Invoice printing just has two-color printing, so invoice font image can be seen as binary image. To embed watermarks into invoice image, the pixels need to be flipped. The more huge the watermark is, the more the pixels need to be flipped. We proposed a new pixels flipping method in invoice image for huge watermarking capacity. The pixels flipping method includes one novel interpolation method for binary image, one flippable pixels evaluation mechanism, and one denoising method based on gravity center and chaos degree. The proposed interpolation method ensures that the invoice image keeps features well after scaling. The flippable pixels evaluation mechanism ensures that the pixels keep better connectivity and smoothness and the pattern has highest structural similarity after flipping. The proposed denoising method makes invoice font image smoother and fiter for human vision. Experiments show that the proposed flipping method not only keeps the invoice font structure well but also improves watermarking capacity.

Image deblurring has been a challenging ill-posed problem in computer vision. Gaussian blur is a common model for image and signal degradation. The deep learning-based deblurring methods have attracted much attention due to their advantages over the traditional methods relying on hand-designed features. However, the existing deep learning-based deblurring techniques still cannot perform well in restoring the fine details and reconstructing the sharp edges. To address this issue, we have designed an effective end-to-end deep learning-based non-blind image deblurring algorithm. In the proposed method, a multi-stream bottom-top-bottom attention network (MBANet) with the encoder-to-decoder structure is designed to integrate low-level cues and high-level semantic information, which can facilitate extracting image features more effectively and improve the computational efficiency of the network. Moreover, the MBANet adopts a coarse-to-fine multi-scale strategy to process the input images to improve image deblurring performance. Furthermore, the global information-based fusion and reconstruction network is proposed to fuse multi-scale output maps to improve the global spatial information and recurrently refine the output deblurred image. The experiments were done on the public GoPro dataset and the realistic and dynamic scenes (REDS) dataset to evaluate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method. The experimental results show that the proposed method generally outperforms some traditional deburring methods and deep learning-based state-of-the-art deblurring methods such as scale-recurrent network (SRN) and denoising prior driven deep neural network (DPDNN) in terms of such quantitative indexes as peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and structural similarity (SSIM) and human vision.

The locust slice images have all the features such as strong self-similarity, piecewise smoothness and nonlinear texture structure. Multi-scale interpolation operator is an effective tool to describe such structures, but it cannot overcome the influence of noise on images. Therefore, this research designed the Shannon–Cosine wavelet which possesses all the excellent properties such as interpolation, smoothness, compact support and normalization, then constructing multi-scale wavelet interpolative operator, the operator can be applied to decompose and reconstruct the images adaptively. Combining the operator with the local filter operator (mean and median), a multi-scale Shannon–Cosine wavelet denoising algorithm based on cell filtering is constructed in this research. The algorithm overcomes the disadvantages of multi-scale interpolation wavelet, which is only suitable for describing smooth signals, and realizes multi-scale noise reduction of locust slice images. The experimental results show that the proposed method can keep all kinds of texture structures in the slice image of locust. In the experiments, the locust slice images with mixture noise of Gaussian and salt–pepper are taken as examples to compare the performances of the proposed method and other typical denoising methods. The experimental results show that the Peak Signal-To-Noise Ratio (PSNR) of the denoised images obtained by the proposed method is greater 27.3%, 24.6%, 2.94%, 22.9% than Weiner filter, wavelet transform method, median and average filtering, respectively; and the Structural Similarity Index (SSIM) for measuring image quality is greater 31.1%, 31.3%, 15.5%, 10.2% than other four methods, respectively. As the variance of Gaussian white noise increases from 0.02 to 0.1, the values of PSNR and SSIM obtained by the proposed method only decrease by 11.94% and 13.33%, respectively, which are much less than other 4 methods. This shows that the proposed method possesses stronger adaptability.

