We deal with the new class of pre-I-regular pre-I-open sets in which the notion of pre-I-open set is involved. We characterize these sets and study some of their fundamental properties. We also present other notions called extremally pre-I-disconnectedness, locally pre-I-indiscreetness, and pre-I-regular sets by utilizing the notion of pre-I-open and pre-I-closed sets by which we obtain some equivalence relation for pre-I-regular pre-I-open sets.

This paper deals with the concepts of semi generalized closed sets in strong generalized topological spaces such as $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-closed set, $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-open set, $g^{\star \star}_\mu$-closed set, $g^{\star \star}_\mu$-open set and studied some of its basic properties included with $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-continuous maps, $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-irresolute maps and $T_\frac{1}{2}$-space in strong generalized topological spaces.

Many researchers have identified some of the basic concepts in soft multi topology and many properties were investigated. The main objective of this study is to provide and study a new class of soft multi closed sets like soft multi generalized regular closed (briefly soft mgr-closed) set and to investigated some of its basic properties in soft multi topological spaces. Furthermore, soft multi α-closed set, soft multi pre-closed set, soft multi semi-closed set, soft multi b-closed set and soft multi β-closed set in soft topological spaces are defined. We show that every soft multi regular closed set is soft multi generalized regular closed set.

We define and study a new class of regular sets calledPS-regular sets. Properties of these sets are investigated for topological spaces and generalized topological spaces. Decompositions of regular open sets and regular closed sets are provided usingPS-regular sets. Semiconnectedness is characterized by usingPS-regular sets.PS-continuity and almostPS-continuity are introduced and investigated.

In 2014 Mubarki, Al-Rshudi, and Al- Juhani introduced and studied the notion of a set in general topology called β*-open set and investigated its fundamental properties and studied the relationships between β*-open set and other topological sets including β*-continuity in topological spaces. We introduce and investigate several properties and characterizations of a new class of functions between topological spaces called β*- open, β*- closed, β*- continuous and β*- irresolute functions in topological spaces. We also introduce slightly β*- continuous, totally β*- continuous and almost β*- continuous functions between topological spaces and establish several characterizations of these new forms of functions. Furthermore, we also introduce and investigate certain ramifications of contra continuous and allied functions, namely, contra β*- continuous, and almost contra β*-continuous functions along with their several properties, characterizations and natural relationships. Moreover, we introduce new types of closed graphs by using β*- open sets and investigate its properties and characterizations in topological spaces.

<p>To contribute to soft topology, we originate the notion of soft bioperators $ \tilde{\gamma} $ and $ {\tilde{\gamma}}^{'} $. Then, we apply them to analyze soft $ (\tilde{\gamma}, {\tilde{\gamma}}^{'}) $-open sets and study main properties. We also prove that every soft $ (\tilde{\gamma}, {\tilde{\gamma}}^{'}) $-open set is soft open; however, the converse is true only when the soft topological space is soft $ (\tilde{\gamma}, {\tilde{\gamma}}^{'}) $-regular. After that, we define and study two classes of soft closures namely $ Cl_{(\tilde{\gamma}, {\tilde{\gamma}}^{'})} $ and $ \tilde{\tau}_{(\tilde{\gamma}, {\tilde{\gamma}}^{'})} $-$ Cl $ operators, and two classes of soft interior namely $ Int_{(\tilde{\gamma}, {\tilde{\gamma}}^{'})} $ and $ \tilde{\tau}_{(\tilde{\gamma}, {\tilde{\gamma}}^{'})} $-$ Int $ operators. Moreover, we introduce the notions of soft $ (\tilde{\gamma}, {\tilde{\gamma}}^{'}) $-$ g $.closed sets and soft $ (\tilde{\gamma}, {\tilde{\gamma}}^{'}) $-$ T_{\frac{1}{2}} $ spaces, and explore their fundamental properties. In general, we explain the relationships between these notions, and give some counterexamples.</p>

<p>In this paper, we define a new class of set in general topology called an infra- \(\alpha\) open set and we investigate fundamental properties by using this new class. The relation between infra-\(\alpha\)-open set and other topological sets are studied.</p><p>Moreover, In the light of this new definition, we also define some generalization of continuous mappings and discuss the relations between these new classes of mappings and other continuous mappings. Basic properties of these new mappings are studied and we apply these new classes to give characterization of connected space.</p>

AbstractIn this paper, it is shown that for a minimal system (X, G), if H is a normal subgroup of G with finite index n, then X can be decomposed into n components of closed sets such that each component is minimal under H-action. Meanwhile, we prove that for a residual set of points in a minimal system with finitely many commuting homeomorphisms, the set of return times to any non-empty open set contains arbitrarily long geometric progressions in multidimension, extending a previous result by Glasscock, Koutsogiannis and Richter.

Some fundamental properties of maximal open sets are obtained, such as decomposition theorem for a maximal open set. Basic properties of intersections of maximal open sets are established, such as the law of radical closure.
