Cloud storage has been recognized as the popular solution to solve the problems of the rising storage costs of IT enterprises for users. However, outsourcing data to the cloud service providers (CSPs) may leak some sensitive privacy information, as the data is out of user’s control. So how to ensure the integrity and privacy of outsourced data has become a big challenge. Encryption and data auditing provide a solution toward the challenge. In this paper, we propose a privacy-preserving and auditing-supporting outsourcing data storage scheme by using encryption and digital watermarking. Logistic map-based chaotic cryptography algorithm is used to preserve the privacy of outsourcing data, which has a fast operation speed and a good effect of encryption. Local histogram shifting digital watermark algorithm is used to protect the data integrity which has high payload and makes the original image restored losslessly if the data is verified to be integrated. Experiments show that our scheme is secure and feasible.

Cloud computing provides elastic computing and storage resource to users. Because of the characteristic the data is not under user’s control, data security in cloud computing is becoming one of the most concerns in using cloud computing resources. To improve data reliability and availability, Public data auditing schemes is used to verify the outsourced data storage without retrieving the whole data. However, users may not fully trust the cloud service providers (CSPs) because sometimes they might be dishonest. Therefore, to maintain the integrity of cloud data, many auditing schemes have been proposed. In this paper, analysis of various existing auditing schemes with their consequences is discussed.  Keywords: — Third Party Auditor (TPA), Cloud Service Provider (CSP), Merkle-Hash Tree (MHT), Provable data Possession (PDP), Dynamic Hash Table (DHT).

Cloud computing has been envisioned as the next generation architecture of IT enterprise. It moves the application software and databases to the centralized large data centers where management of data and services may not be fully trustworthy. This unique paradigm brings out many new security challenges like, maintaining correctness and integrity of data in cloud. Integrity of cloud data may be lost due to unauthorized access, modification or deletion of data. Lacking of availability of data may be due to the cloud service providers (CSP), in order to increase their margin of profit by reducing the cost, CSP may discard rarely accessed data without detecting in timely fashion. To overcome above issues, flexible distributed storage, token utilizing, signature creations used to ensure integrity of data, auditing mechanism used assists in maintaining the correctness of data and also locating, identifying of server where exactly the data has been corrupted and also dependability and availability of data achieved through distributed storage of data in cloud. Further in order to ensure authorized access to cloud data a admin module has been proposed in our previous conference paper, which prevents unauthorized users from accessing data and also selective storage scheme based on different parameters of cloud servers proposed in previous paper, in order to provide efficient storage of data in the cloud. In order to provide more efficiency in this paper dynamic data operations are supported such as updating, deletion and addition of data.

Benefits of using cloud technology are obvious, their application is expanding, as a result, it determines the steady growth of demand. Cloud computing has acquired particular relevance for large companies connected with Internet services, retailing, logistics that generate large volume of business and other information. The use of cloud technologies allows organizing the joint consumption of resources, solving the problems of storing and transferring significant amounts of data. Russian consumer cooperation refers to large territory distributed organizations actively forming their own digital ecosystem. The issue of data storing and processing for consumer coo-peration organizations is very relevant. At the same time, the prices of cloud service providers are significantly different and require solving the problem of minimizing the cost of storing and transferring significant amounts of data. The application of the linear programming method is considered to select the optimal data storage scheme for several cloud service providers having different technical and economic parameters of the package (maximum amount of storage, cost of allocated resources). Mathematical model includes the equation of costs for data storing and transferring and restrictions on the amount of storage, the amount of data and its safety. Software tool that allows to perform numerical calculations is selected Microsoft Excel in combination with the "search for solutions" add-on. In accordance with the mathematical model, the conditions for minimizing the amount of cloud storage costs and the necessary restrictions are established. Initial data are set for three data forming centers, storages of certain size for five cloud service providers and nominal price for information storage and transmission. Calculations of expenses are performed in several variants: without optimization, with the solution of the optimization problem, with price increase by cloud service providers. Results of the calculations confirm the necessity to solve the problem of minimizing the cost of cloud services for corporate clients. The presented model can be expanded for any cost conditions as well as for different areas of cloud applications.

Outstanding security requirements arising from this means of data storage and management include data security and privacy. Attribute-based Encryption (ABE) is an efficient encryption system with fine-grained access control for encrypting out-sourced data in cloud computing. Since data outsourcing systems require flexible access control approach Problems arises when sharing confidential corporate data in cloud computing. User-Identity needs to be managed globally and access policies can be defined by several authorities. Data is dual encrypted for more security and to maintain De-Centralization in Multi-Authority environment.

