In order to improve the rationality and validity of the physical protection system effectiveness evaluation in prison, this paper discusses the main factors that affect the system performance in the prison security system construction process and explores the key points in evaluating the effectiveness of searching system. The author of this paper has constructed an evaluation index system that accurately reflects the physical protection system in prison and comes up with an evaluation model and algorithm based on the gray level analysis by verifying the rationality of effectiveness evaluation model of prison physical protection system and the validity of the evaluation method.

In order to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of effectiveness evaluation for the physical protection system of a high security prison, this paper analyzed factors affecting the evaluation of such a system and, on this basis, applied the cloud theory and constructed a cloud model for evaluating the effectiveness of such a system. A case study was used to discuss the risk controllability of such a system with the evaluation method based on the cloud model. The research results show that the cloud model that we constructed for effectiveness evaluation can greatly reduce the influence of subjective factors in the risk evaluation for the physical protection system of a high security prison through the setting, calculation, and analysis of relevant parameters and we found that it is more accurate and practically useful especially when it is used in the evaluation together with the fuzziness and randomness of qualitative linguistic concepts.

The level and status of disciplines are the important indexes in universities. The evaluation of multiple disciplines plays an important role in the disciplines development. This paper mainly studied the problem of disciplines evaluation in higher education. Firstly, it established the evaluation index system with eight first-grade evaluation indexes, i.e., discipline construction, teaching award, research funding, the scientific research achievement award, team construction, scientific research, talent training, and initial investment, and then used the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to solve the weight of each index. Thirdly, it established a disciplinary evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and analyzed the rationality of the model. The study in this paper provides a new way for the evaluation of university disciplines.

The effective asset of power grid is an important basis for the development of power grid enterprises and government regulation. Based on the value and functional characteristics of power grid assets, this paper establishes an evaluation index system for effective asset function of power grids. The analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to calculate the subjective and objective weights of each functional index, and the subjective and objective weights are combined by the method of squared deviation. The combined weights of the indicators are combined with the value engineering evaluation model to calculate the effective asset value coefficient, which is taken as the effective asset performance value. Finally, the relevant data of a provincial power grid enterprise for 2014-2018 is used. The established model is validated and the calculation results show that the established optimal model is feasible.

The emerging construction of China’s industry park requires for a specific evaluation method for the local energy internet’s power utilization efficiency. This article focuses on the solar power exploitation from power supply reliability, energy utilization efficiency, solar power general efficiency, established a complete energy internet evaluation index system using improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Such method was proved to be more delicate to evaluate the solar-involved park energy internet comparing to traditional methods. The energy internet of a certain industry park was taken as an example for verification. It was found that the improved AHP method can objectively reflect the planning’s efficiency from multi-indicators. When evaluating from different perspective, focusing on a different characteristic of the regional power grid will lead to changes in the AHP evaluation weighting and the results. According to the evaluation result, the relevant suggestions to improve energy efficiency were also proposed.

To improve the evaluation level for aviation maintenance support system and provide a good decision-making for aircraft maintenance support, a quantitative evaluation method for aviation maintenance support ability is proposed. first the evaluation index system for aviation maintenance support ability is given on the basis of factor analysis for aviation maintenance support system, and then using Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of each influence factor, finally, based on fuzzy mathematics method, the three-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is established. The actual example validates is feasibility and effectiveness.

In order to perform adaptability comprehensive evaluation of auto assembly machine product platform for small shaft and sleeve subassemblies, with product family-oriented design, more reasonably and effectively, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is discussed in this paper. And the hierarchical structure of comprehensive evaluation index system, the alternative set and the comprehensive evaluation model of product platform are established through this method, thus obtaining a satisfaction value, which realizes the change from qualitative evaluation to quantitative evaluation for product platform evaluation. The result shows that the method has a strong feasibility and operability.

Aiming at the problem of low confidence in the effectiveness evaluation method of traditional college students’ employment guidance strategy, an effectiveness evaluation method of college students’ employment guidance strategy based on data mining is designed. The effectiveness evaluation index system of college students’ employment guidance strategy is constructed. The system is divided into three levels: target level, criterion level and index level, and the analytic hierarchy process is used to give weight to each index. According to the importance of the index, the effectiveness of college students’ employment guidance strategy is evaluated based on data mining. The experimental results show that the confidence of the designed evaluation method is significantly higher than that of the control group, which can solve the problem of low confidence of the effectiveness evaluation method of traditional college students’ employment guidance strategies.
