The computerized evaluation is now one of the most important methods to diagnose learning; with the application of artificial intelligence techniques in the field of evaluation, the computerized adaptive testing gradually becomes one of the most important evaluation methods. In this test, the computer dynamic updates the learner's ability level and selects tailored items from the item pool. In order to meet the needs of the test it requires that the system has a relatively high efficiency of the implementation. To solve this problem, we proposed a novel method of web-based testing environment based on simulated annealing algorithm. In the development of the system, through a series of experiments, we compared the simulated annealing method and other methods of the efficiency and efficacy. The experimental results show that this method ensures choosing nearly optimal items from the item bank for learners, meeting a variety of assessment needs, being reliable, and having valid judgment in the ability of learners. In addition, using simulated annealing algorithm to solve the computing complexity of the system greatly improves the efficiency of select items from system and near-optimal solutions.

It has become a huge challenge faced by concrete industry to complete the high efficiency and low cost transportation under constraint trucks and time. Based on establishment of ready mixed concrete dispatching mathematical model and aiming at dynamic change of orders, the paper presented a kind of ready mixed concrete dispatching method based on simulated annealing algorithm. It changes ready mixed concrete dispatching into a combined optimal problem constrained by many conditions and introduces idea of penalty function, and then utilize distance matrix and new searching algorithm to compute optimal path and optimal truck number. Computation example of ready mixed concrete dispatching center in some city verifies the feasibility and validity of the proposed algorithm.

Melissopalynology is a field that studies pollen grain origins to identify their species. It consists of studying either the chemical composition of each grain, or their shapes using microscopic images. This paper presents a system of pollen identification based on the microscopic images, it is divided into two parts, first part is the pollen detection using a thresholding method with simulated annealing algorithm. The second step is the pollen classification, in which we used deep convolutional neural network to extract features from the detected pollen grains and represent them in numerical vectors, therefore, we can use these vectors to classify them based on fully connected neural network, SVM or similarity calculation. The obtained results showed a high efficiency of the neural network in which it could recognize 98.07% of the pollen species compared not just to SVM and similarity methods, but also to works from literature.

The present paper is an attempt to get total minimum of trigonometric Functions by Simulated Annealing. To do so the researchers ran Simulated Annealing. Sample trigonometric functions and showed the results through Matlab software. According the Simulated Annealing Solves the problem of getting stuck in a local Maxterm and one can always get the best result through the Algorithm.