Three-dimensional reconstruction of teeth plays an important role in the operation of living dental implants. However, the tissue around teeth and the noise generated in the process of image acquisition bring a serious impact on the reconstruction results, which must be reduced or eliminated. Combined with the advantages of wavelet transform and bilateral filtering, this paper proposes an image denoising method based on the above methods. The method proposed in this paper not only removes the noise but also preserves the image edge details. The noise in high frequency subbands is denoised using a locally adaptive thresholding and the noise in low frequency subbands is filtered by the bilateral filtering. Peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), structural similarity index measure (SSIM) and 3D reconstruction using the iso-surface extraction method are used to evaluate the denoising effect. The experimental results show that the proposed method is better than the wavelet denoising and bilateral filtering, and the reconstruction results meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis.

Kata Kunci— SSIM, anomaly, gambar, deteksiImage enhancement is a procedure used to process images so that they can correct or improve image quality so that they can then be analyzed for specific purposes. Many image enhancement algorithms can be applied to an image. one of the usable methods is the structural similarity index measure (SSIM) algorithm, this algorithm serves as a measuring tool in assessing image quality. It works by comparing the structural features of images, and the image quality is explained by structural similarity. In addition to assessing the quality of an image, SSIM can be a method of analyzing image differences. So, the anomalies are known from the comparison of two images based on the structural data from an image. This systematic literature review is used to analyze and focus on the SSIM algorithm in knowing anomaly 2 images that look similar to the human visual system. Systematic review results show that the use of the SSIM algorithm in assessing image quality is strongly correlated with HVS (Human Vision System). In anomaly detection of images produces different accuracy because it is affected by light intensity and camera position in taking pictures as a dataset. Keywords— SSIM, anomaly, gambar, deteksi

We propose a video denoising method based on a spatiotemporal Kalman-bilateral mixture model to reduce the noise in video sequences that are captured with low light. To take full advantage of the strong spatiotemporal correlations of neighboring frames, motion estimation is first performed on video frames consisting of previously denoised frames and the current noisy frame by using block-matching method. Then, current noisy frame is processed in temporal domain and spatial domain by using Kalman filter and bilateral filter, respectively. Finally, by weighting the denoised frames from Kalman filtering and bilateral filtering, we can obtain a satisfactory result. Experimental results show that the performance of our proposed method is competitive when compared with state-of-the-art video denoising algorithms based on both peak signal-to-noise-ratio and structural similarity evaluations.

Images may be corrupted by salt and pepper impulse noise due to noisy sensors or channel transmission errors. A denoising method by detecting noise candidates and enforcing image sparsity with a patch-based sparse representation is proposed. First, noise candidates are detected and an initial guide image is obtained via an adaptive median filtering; second, a patch-based sparse representation is learnt from this guide image; third, a weightedl1-l1regularization method is proposed to penalize the noise candidates heavier than the rest of pixels. An alternating direction minimization algorithm is derived to solve the regularization model. Experiments are conducted for 30%∼90% impulse noise levels, and the simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms total variation and Wavelet in terms of preserving edges and structural similarity to the noise-free images.

Abstract In this paper we propose a new approach for image denoising based on the combination of PM model, isotropic diffusion model, and TV model. To emphasize the superiority of the proposed model, we have used the Structural Similarity Index Measure (SSIM) and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) as the subjective criterion. Numerical experiments with different images show that our algorithm has the highest PSNR and SS1M, as well as the best visual quality among the six algorithms. Experimental results confirm the high performance of the proposed model compared with some well-known algorithms. In a word, the new model outperforms the mentioned three well known algorithms in reducing the Gibbs-type artifacts, edges blurring, and the block effect, simultaneously.

To overcome the disadvantages of the traditional block-matching-based image denoising method, an image denoising method based on block matching with 4D filtering (BM4D) in the 3D shearlet transform domain and a generative adversarial network is proposed. Firstly, the contaminated images are decomposed to get the shearlet coefficients; then, an improved 3D block-matching algorithm is proposed in the hard threshold and wiener filtering stage to get the latent clean images; the final clean images can be obtained by training the latent clean images via a generative adversarial network (GAN).Taking the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), structural similarity (SSIM for short) of image, and edge-preserving index (EPI for short) as the evaluation criteria, experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can not only effectively remove image noise in high noisy environment, but also effectively improve the visual effect of the images.
