with females.

Borehole parameters are quite important for gas drainage. This paper studies the impact of borehole diameter and time on gas drainage and performs numerical simulation on the distribution of gas pressure under the conditions of different borehole diameters and drainage times. The simulation results reveal that, as the borehole diameter increases, the gas drainage volume increases along with it and the gas pressure decreases, but such effect on gas drainage is limited. In terms of drainage time, the longer the drainage time, the greater the drainage impact scope. Taking a gas pressure drop of 51% as the indicator of the effective pre-drainage radius, the distance from the point with a gas pressure drop of 51% to the position of the borehole is the effective pre-drainage radius. When the pre-drainage reached the 30th, 45th, 60th, 75th, and 90th day, the effective pre-drainage radius was 1.04m, 1.29m, 1.51m, 1.68m, and 1.82m respectively. According to the numerical simulation results, the effective pre-drainage radius varies with the pre-drainage time, and the fitting analysis of the two indicates that the relationship between the two can be described by a power function.

The paper studies the relationship between axial force and breadth of back blade by numerical simulation and experiment. On the basis of the RNG k-ε turbulence model and technology of compact local grids and regional computing, three dimensional numerical simulations to 100HZ165-250 centrifugal pump with various breadths were carried out. Through comparing and analyzing of the flow field, it can be seen that the axial force reduces with the increase of the back blade breadth. After that, the simulation results were verified by the experimental data got from different test devices, and it shows that the conclusions are reliable.

Image, due to the impact of such as blurring, distortion, noise, etc., will cause a reduction in image quality and the formation of the degradation of the digital image. The using of some kind of a priori knowledge use the least squares method to be filtered, so that the original image and its recovery minimum mean square error between the two images. This can get a better recovery image.
