With the rapid acceleration of global competition the need has arisen for a more systematic performance evaluation system. This research develops a two-stage performance evaluation system to help maximize performance evaluation success. The performance evaluation is an important approach for enterprises to give incentives and restraint to their operators. It is also an important channel for enterprise stakeholders to obtain performance information. This study analyzes the current evaluation system for the Taiwan LED industry. This research measures the performance of ten LED companies in Taiwan for the period 2003–2009. The proposed method is practical and useful. The evaluation model indicates that proposed method is more reasonable and easier to grasp than other methods. As a result, it is easier to popularize this evaluation method in enterprises. The proposed method presents a complete assessment model that helps managers identify items for improvement, while simultaneously promoting cost and time efficiencies in the LED industry.

According to the definition of integrated supply chain performance, improved method of grey relational evaluation and multi-level dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to comprehensively evaluate the overall performance of the integrated supply chain. Based on these, the Performance Evaluation System (PES) of the integrated supply chain is developed on MATLAB software platform. In the end, the validity and feasibility of the system is validated by an example, and the system can provide a convenient operation tool and scientific, objective decision basis for managers to evaluate the integrated supply chain performance.

Abstract Industrial heritage is unique in terms of its patterns, reuse characteristics, economic relevance and social operations. Under the government’s “Industrial Heritage Regeneration Project”, a menu of outcome/performance assessments have been in practice and have evolved. This paper combines expert methods, the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and the Multi-criteria Evaluation Method, along with qualitative and quantitative data, to clarify the hierarchical structure and weight of factors that influence outcome/performances. The research purpose is to establish an integrated multi-criteria performance evaluation model for the reuse of industrial heritage. The findings identify a long list of factors by crossing the four major factors concerning the reuse of industrial heritage, namely regeneration creativity, operational management, implementation effectiveness and sustainable developments. Regeneration creativity is considered as the most important element, and the presentation of thematic plans and characteristics is the most important influencing factor. It is suggested that clarifications should be made concerning the factors that affect different facets in the execution of reuse initiatives. The research findings can serve as a reference for decision-making in reuse and development by reflecting the culture and value for the reuse and implementations of industrial heritage.

This paper adopts the analysis method of big data to conduct an in-depth analysis and research on the sustainable development mechanism of enterprises, firstly, combing the content and methods of enterprise business performance evaluation, defining enterprise sustainable development, and exploring the integration of enterprise sustainable development and enterprise business performance evaluation by specifically analyzing from different perspectives. Then, we analyze the industry in which the enterprise is located, its business situation, and strategy, and after analyzing the current business performance evaluation system of the enterprise, we point out its problems. The current performance evaluation system is incomplete, focuses only on economic benefits, is not long term, and does not consider the company’s strategy and stakeholders’ needs, which affects its importance and feasibility. Then, the above analysis is integrated to build a performance evaluation system consisting of four dimensions, namely, economic dimension, scientific research and innovation dimension, social dimension, and ecological dimension, from the perspective of sustainable development, and a total of 29 indicators are selected. Then, the two research tools of first value method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were combined, based on the panel data of enterprises from 2016 to 2020; the first value method was used to get the weights of each indicator in the business performance evaluation system. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to get a comprehensive evaluation score of enterprise’s business performance in 2019, and then the evaluation results were analyzed in detail and suggestions were made, which confirms that enterprises are based on the sustainable development perspective. The evaluation of business performance is necessary and important. Finally, we propose supporting safeguards, such as establishing a performance evaluation team and a monitoring mechanism, dynamically improving the enterprise performance evaluation system, establishing a sustainable corporate culture, preparing and publishing a sustainable development report, and accelerating the information construction of performance evaluation.

Hierarchy evaluation system has been established through a phased analysis of functional properties of OSHMS system, based on four aspects: the file system specification, and the actual business integration, system scheme enforceable, the continuous improvement of the development. Quantitative performance evaluation results has been obtained by building Occupational Safety and Health Management System performance evaluation model through fuzzy theory. According to the rated existing occupation safety and health management system problems, suggestions for improvement are given.

This paper uses a multidimensional big data matrix model to optimize the analysis and conduct a systematic construction of the enterprise performance evaluation system. The adoption of new research methods and perspectives to promote the study of the use of performance information is of great significance to achieve the effectiveness, science, and sustainability of corporate performance management. To solve the problem of objectivity and scientificity of performance information use, this part attempts to analyze performance information use from the perspective of the multidimensional big data matrix, focusing on the techniques and methods in the process of promoting performance information use from the multidimensional big data matrix and tries to construct a system model of enterprise performance information use from two dimensions: the use of performance information sources and the use of performance information results. Based on multiple theoretical hypotheses, a theoretical and empirical basis is provided for the division of demand dimensions of enterprise performance evaluation system. Through social capital theory, three dimensions of network social capital, cognitive social capital, and structural social capital are hypothesized, and the logistic regression method is applied for empirical study. The results show that these three dimensions have significant effects on the knowledge demand of enterprise performance evaluation systems. It is verified that the multidimensional big data matrix can enhance the quality of performance information sources and improve the objectivity of performance information. In the performance information source use dimension, the analysis verified that the collection and preprocessing technology of big data can realize the automation, real-time, and diversification of information collection and preprocessing, and enhance the objectivity of performance information. Big data helps to improve the quality and effectiveness of performance information results use. In the dimension of using performance information results, the distributed computing and analysis processing technology of big data can assist the decision support system, and the use of information can be shifted from micromanagement to decision support, to realize the scientific use of performance information and improve the quality of enterprise management decisions.

Inconsideration of the application defects of organic viscosity-reducing warm mixasphalt (represented by Sasobit), such as poor adhesion with aggregate,inadequate of low-temperature deformation, four methods for Sasobit modificationwere proposed and they were blending with polymer, grafting, hydroisomerizationand adjusting molecular weightdistribution width,then the feasibility of each method was analyzed. Moreover, given that performance evaluation of warm mix asphaltmixture still referenced for that of hot mix asphalt mixture, adhesion (water stability) evaluation method based on surface free energy and low temperature performanceevaluation method based on glass transition temperature were put forward to optimize the performance evaluation system of warm mix asphaltmixture.

Analyses the current road pavement maintenance technical specification, put forward a new evaluation method for maintenance and overlay of old asphalt pavement. Starting from the problems of imperfect evaluation index system, non-standard evaluation method and single factor of performance evaluation model, this paper applies the unified grey clustering analysis algorithm to establish the index system of software organization status and software project characteristics, and defines the connotation of software project performance. A new network topology design method is proposed, and a software project performance evaluation model based on fuzzy neural network is established. An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to solve the problem of determining the connection weight coefficient of the evaluation model accurately and efficiently. This paper introduces the basic concept of project performance evaluation, and explains the necessity and importance of performance evaluation in the project.
