Due to its widely tunable mechanical property and incompatibility with most solders, Ni-Mn alloy can become a viable candidate in the fabrication of testing probe for microelectronic devices. In this study, the electrodeposition of Ni-Mn alloy in nickel sulphamate electrolyte with the addition of manganese sulphate was investigated under direct current (DC) power source. The effects of current density and Mn2+concentration in the electrolyte on the coating composition, cathodic efficiency, microstructure and mechanical properties were explored. The results showed that the raise of the Mn2+concentration in the electrolyte alone did not effectively increase the Mn content in the coating but reduce the cathodic efficiency. On the other hand, increasing the current density facilitated the codeposition of the Mn and rendered the crystallite from coarse columnar grain to the refined one. Thus, both hardness and internal stress of the coating increased. The fabrication of testing probes at 1 A/dm2was shown to satisfy the high hardness, low internal stress, reasonable fatigue life, and nonsticking requirements for this microelectronic application.

Using energy-harvesting technology can make the work scope of passive radio frequency identification tag to achieve the maximum .The study put forward to collecting light from the solar cell share tag antenna area, that provides the power source except from the reader receive to electromagnetic power ,which to activate the label circuit. In order to make solar cell to the influence of the tag antenna to minimum ,so optimize it with electromagnetic simulation on its position .The collected dc power could convert into the radio frequency with the efficient E-class oscillator , as well as it could flow into the radio frequency identification tag terminal with the aid of the proper designed coupled circuit .The oscillation frequency is selected on the principle of not affecting the operation of label back scattering .The presented oscillator is showed in the simulations .The E-class oscillator is used together with other forms of collection technology ,such as thermoelectric collect machine.

A novel integrated electrode structure was designed and synthesized by direct electrodepositing of Cu–Sn alloy anode materials on the Celgard 2400 separator (Cel-CS electrode). The integrated structure of the Cel-CS electrode not only greatly simplifies the battery fabrication process and increases the energy density of the whole electrode, but also buffers the mechanical stress caused by volume expansion of Cu–Sn alloy active material; thus, effectively preventing active material falling off from the substrate and improving the cycle stability of the electrode. The Cel-CS electrode exhibits excellent cycle performance and superior rate performance. A capacity of 728 mA·h·g−1 can be achieved after 250 cycles at the current density of 100 mA·g−1. Even cycled at a current density of 5 A·g−1 for 650 cycles, the Cel-CS electrode maintained a specific capacity of 938 mA·h·g−1, which illustrates the potential application prospects of the Cel-CS electrode in microelectronic devices and systems.

In this study, the anti-impact performance of the TiN coatings prepared under various substrate temperatures (35, 200, 400, and 600 °C) were evaluated using a cyclic impact tester under 104 cycles. Moreover, the microstructure and anti-impact performance-related mechanical properties (adhesion strength and nano-hardness) were investigated to reveal the underlying mechanism of how the substrate temperature affects the anti-impact performance of the coatings. The results showed that the substrate temperature has a great influence on the internal stress, nano-hardness, and adhesion strength as well as the anti-impact performance of TiN coatings, and the coatings prepared under 400 °C exhibit the best impact resistance. The small internal stress, strong adhesion strength as well as high hardness and H3/E2 value for the 400 °C prepared coatings are the main contributes.

At present, in the typical design of China’s nuclear power plant, main generation system is connected to the power grid by 500 kV system. 500 kV system as a priority power source, 220kV system as an auxiliary power source. Independent operation of 500kV and 220kV system, improved the reliability of power supply of nuclear power plant. However, the DC 220V power system used to control the 500kV and 220kV system in the switch station of partial nuclear power project is not independently configured, and the design form of one set of DC system is used in the transformer station. In recent years, there are many accidents that AC power enters into the DC power system, resulted in the loss of power source in the transformer station. The loss of external power source in the whole plant is very significant. In this paper, the influence of AC power entering into DC power system on relay protection device is analyzed, the measures to prevent the AC power into DC power system are discussed, the necessity of independent configuration of DC control power system for the 500kV priority power system and 220kV auxiliary power supply system is analyzed.
