This paper focuses on the coordination and optimization between a manufacturer and multiple retailers in a supply chain. The manufacturer makes product quotes and delivery deadlines for all retailers, and each retailer selects product offers and delivery deadlines based on their own needs. Manufacturers maximize their own total profits by setting optimal quotes and delivery deadlines. This paper constructs the mathematical model of the optimal quotation and delivery deadline and proposes a scheduling algorithm that is different from the general M/M/1 and then studies the production scheduling problem and explores the effective implementation of quotation policy in management practice.

This thesis goes deep into the vehicle scheduling problem (VSP), which is the key problem for the distribution center. This paper analyzes and optimizes the mathematical model of vehicle scheduling problem. The problem of dynamic vehicle scheduling with time windows is described in great details in the thesis, which also gives an arithmetic solution aiming at the scheduling problem. Finally, based on the research results and under the background of logistics distribution enterprises, the vehicle scheduling algorithm is exposed to experiment.

The mathematical model of biochemical analysis system was established based on neural network-greedy algorithm. The optimal task scheduling sequence was solved by neural network algorithm. At the same time, the local optimization was obtained by combining greedy algorithm. In this way, the task scheduling problem in biochemical analyzer was transformed into a mathematical problem, and the mathematical model of scheduling algorithm was established. On the platform of MATLAB, eight groups of simulation tests were carried out on the same task scheduling problem using the neural network-greedy scheduling algorithm and the traditional fixedperiod scheduling algorithm. The task-time Gantt charts of the two algorithms were compared under different scheduling orders. The results showed that the average speed of the neural network-greedy algorithm was improved by 31% compared with that of the fixed-period scheduling algorithm. The mathematical model of biochemical analysis system on scheduling problem established by neural network-greedy scheduling algorithm has high efficiency compared with the traditional fixed-period scheduling algorithm.

For the rapid response to production scheduling problem driven by high-density production tasks, a dynamic scheduling technology for the large precision strip products assembly with a mixture of task time nodes and line-rail space is proposed. A scheduling constrained model containing coverage, proximity, timeliness and resource is established. A linear rail space production scheduling technology using heuristic automatic scheduling and event-driven method is put forward. The time rule based on delivery and single completion assembly is formed, at the same time the space rule based on the adjacent rail and comprehensive utilization is researched. Supposing the privilege of single product assembling as the core, the scheduling parts filter method based on multiple constraints and former rules. For the space layout problem, a clingy forward and backward algorithms is proposed to judge the assemble position regarding the space comprehensive utilization rate. The classification of the various disturbances in the actual production is summarized. Three basic algorithms are proposed, including insertion, moving and re-scheduling algorithm, in order to solve the assembly dynamic scheduling problem driven by production disturbance events. Finally, take rocket as the example, the rocket assembly space production scheduling system is developed, combining with the proposed algorithm. The practicability of the system is validated using real data.

The bullwhip effect was caused by fuzzy demand among the enterprises. In order to reduce this effect, control theory was applied to solve the inventory in supply chain. Firstly, inventory control in supply chain and the bullwhip effect was researched. Secondly, a kind of proportional integral differential (PID) controller was developed for inventory control in a three-level supply chain, and the mathematical model of the PID controller for inventory control was presented. Finally, the results show that the PID controller can evidently alleviate the bullwhip effect and inventory fluctuations under the suitable combination of control gain.

The article is devoted to the development of a mathematical model for the analysis of functioning interferonogenic supply chain of textile products. A mathematical model and method of analysis of the functioning of an integrated supply chain of textile products are proposed. A mathematical model contributing to cost reduction in the supply chain of textile products is recommended. The results show that the mathematical model of optimization of placement textile enterprises promotes the decrease of the expenses in the supply chain. The designated model will not only be helpful for managers and enterprises related to textiles, but also for other fields dealing with logistics and supply chains in planning and organization of transport processes.

The Aircraft scheduling problem is researched in this paper, the equilibrium model of aircraft scheduling problem is proposed and a sorting algorithm is constructed. By introducing the concept of flight connections, aircraft scheduling problem is transformed into the distribution of flight connections, the mathematical model of the problem is established, to solve the model, a sorting algorithm is constructed. We use the airline's flight data to test the algorithm. The simulation results show that the model and the algorithm are feasible.

Paper identifies obstacles limiting functioning and development of small and medium construction enterprises. It also includes a description of cluster supply chain (CSC) idea as a suggested solution to some of the problems resulting from the small scale of company activities. One of more important issues of every distribution centre, i.e. portions of deliveries smaller than truck capacity for particular consumers, is also discussed. This problem was formulated for the first time in dairy industry, therefore, it was called milk runs. Moreover, the authors of this paper presented the outcome analysis of survey carried out among construction engineers and managers. This study aimed at determining organizational principles for logistic centre working with CSC framework. The mathematical model depicting milk runs deliveries with overtime consideration, done for many construction sites within a distribution centre is presented hereunder. This model may be potentially used to optimize distribution centres working within cluster supply chain framework.
