Advances in nucleic acid sequencing technologies have revolutionized the field of genomics, allowing the efficient targeting of mutated neoantigens for personalized cancer vaccination. Due to their absence during negative selection of T cells and their lack of expression in healthy tissue, tumor mutations are considered as optimal targets for cancer immunotherapy. Preclinical and early clinical data suggest that synthetic mRNA can serve as potent drug format allowing the cost efficient production of highly efficient vaccines in a timely manner. In this review, we describe a process, which integrates next generation sequencing based cancer mutanome mapping,in silicotarget selection and prioritization approaches, and mRNA vaccine manufacturing and delivery into a process we refer to as MERIT (mutanome engineered RNA immunotherapy).

The 1930s was the heyday of the Indonesian sugarindustry that is capable of exporting to manycountries and has become the country an exporterof sugar to two after Cuba, but the situation isreversed since 1967 in which Indonesia wouldimport sugar from Brazil, India, and Thailand inorder to meet the needs raw material consumptionand food and beverage industry. The resultsshowed that the cost of sugar production isvery uneconomical because of inefficiency thatstretches from the cultivation to processing inthe factory so difficult to obtain profit margins.Target and beyond sugar self-sufficiency can notbe achieved because highly regulated, there is nosynergy and tends to conflicts of interests amongministries or agencies, and internal conflicts oftenoccur between the sugar mill and the disharmonybetween sugarcane farmers by the sugar millofficials. In the competition of the sugar industry aremore stringent, in the era of the Asean EconomicCommunity, it means the level of efficiency of sugarfactories in the country need special attention, the same thing also applies to industrial users ofsugar, and sugar as a raw material componentscontribute to the creation of products food andbeverage efficient so as to compete with similarproducts from other countries. Observing howthe intense competition in the Asean EconomicCommunity is based on free trade, the yield ofsugar that’s a cost efficient production is veryimportant and urgent at this time, including workto improve the welfare of farmers.

Well logging interpretation is a simple and effective method to identify natural gas hydrate, because the cost of the drilling core is high and BSR technology can not be used in the permafrost zone.Establish methods of logging interpretation of gas hydrates on the basis of comprehensive analysis of geological and geographical conditions, combined with the geophysical response characteristics of the gas hydrate. Confirm the distribution of natural gas hydrate and the characteristics of distribution in Muli Coalfield under the guidance of the method. All these can provide fundamental data and scientific proof to the evaluation and target selection of the study area , and also to the discovery of natural gas hydrate in wider area of our country .

A method is described for performing an economic analysis of a large number of bridges to establish priorities and to make preliminary selection of rehabilitation options. Selecting the most cost-efficient rehabilitation scheme for bridges is a critical problem when resources are limited. The information required to perform the analysis is normally available from basic bridge inspection data. The method compares the cost and benefits of various rehabilitation alternatives with the consequences of not undertaking the rehabilitation. A program of bridge works can be selected on the basis of the highest ratios of net present value to capital cost. The computations are well suited to common spreadsheet computer programs. From the results of the computations, owners can prepare an appropriate budget to finance a bridge rehabilitation program. The method is particularly well suited to analyzing how expenditures should be allocated over time when funds are limited.

The architecture of the Brassica napus genome is marked by its evolutionary origins. The genome of B. napus was formed from the hybridization of two closely related diploid Brassica species, both of which evolved from an hexaploid ancestor. The extensive whole genome duplication events in its near and distant past result in the allotetraploid genome of B. napus maintaining multiple copies of most genes, which predicts a highly complex and redundant transcriptome that can confound any expression analyses. A stringent assembly of 142 399 B. napus expressed sequence tags allowed the development of a well-differentiated set of reference transcripts, which were used as a foundation to assess the efficacy of available tools for identifying and distinguishing transcripts in B. napus ; including microarray hybridization and 3′ anchored sequence tag capture. Microarray platforms cannot distinguish transcripts derived from the two progenitors or close homologues, although observed differential expression appeared to be biased towards unique transcripts. The use of 3′ capture enhanced the ability to unambiguously identify homologues within the B. napus transcriptome but was limited by tag length. The ability to comprehensively catalogue gene expression in polyploid species could be transformed by the application of cost-efficient next generation sequencing technologies that will capture millions of long sequence tags.