Cloud is a collective term for a large number of developments and possibilities. Various data can be stored by the large amount of people onto the cloud storage facility without any bound of limitations as it provides tremendous space. Open systems like Android (Google Apps) still face many day- to-day security threats or attacks. With recent demand, cloud computing has raised security concerns for both service providers and consumers. Major issues like data transfer over wireless network across the globe have to be protected from unauthorized usage over the cloud as altered data can lead to great loss. In this regard, data auditing along with integrity, dynamic capabilities, and privacy preserving, and plays as an important role for preventing data from various cloud attacks which is considered in this work. The work also includes efficient auditor which plays a crucial role in securing the cloud environment. This paper presents a review on the cloud computing concepts and security issues inherent within the context of cloud computing and cloud infrastructure.

Cloud-assisted cyber–physical systems (CCPSs) integrate the physical space with cloud computing. To do so, sensors on the field collect real-life data and forward it to clouds for further data analysis and decision-making. Since multiple services may be accessed at the same time, sensor data should be forwarded to different cloud service providers (CSPs). In this scenario, attribute-based encryption (ABE) is an appropriate technique for securing data communication between sensors and clouds. Each cloud has its own attributes and a broker can determine which cloud is authorized to access data by the requirements set at the time of encryption. In this paper, we propose a privacy-preserving broker-ABE scheme for multiple CCPSs (MCCPS). The ABE separates the policy embedding job from the ABE task. To ease the computational burden of the sensors, this scheme leaves the policy embedding task to the broker, which is generally more powerful than the sensors. Moreover, the proposed scheme provides a way for CSPs to protect data privacy from outside coercion.

As information and processes are migrating to the cloud, Cloud Computing is drastically changing IT professionals’ working environment. Cloud Computing solves many problems of conventional computing. However, the new technology has also created new challenges such as data security, data ownership and trans-code data storage. We discussed about Cloud computing security issues, mechanism, challenges that Cloud service providers and consumers face during Cloud engineering. Based on concerning of security issues and challenges, we proposed several encryption algorithms to make cloud data secure and invulnerable. We made comparisons among DES, AES, RSA and ECC algorithms to find combinatorial optimization solutions, which fit Cloud environment well for making cloud data secure and not to be hacked by attackers.

Cloud computing is a growing technology that offers compute, storage and network resources as a service over the internet. It enables the individuals, clients or the enterprises to outsource their data and application software to the cloud server. The services are offered by a cloud service provider (CSP) and the users need to pay for what they use. There are many security concerns needs to be addressed when the data is maintained by third party service provider in cloud. The auditor is introduced to audit the integrity of the data on behalf of the client in order to ensure integrity of data. This can be called as public auditability of data. Recently, two privacy preserving auditing mechanisms named Oruta and Knox are introduced to check the correctness of stored data. In this paper, we try to propose the security flaw of their scheme when active adversaries are involved in cloud storage. An active adversary is capable of modifying the data stored in cloud arbitrarily. This data modification is not being identified by the user and the auditor in the verification process. We try to suggest a solution to resolve this flaw by signing the proof response generated on the cloud server side. Then the signed proof is sent to the trusted third party auditor (TTPA) for verification. The auditor first verifies the signature and for the validation of the proof. The proposed scheme is proved to be secure against active adversary.

Cloud computing is the computing technology which provides resources like software, hardware, services over the internet. Cloud computing provides computation, software, data access, and storage services that do not require end- user knowledge of the physical location and configuration of the system that delivers the services. Cloud computing enables the user and organizations to store their data remotely and enjoy good quality applications on the demand without having any burden associated with local hardware resources and software managements but it possesses a new security risk towards correctness of data stored at cloud. The data storage in the cloud has been a promising issue in these days. This is due to the fact that the users are storing their valuable data and information in the cloud. The users should trust the cloud service providers to provide security for their data. Cloud storage services avoid the cost storage services avoids the cost expensive on software, personnel maintains and provides better performance less storage cost and scalability, cloud services through internet which increase their exposure to storage security vulnerabilities however security is one of the major drawbacks that preventing large organizations to enter into cloud computing environment. This work surveyed on several storage techniques and this advantage and its drawbacks.
