Mastering the precursory information of rock failure is the basis of scientifically predicting rockburst, and AE technology is an effective means to solve this problem. The conventional uniaxial loading and cyclic loading/unloading tests of metagabbro and granite were carried out with GAW-2000 uniaxial electrohydraulic rigid testing machine to evaluate rockburst proneness. The energy evolution and AE characteristics of rocks with different rockburst proneness during loading are revealed. The results show that the rockburst proneness of granite is obviously stronger than that of metagabbro based on the comprehensive evaluation method of multiple rockburst proneness index. The reasons for different rockburst proneness are analyzed from the perspective of mineral composition and microstructure. Rockburst proneness is positively correlated with energy storage capacity. The elastic energy ratio of granite is obviously larger than that of metagabbro before peak stress. The intensity of AE signals generated in the failure process of strong rockburst rock (granite) is significantly higher than that of moderate rockburst rock (metagabbro). However, the peak frequency bands and amplitude all increase obviously before failure. The b-value and memory characteristics of rock with different rockburst proneness have obvious similar change rules.

An indicator system is established for the suitability of projects linked to the increase/decrease in urban and rural construction land based on the field surveys for the old areas to be dismantled in three administrative villages such as Niulandian Village, Tianjiagou Village and Nanchongsi Village of Tianchi Town in Lezhi County of Sichuan Province, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate indicators. The analysis of evaluation results provides reference for the efficient implementation of projects linked to the increase/decrease in urban and rural construction land.

The construction project bidding is a feasible method in engineering transactions and the main competition form of the construction activities under the conditions of the market economy. The bid assessment is an important link of bidding, and whether bid evaluation method is scientific or not, is directly related to the success of the tender. In the engineering construction field, at present the current commonly used evaluation methods are the comprehensive evaluation method and the lowest bidding price evaluation method. Based on fuzzy set theory and multi-objective people decision theory, we introduce fuzzy multi-objective people decision-making evaluation methods. And conducting research to put forward the evaluation index and weight method to determine the bidding decision model. Finally we apply it to actual case to make out the more standardized and scientific bidding evaluation method.
