The molecular compressibility, which is a macroscopic quantity to reveal the microcompressibility by additivity of molecular constitutions, is considered as a fixed value for specific organic liquids. In this study, we introduced two calculated expressions of molecular adiabatic compressibility to demonstrate its pressure and temperature dependency. The first one was developed from Wada’s constant expression based on experimental data of density and sound velocity. Secondly, by introducing the 2D fitting expressions and their partial derivative of pressure and temperature, molecular compressibility dependency was analyzed further, and a 3D fitting expression was obtained from the calculated data of the first one. The third was derived with introducing the pressure and temperature correction factors based on analogy to Lennard-Jones potential function and energy equipartition theorem. In wide range of temperatures(293<T/K<393)and pressures(0.1<P/MPa<210), which represent the typical values used in dynamic injection process for diesel engines, the calculated results consistency of three formulas demonstrated their effectiveness with the maximum 0.5384% OARD; meanwhile, the dependency on pressure and temperature of molecular compressibility was certified.

Diet therapy is one of the main approaches to the treatment of a wide range of diseases of the digestive system. The treatment effectiveness of celiac disease depends on how strictly the patient adheres to a gluten-free diet. It is often disrupted due to the limited range of recommended foods and dishes, especially for children who are particularly sensitive to dietary restrictions. In this case, the development of new types of specialized gluten-free products is relevant, allowing to expand the diet both in terms of nutritional value and taste diversity. This study concerns the recipe developments of dry gluten-free mixtures using rice and amaranth with the inclusion of fruit and vegetable and berry raw materials intended for the nutrition of children over three years old suffering from celiac disease. When developing the recipes, researchers used various combinations of rice and amaranth flour, as well as fruit and vegetable powders. The rice flour composition varied in the range from 15 to 75%; amaranth – from 15 to 45%; fruit and vegetable and berry powders – up to 10%. The finished product was gluten-free cookies, muffins, pancakes made of rice and amaranth. Organoleptic evaluation showed that the studied samples of gluten-free cookies have high quality characteristics, have a pleasant taste and aroma. According to the calculated data, specialized gluten-free dry mixtures intended for children over three years with celiac disease can serve as an important source of: vegetable carbohydrates – from 26.81 to 55.19 g / 100g of finished products; protein – from 4.06 to 11.82 g/100g of finished products; dietary fiber – from 3.82 to 6.36 g/100g of finished products; and energy – from 158.12 to 333.96 kcal/100g of finished products) The developed recipess of gluten-free products can help to provide children with an adequate amount of nutrients and energy.

The possibility for producing of powders by the plasma centrifugal spraying is considered taking into account the gas dynamic pressure. <p>The ultrasonic velocity, density and viscosity at 318K have been measured in the binary systems of Methyl methacrylate + Toluene and Methyl methacrylate + Dimethylacetamide. In this work an attempt has been made for the first time to investigate the behavior of binary solutions of Methylmethacrylate(MMA) in Toluene and Dimethylacetamide(DMAC) with regard to acoustical parameters such as adiabatic compressibility(β), intermolecular free length(l<sub>f</sub>), free volume(V<sub>f</sub>), Rao’s constant(R), Wada’s constant(W) and specific acoustical impedance(Z) from ultrasonic measurements at 318 K were calculated. The results are interpreted in terms of molecular interaction between the components of mixtures.</p>

Ultrasonic velocities (u), densities (ρ) and viscosities (η) are measured in respect of ethylmethylketone (EMK) and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) over the entire composition at 298, 308and 318K. Attempt have been made to extract the information with respect to various kind of intermolecular interactions, such as H-bonding, dipole-dipole, solute –solvent, dispersion type interactions existing between these two components from the following acoustical parameter when examined as a function of solvent composition at different temperatures: adiabatic compressibility (β), specific acoustic impedance (Z), intermolecular free length (Lf), molar sound velocity (Rm), wada’s constant (W), viscous relaxation time (τ), free volume and internal pressure (πi).

In this work, acoustic, thermal, and optical properties were tested on the different concentrations of the Disodium Tartrate solutions. First, the viscosity studies were analyzed for the Disodium tartrate in the concentration range from 2% to 20% with different temperatures 303K, 308K, 313K, and 318K. It was noted that the relative viscosity and the activation energy of the prepared compound increase with increases in concentration and decreases with temperature increases. The properties like density and ultrasonic velocity are varied when increases the concentration of the aqueous solutions of Disodium Tartrate. In this study, the values of adiabatic compressibility show an inverse behavior when compared with ultrasonic velocity due to the interaction between solute and solvent molecules. Also observed that the inter-molecular free length is maximum for a lower percentage. The free volume for the compound is maximum at 2% and a minimum of 20%, since it reduces when the internal pressure increases. It was revealed that the classical absorption coefficient and relaxation time for Disodium Tartrate is minimum for lower percentage and minimum for a higher percentage. The interactions between the solute and solvent are confirmed through the property like specific Acoustical impedance. It was noted that the increase in internal pressure increases the concentration of the compound. The ion-solvent interaction was discussed by the relative association study, thus the values of relative association increases with an increase in concentration. The Rao’s and Wada’s constant increases linearly in aqueous solutions of Disodium Tartrate for the entire system.

This study explored the effects of water content and temperature on the mobility of exchangeable cations (termed the surface ionic mobility and hereafter ionic mobility) in the hydration layers of bentonite clay. The ionic mobility directly governs the surface conductivity of the clay. The investigation was done by measuring the bulk electrical conductivity (EC) of four sand–bentonite mixtures of different proportions for a wide range of water contents under constant temperature, and three bentonite samples at different water contents over 5–90°C. The ionic mobility was determined from the surface conductivity at the mean ionic strength of the hydration layers. The ionic mobility in the sand–bentonite samples increased with an increase in hydration layer thickness. For a given thickness of the hydration layer, the greater the bentonite content of a sample, the smaller was the ionic mobility. The ionic mobility in the bentonite samples at different water contents also increased, at reduced rates, with a rise in temperature. Consequently, the surface conductivity of the samples increased non-uniformly, at two different rates, with an increase in temperature. The increasing rate of this conductivity depended on temperature; over the low temperature range which depended on the water content, the rate was 0.013 dS/m.K, and over higher temperature range, the rate decreased to 0.008 dS/m.K. The commonly used temperature correction factor, 0.019 dS/m.K, for EC therefore did not hold true for the bentonite samples.
